"Greetings comrades, brothers and sisters of the Communist world. As some of you may know the nation of Devara is now engulfed in a bitter Civil War. The nation had, for its long history, been ruled by a corrupt and evil government. A government which I have begun to remove giving in its place a Communist nation of the People. Unfortunately, Imperialist foreign powers now begun to move against us as well, threatening to try and halt the will of the people and subdue them once more under a false and corrupt government. So, I now call for the Communist nations of the world to unite behind our cause, to drive back the Imperialists and to give Devara back to the people!"

Your plight does intrigue and move us here in Wagdog, Comrade; but we are of limited means. You seem to have overthrown the monarchy proper, mere remnants holding on in Astiria, so there is no political problem with us aiding you. Your "re-education" campaign bodes ill in our minds, but we do not object to the overthrow of the former ruling class so long as it is not unnecessarily brutal.
Should you desire them, we might just be able to spare two battle and landing groups each; the remainder of our oceanic fleet. These would be targeted against the Royalist ports of Sevell and Balanir and their surrounding airports, aiming for a quick seizure in time with paratroops of our II and III Airborne Corps, some 10 Ranger battalions strong, and No.4 and No.5 Commando Landing Teams, the remainder of our Red Banner Marine Corps. The forces would be split evenly, with air and naval capabilities to back them up and aiming for maxiumum synchronization.
However, this is contingent upon knowing as much as we can of the enemy first. We already gather more powerful nations are aiding the decrepit monarchy, and we aim for a coup de main by seizing their two remaining ports simultaneously to cut off any further aid. What do you know of Royalist and Royalist-allied forces near Sevell and Balamir, especially their order of battle? If we can indeed seize them and link up with you, the enemies to the south will be cut off and victory substantially nearer. But if we cannot, then I am afraid I do not know what can be done however much I might wish it. We do practice the doctrine of "Socialism in One Country" after all, and must of course look to our own first.
