Introduction:


The Rastorian Syndicate is a massive crime syndicate that was formed on the planet Rastoria Prime. This planet was once a massive penal world for some long forgotten human empire that once controlled the stars. The criminal inhabitants eventually formed a society that was utterly controlled by the Syndicate.

Organizational Overview:


The Rastorian Syndicate is made up of five different cabals. The cabals are large crime organizations divided by race. The cabals each control a continent on the planet Rastoria prime and they run the various illicit operations and businesses on the planet. The leaders of five cabals meet each other secretly once a month to discuss business and to enforce the peace of the planet…..

Organizational Breakdown of a Cabal………..


Boss: The official head of the cabal. This position is reserved for the current leader of the cabal. He serves as a center of authority and the brain behind the cabal actions. He never has contact with any of his soldiers or captains directly. He only sees his Councilor whom gives his orders directly to the various Captains and the Under Boss.

Councilor: The right hand man of the cabal. He acts as the Boss’s go between when dealing with the various underlings within the organization. He has a lot of pull in the organization but acts as the face of the Boss.

Under Boss: The head captain of the organization. He acts as the buffer for Boss and his various captains. He usually watches for complications with the members and deals with them. He usually receives a larger cut of the profit to ensure his loyalty to his boss.

Captain: The head of a crew of soldiers. The captain acts as a leader for a group made members of the cabal. They usually have control of various operations from gambling, slave trading, arms dealing, and extortion.

Soldier: The made men of the cabal. They act as the cabals’ physical presence and serve as muscle for the organization. They are considered connected and have the ability to request hits on enemies and rivals that cross them. They are usually mercs and heavy hitters in the Cabal...

Enforcer: These are low level members of the cabal. They serve as low rank hit men and tend to enforce the laws of the cabal amongst their territory. They answer to the various soldiers and Captains above them.

Associate: The lowest position within the cabal. The common citizen of Rastoria Prime is considered an associate of their local cabal. They can earn the right to advance if they serve for a period of time and show promise. The most common people in this category are smugglers, slave traders and drug dealers and runners for the cabal.

Introduction: The Human Cabal is the oldest and strongest of the five Cabals. It was formed by the infamous Salvatore Drago. The Cabal was originally formed to provide protection for the human inmates and to set up a society that could function for this group of social rejects. This Cabal currently acts as the face for the syndicate and has the strongest presence in both personal and military muscle.

Aliases: “Big Boss Sal” “The Puppet master” “Big Drago”
Age: Unknown
Race: Human
Bio: Salvatore Drago is a legend among the many major crime figures in the Galaxy. He is credited for the creation of the Human Cabal and for inspiring the other Cabals to form and join the Humans as partners in crime. His past is mostly unknown but it is rumored he was a hit man for some long extinct crime family. He runs his outfit in the shadows and no one has ever seen his face.

Councilor: Bill Madigan
Aliases: “Big Bill” “Mr. Brain”
Age: 35
Race: Human
Bio: Bill is a paradox in criminal society. He seems pretty straight and narrow compared to the company he keeps. He never commits murder or even utters a threat to people he is dealing with. He does however give the orders down the food chain from the boss. He is one of the few people that can actually meet “Big Boss Sal” face to face. He tries to act like an intelligent business man when dealing with people but his upbringing in the slums Rastoria Prime has given him a slight accent of street lingo.

Under Boss: Aldo Andolini
Aliases: none
Age: 45
Race: Human
Bio: Aldo was one of the original founders of the Human Cabal. He worked indirectly for “Big Drago” as an enforcer and eventually worked his way up to Captain. He was one of the few Captains that was actually loyal to the Boss. This loyalty saved his life as the other more dishonest Captains were “retired” and found latter in various places with blaster wounds to the head and chest. Aldo was promptly promoted and given the position of Under Boss. He is fanatically loyal to Salvatore which keeps him alive and protects him from his Boss’s occasionally purges within the cabal. Aldo has developed a reputation among many criminal circles as a tough guy and a man you don’t want to mess with.

Soldier: Anton Vilando
Aliases: “The Shadow” “The Hand of Death”
Age: Unknown
Race: Genetically Altered Human
Bio: Anton was born to be the perfect assassin. His creation was commissioned by Salvatore Drago himself. Anton was trained privately in various forms of martial arts and assassination techniques. He excelled wonderfully and his ability to use his chameleon like skin to hide into the back ground of various areas has helped his career greatly. He received true criminal notoriety during the Captain revolt in which he killed three of the six rebellious captains using only a blaster pistol and his chameleon like skin and armor. He has never been seen by anyone, which is why he is known as “The Shadow” and the “Hand of Death”.

Description:This fast sleek frigate is the work horse of the syndicate space forces. They are usually used to pirate the space lanes and hunt down merchant vessels and for providing support fire for slave raid operations.

They are usually equipped with light armor and light shielding but make up for this with great maneuverability, speed, and firepower. They have four heavy plasma Casters and four light plasma casters. The Frigate is also armed with two Beta class torpedo bays.
