Further we are willing to make an agreement with any client as to the exact format of payment and what that payment will be. So if you need some supplementary forces to help with a particularly nasty job, then contact us, and we'll be happy to have your business. We maintain the highest level of professionalism possible, and all information regarding contracts, save the anonymous payment information will be deleted upon confirmed completion of a contract, thus preserving the anonymity of our clients.

Terms of Service:
1. Contractors will not perform operations intended to directly strike at our parent nation, The Covenant Nation of Shenyang, in order to safeguard our company.
2. Contractors will not perform missionss that put them at extreme risk of death. Falling into this category are operations against opponents with WMDs or the transport of WMDs. (semi-negotiable, please inquire as to whether this rule applies to your situation)
3. Re-negotiation of a contract is possible, until the contract is being carried out, once this threshold is reached there will be no re-negotiation and the agreed upon sum as per the contract will be the final cost of the operation.
4. We maintain the right to deny any contract up until it is carried out.
5. All evidence of the transaction for each contract will be erased from all parties' records.

We have existing agreements with many Shenyangi companies which we value deeply. We already recieve weapons and equipment through these and other foreign suppliers. Pegasus International also provides Kidnap and Ransom insurance to any who feel that they are in need of such a service.
