Larus Hansson, Ambassador to the CSA

To the CSA,

The Scandinavian State of Futuris is looking into with great interest the assault rifles SCAR-L and SCAR-H. If you could offer a (RL) price for these, maybe we could set up a purchase? I would like to hear your word on this matter, and we hope that this deal is the beginning of a prosperous trade relationship.

We are extreamly interested in the YF-23; we understand that the aircraft lost the internal contract for the Advanced Tactical fighter program; however we would be quite interested in precuring some of these from you. We Understand that the BlackWidow costs some $78 Million USD each. we would like to purchase 72 Per year this comes to $5.6 billion USD per anum for 5 years produsing a minimum of 360 aircraft from your factories. if posable we would also like to aquire Limited Production Rights for this aircraft to produce it in our own factories under your supervison as this would allow us to produce and additional 20 Aircraft Per year; coming to a total of 100 aircraft. in short; we requre some 460 Fighters to replace our Mig-31's.

As the F-23 is not currently in US active serves we are sure we can come to some kind of arangment.

From: Northrop and Mcdonal Dougless.

We are most pleased to have found that the Animarnian state wishes to purchase our product into service for their military. Seventy-two YF-23's will be produced in our factories and shipped over to your country; however the asking of minimal production rights is debatable whether or not it would be profitable to do this for you. A meeting between our board of directors will clear up any mishaps about you recieving or not recieving production rights.

We understand your concern; and note that no one is awarded full domestic production rights; this we offered Limited Production rights as a compromise. You still get paid 70% of the price of any aircraft produced, our workers produce the extra aircraft in our factories. our workforce expands, you gain new markets.

You're going to have to RP the further development of this aircraft from prototype to full productin version. Northrup Grumman tinkered with the YF-23 for a bit after losing to the F-22 but it is by no means ready for full scale production.

OOC:
They Lost cos' the F-22 was more agile cos of Thrust Vectoring; the Prototype model is a decent aircraft. there are a few things that could be tinkered with like the Ammo holder; maybe add Thrust vectoring to the engine and play with Internal weapons bay (which does need fixing) but other than that the aircraft is good to go..they lost cos the US has a love affair with Locheed Martine at the moment. Fix the occational Internal Bay Jam and we're quite happy with it..

not everyone is an aircraft engineer; not everyone has to have everything perfect like the RL US. FAS even lists the aircraft as the F-23 Black Widow II not as an X craft. and even as is this could out perform our migs in the region like its not even funny. What Northrop were doing with the second protype was create a FB-23; expanding it into a mid range bomber instead of a fighter basing it on the F-23 frame.

the reason the F-22 took so long to come into service is because the airforce kept altering there requirements; wanting it to be absolutely perfect state of the art to what they currently viewed as state of the art and there current defintion of perfect when it could have been rolled out on assembly lines right away.

we have no such concerns; we're not going to War with the US, China or the Soviets anytime soon; we're not a super power (yet :P) rolled out as is...this will serve our ranks quite well. and if he gives us LPR's theres no reason we couldn't tweak and upgrade over time.

Kiwiland Message to The Carloginian Republic of America

HM Government of Kiwiland is contacting America on the matter of importing the F-22 Rapotor and B-2 bombers. We would like to purchase the production rights to these execellent aircrafts.

We also plan to purchase the Phoenix AIM-54 missiles, and the Tomahawk cruise missiles. Again we would like to buy the unlocked forms. Howver, it is the aircrafts that are of the most concern to us. Thank you for your time.

Kiwiland Foreign Minister
