Kensington Palace
Kensington, Eurasia
1345 hours
Sir Phillip sat at his desk, meditating. The white papers marshalled themselves into order, regiments of pens lined up along the edges, flanked by computer interfaces, covered by squadrons of data reports. Rotating in his chair, he looked from his office window unto Kensington Bay and the other side of the city. A timid chime rang from the door.
"Enter," commanded Sir Phillip. Elliot Crompton, Minister for Defence, walked in with a stack of papers.
"Sir, I have the reports you requested," stated Elliot weakly, placing them on the desk.
"Good," replied Sir Phillip curtly. He resumed gazing upon the bay.
"Also, the oil embargoes and whatnot are in full effect now, sir. Royal Navy vessels currently are intercepting any Stratorian shipping assets bound for Eurasia," reported Elliot, attempting to gain favour with the Prime Minister.
"That's not good enough," remarked Sir Phillip coldly. "As you are aware, Parliament authorised this government to go to war with Strator this morning; however, that authorisation is not binding - I have the capacity to decide when we go to war. Therefore, I hereby command that the Armed Forces of the Crown be deployed to Strator. Get to work."

1432 hours
Sir Phillip stood proudly on the balcony of Kensington Palace, watching a Eurasian attack force set sail for Strator, consisting of five carriers, thirty-five destroyers, twenty-five frigates, fifteen SSNs, fifteen SSBNs, and ten minesweepers. With that fleet, over three hundred thousand troops were bound towards Strator, along with ten squadrons of Eurofighter Typhoons and three squadrons of B2 bombers.
OOC: I need to know a bit about your nation's geography, along with any maps you might have.
