OOC: A side story from this thread. http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=517282
Airbase Flying Dragon, Jordan, Dominion Middle East…
The time somehow flew by really, really fast as the transport planes were fueled for the trip. There were enough planes for all of the Kahanstanian government officials. These people would be happy, as the Air Admiral walked back into the hanger and over to Delray.
“Mrs. Delray, the planes are ready and you may get your people ready to board the planes. We have fighters ready to travel with the planes as far as they can.” said the Air Admiral.
The hanger’s large doors opened to show the waiting transports planes, each with black paint with the Dominion markings on them.
As the Kahanistanians boarded the planes, Fulton clasped Delray on the shoulder.
"What is it, Major?" asked the Foreign Minister.
"I've got a bad feeling about this. Seriously. They were going to take us to Romania, probably to get information out of us... I don't think they'd give up so easily. This isn't good..."
"Major... you're a good officer, that's why you were put in command of the Presidential Security Detachment. But this is just paranoia."
"I trust her," said Senator Nikolai Vorinov. "She's got a certain... way of knowing things are up. I wouldn't get on that plane."
"Fine," said Delray. "We'll go to the Midlonian Red Cross station."
However, most of the officials did not heed Fulton's warning. 1,200 members of the Supreme Soviet boarded the planes, along with several dozen Kahanistanian security officers and family members of the officials. There were also several cabinet ministers on the planes and hundreds of lower officials.
The other four hundred or so Senators and other officials started leaving the Dominion base for the Midlonian Red Cross station.
Airbase Flying Dragon, Jordan, Dominion Middle East…
The only thing that wasn’t good for those that tried to exit the base is that the Midlonian Red Cross station wasn’t near the base or in the Dominion and that the base was on locked down. The base was really near to the area where all the fight had happened at, so it would be on locked down. Those they were trying to leave, got to see some armed soldiers guarding the gates.
One of the soldiers looked behind him to see this large group of people heading his way.
“People, the planes are on there.” he said, pointing over at the large number of planes.
As one of the transports was filled to its limit, the plane moved to the runway and began to enter the sky. The fly path was heading towards Praetonia as two F-35A Lightning II fighters moved in to each side of the transport.
One by one, the transport planes were entering the air, heading after each other. Two F-35A Lightning II fighters would link up with each transport plane as they flew towards Praetonia.
As they got out of the range of the people, knock out gas began to fill the planes, unseen by the naked eye. The only Dominionites on the planes were in the cockpit as they were full off Kahanstanians. The gas should keep them out long enough for the planes to arrive in Doomingsland and there was still a back up system to be used, if they started to wake up. The planes started moving into their fly path to Doomingsland.
The only transport planes that were left were the one for the rest of the Kahanstanian government officials.
The security officers with the politicians shook their heads. "We'll have to get out of here..." Fulton's suspicion became hard proof in the eyes of most of those remaining. Suddenly, several people in the crowd produced M-9 Berettas from their clothes and fired into the Dominionites. During the confusion, most of the officials who had refused to board the planes started escaping, losing 24 dead politicians and 57 dead security personnel.
"Grab cars, any cars!" ordered the security commander. Skilled in hotwiring vehicles as many of the security were (they were actually trained to prevent hotwirings, but some learned how to hotwire in the process).
Airbase Flying Dragon, Jordan, Dominion Middle East…
Then the shit hit the fan as the jump Kahanstanian jumped the gun, their 9mm rounds were almost useless against the solders in dark gray and dark blue sets of Transylvanian body armor. A few rounds impacted the eyes holes of the armor and killed the wearers.
As those few that were killed fell to their knees, the orders was given to shot to kill. The soldiers were part of the 6th Soul Tigers (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/6th.jpg) and each one had a DR-83 tactical rifle in their hands.
They dropped down to a knee and began to fire at the Kahanstanian officials and their security officers. The base was locked down, where were the Kahanstanians thinking they could run to.
The Kahastanian aren’t going to liberate any car on the base as they are Armed Forces vehicles or Air Forces vehicles, which have guards around them or close to them. They will have to fight for those cars, if they want them so bad. The same for the rare civilian car that passes on the road outside the base. The nearest city was five miles away.
A number of Ka-50 Black Shark attack helicopters began to enter the air and search for those that were trying to escape, their cannons armed with deadly rounds.
“Kahanstanians, what have you done?” came the Air Admiral’s voice over the base speaker system located throughout the base. The sound of M-415 Mongoose infantry fighting vehicles (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12133340&postcount=92) could be heard in the air, they were joining the hunting of the Kahanstanians. They began to train their weapons on the fleeing Kahanstanians.
The only vehicles to be found would be ones that had armed Soul Tigers around them or near them. These soldiers were in towers, on roofs, and almost everyway they could have been at. Each one fired into the Kahanstanian, aiming to harm not kill.
“Surrender because you started this attack!” yelled the Air Admiral’s voice over the speaker system.
The airbase had became a battlefield...

Dr. Delray raised her hands.
"The soldiers wouldn't let us leave, someone must have panicked and started shooting. Major?"
"Wasn't me," said Major Fulton. "I didn't see who it was, probably someone trying to create a distraction to let us escape." The security commander bent over a wounded senator and began administering CPR.
"We didn't start anything," said another security officer, not among the ones who had fired. "We were just trying to leave and they stopped us at gunpoint."

