Attention countries of the world! Our glorious company is seeking to further it's holdings in the international market. We Buy It Inc. has a very long a turbulent history, but has always prevailed in the end. I'm Chief Executive Officer Steven H. Miller, the man behind We Buy It Inc. This great conglomerate his headed by me (as well as SSNA) and our board of directiors, he CEO of the sub-companies. So there is me, and 32 other members of the 'Board' as it's known throughout the company.

With an annual income over over $525 trillion NSD [52.5 trillion profit], and non-liquid assests worth more then $1,295 trillion NSD, with liquid assests another $764 Trillion NSD. We Buy It Inc also has holdings in Forty-Four [44] seperate countries, not counting the various Skyian colonies around Haven and the world. This multi-national conglomerate has Thirty-Two [32] sub-companies, in dozens of fields of business, encompassing almost the whole market, from military goods to the smallest game piece for a board game, as well as mercenary services.

Where ever We Buy It Inc. goes prices fall and wages rise, We Buy It Inc. also has an established minimum wage of $7 Pandora Gems ($14.26 USD) per hour, making sure workers are rewarded for their hard work. Also We Buy It Inc. has limited health care for part time workers, and full health care for full-time employees. Also, We Buy It Inc. runs a retirement fund guaruntted after 2 years of service through Apollo Bank & Securities Ltd. or through whatever local bank the employee chooses.

Unions, while not encouraged, are allowed to exist, although they generally don't carry much power because of the good benefits for workers at We Buy It Inc. held companies. Although they are more prominent in the industrial sector, as one would expect.

The Common Bank is interested in signing a contract with We Buy It Incorporated to use Common Credits in all its international transactions. In return, the Bank will pledge to provide Credits at a 0% premium and offer its financial services to We Buy It Incorporated at preferred rates so long as WBI's credit rating remains in good standing. We believe this partnership will cut WBI costs and enhance its business by placing the services of the Common Bank; including competitive loans, international investment markets, multinational legal consulting, and of course the ease and reliability of the Common Credit as an exchange currency; at your business' disposal. A partnership of the Common Bank and We Buy It Incorporated also has the potential to open the door to the Xanthalian market, over seven billion people, for WBI, inc.

We Buy It Inc. thanks The Common Bank for it's tempting offer. However, to do all of our international transactions in Common Credits is simply asking too much. We Buy It Inc. is in dozens of markets, and converting prices from those currencies to the Universal Standard Dollar and then to the Pandora Gem is hassle enough.

Using the Common Credit would simply add the mess, raising prices. And although the offers of competitive loans, international investment markets, multinational legal consulting are and the market of over 7 billion tempting, we already have all of that through our Apollo Bank.

We can however, use the Common Credit in exchange with your country and other countries that use the Common Credit, but we cannot raise cost by having to convert too and from a totally foreign currency.

While other nations have cultivated a demand for an educated workforce and grown their service industry Otares has simply become a producer. We have had very little motivation to change our economic system. Right now the service sector is a mere 35% of our GDP – with 65% being covered in the goods sector.

Right now the gross domestic product of Otares is around one hundred and seven trillion US dollars – making the service sector just less than forty trillion. While I do understand that you are currently in markets much larger than Otares – your own domestic one being such an example – I felt the need to point out that the mother country’s bounty is not small.

Now that you know a bit of where I am coming from I would like to make some overtures towards your company.

I don’t care to open Otariet markets to your producers. Not only that I see no need to see local producers consumed by multinationals. Otares has a well developed primary and secondary industry. Our infrastructure is coming nicely as well. What I would like to see you do for us is the following;

Open several media outlets – radio, television, and newspapers. I would like you to put forward both international media as well as develop the local industry. Whether it’s the news or simply sitcoms with Otariet actors, I would appreciate these forms of media production companies.

I would like to see you open marketing firms locally in Otares. As I mentioned we are a very productive nation but the simple fact remains that our penetration into foreign markets is slim. Rather than selling to you and having you distribute for us – which is fundamentally a function of infrastructure – I would have you grow the service sector by creating consulting firms wherein our business people might be able to contract out from your logistical experts, market advice and analysis, as well general expertise.

I would hope that your efforts in this area might grow the market – create more potential customers for you. And thereby achieving my desired result – a more mature economy. As the plan progresses I would like to see you open credit unions, brokerage firms, and lending agencies. If all goes well I think perhaps a subsidiary of We Buy it Inc might offer the first credit card in Otares.

Otares boasts a well trained work force – what with post secondary education having been free for almost a decade now. We have a surge of newly graduating professionals who will be required to be productive soon. One such wave of graduates is in the healthcare industry. Healthcare in Otares has always been a privilege, but while in liberal capitalism it seems to benefit the wealthy it is doled out by the whims of the noblemen here. As such I would strongly encourage you to enter into our healthcare industry. Please, open clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and the like. As hopeful as I am with all of this I must warn you. Otares is currently in a period of mild unrest. Nothing particularly violent but it has warranted a military presence in our cities. You can't create more stock out of nowhere.

When Imperial Central Bank plc. purchased its stock, it owned 17% of the company. Now it owns about 7%. By "issuing more stock", WBI has stolen this 10% share of company ownership from ICB, and from the other initial shareholders. A 10% stake in WBI runs into the tens or hundreds of trillions of dollars. In effect, WBI has commited the most vast case of theft in the history of the NS world.

I think you should retcon the "issue of new stock" (in real life, this means more of the company's or owner's stock is sold, not that more shares are somehow invented out of nowhere). If TSS operates a similar legal system to real world countries, the new stock is invalid, and WBI treating the new stock as legal will result in civil and criminal proceedings being brought against it. If this is not illegal in TSS, and companies can effectively dilute their shareholders' ownership, then shares in TSS companies are worthless.]
