UK2, what Maraque means, is that 364% is impossible when talking in population. More than 100% of your population can't vote because that would be more people than you actually have. For example if you have 100 million people and you say 364% have voted, then you would be saying that 364 million people have voted, which would be impossible if you only had 100 million people.

Let me explain further. You have 477 million population.

100% of 477 million is 477 million - 100% of any number is the number. 100% of 50 is 50, 100% of 900 is 900.

So if 100% of your population voted, you'd have 477 million voters. 364% of 47 million is 1.736 billion - because you only have 477 million people, that'd be impossible. So, in terms of population, the maximum you could have would be 100%.

For example, you can't say 120% of your population is literate, because you can't have a 120% population - you can only ever have 100% population.

Does that make any sense?

BNP is British National Party, NF is National Front, and UKIP is United Kingdom Independence Party - actually, UKIP would be redundant in NS as I assume UK2 isn't part of the EU, or in fact there is no EU...
