I thank you for allowing me to speak in this forum about my home nation of Bynzekistan.

For the past two and a half years, Bynzekistan has grown to a nation of over 5.3 billion citizens. For a time last year, we allied with a number of fine nations, which have since - most of them, anyway - fallen into disrepair, or disrepute.

It is for this reason which we have sought you out today. We need new allies, strong allies, with which the security and peace of the world can be assured.

Each nation has been granted 50 hectares of land on the island of Cadomir, close to the capital city. On this land is a traditional Bynzeki statesman's house, large storage facility, communications room and meeting area. Each block is very well kept, and affords marvellous views across the bay to the capital. You may add any buildings or facilities you require, and we offer the services of our architects and builders to help you.

We hope this is sufficient. In return, we ask for accommodation for a Bynzeki ambassador to your nation, his ten-man security detail, a personal aide and advisory committee of five. We also require an office for the Ambassador, two meeting rooms (one small, one large) and a situation room. We trust your people with the design of the embassy, in a blend of Bynzeki and your nation's architecture, perhaps?