Around the surviving Kahanstanians, the soulless looking Transylvanian body armor wearing soldiers moved in with guns raised and point at everyone of them. They moved in slowly as the other vehicles were called out. The Kahanstanians have given up by raising their hands.
As the guns were pointed the men and women of a country that was annexed, medic crew members were coming in from behind them.
“Throw your weapons away.” came an order by the nearby speakers.
The medic crew, under the protect of the Soul Tigers, moved into to help the wounded government officials. They knew that they would be harm’s way, if the Kahanstanians were lying with their actions but they were going to do their job.
A blonde female with a dark tan dropped down beside the senator that Major Fulton. “Miss, please allow us to handle this.” she said in a calm and collect voice, another medic joined to the help the blonde. At the same time, the other moved through the group and started helping the wounded.
This is when the Air Admiral and the Captain walked through the Soul Tigers, the looks on their face was of pure anger. He had ordered the soldiers and his men not to fire unless fired on. The blame was on the Kahanstanian.
The two airship officers walked straight over to Delray, two Soul Tigers on the out edge of the two men. The two men stopped in front of her and Admiral Klunzinger looked into the eyes of Delray.
“You will come with me, now.” he said, this time he was as friendly as he was early with her. There was anger in his voice. Anger in his old eyes.

Delray nodded. "I'll come with you." Those who had drawn weapons had mostly been among those killed, but four or five people holstered their sidearms. Among the slain, their weapons were still drawn; it would be easy to identify who among the security had pulled weapons. About fifteen sidearms would be found drawn in the hands of the dead.
Fulton looked uncertainly at the blonde, then got up. She was clearly more interested in saving lives than taking them. The security commander raised her arms above her head.

Midlonian Protectorate Zone
Metzuda, Capital of the Kahanistanian Protectorate
President Khalid bin Abdullah al-Omari had fled Kahanistan, his plane taking a different route than those who had fled through the Dominion; he had gone over the Mediterranean under covering fire from remnants of the Republic Navy, across Europe and over the North Pole to Haven in the North Pacific, and the plane had run off course and low on fuel after arriving at Haven, making an emergency landing in the Protectorate Zone.
He had with him about 30 security guards, out of the 3,000-strong contingent, some Kahanistanian military deserters who had fled that he had pressed into temporary Presidential protection duty, about 100 members of the 3,000-member Supreme Soviet, and some cabinet members. Around his "palace," actually a three-story house for the time being, people were building houses at a feverish pace to house the refugees from the war, who now mostly lived in tents or shacks. Others were digging ditches to protect against rain, and in general the sounds of construction could be heard all around.
With the Foreign Minister still in the Dominion, al-Omari had to work hard to reassemble his government. From what he knew, about 1,200 members of the Supreme Soviet were headed to Praetonia, another 1,300 had been downed in flight, and 400 were in the Dominion with some political snafu.
It was now up to him to find out what was going on...

To: Count J-Wolf, God-Emperor of the Dominion,
The government of Kahanistan is most seriously concerned about the pace that our attempts to set up a government in exile in Praetonia is taking.
Further, we are also worried about the situation within the Dominion. Our information is sketchy, but there was apparently some sort of fighting. Are the officials still in the Dominion safe?

Khalid bin Abdullah al-Omari,

At the airbase, the Air Admiral and the Captain turned and walked back towards the wall of Soul Tigers. They knew Delray would be right behind them, but the Captain moved to the side and stopped, waiting for her to get in front of him. At the wall of soldiers, the Admiral looked into lifeless, eyes of a soldier’s helmet.
“Divide the wound and un-wound. Placed the un-wounded back into the hanger and watch them, they do anything funny. Kill them” he said, anger still in his voice.
With the Air Admiral, the Captain and Delray moved pass the Soul Tigers as they moved in to do their job. The soldiers moved in with their rifles still raised, looking at the ones that could stand and weren’t hurt. As one soldiers pointed the rifle in the chest or face of a Kahanstanian, another soldier looked for an weapons on their body then placed handcuffs on them.
All of that took fifteen minutes, as the un-wounded Kahanstanians were lead back to the hanger, the three would have arrived in a room with metal chair and table with a TV on it and no windows. The walls were painted light gray and the door was painted blue. There was nothing on the walls, the room was just plain.
“Have a seat, Dr. Delray.” said the Air Admiral, on the other side of the table, looking at her. The Captain was stand in front of the door.
There was something on the TV, a video feed that showed the wounded Kahastanians with the day and time in the bottom right side. Delray would see that vehicles have just arrived on the scene, carrying the red cross of a medic on their sides. The wounded with be transported to the base’s medical center.

The big black castle with the snow capped mountain in its background was Castle Von Wolf, home to a really pissed off old man. He was on fire, it’s hot in here, he was extremely pissed at this time of the day or night or whatever it was. Another high ranking officers at Flying Dragon had told him was had happen, about the shooting and what was happening now.
Right now, the Count was in the mood to ordered the deaths of those people still at the base and the ones in the transports. The poor sleeping people on those transports wouldn’t know anything unless, if they were throw off the planes. They would just show up in Heaven or wherever, not knowing a single thing. Almost like what happened on that show last night, you know Grey’s.
Anyways, the Count had to deal with this new matter. Those attackers weren’t a Doomani a problem anymore, they were not his problem. What would he do with them, but he had many ideas about them now.
Then he got a message form somebody that he didn’t really want to talk with. A message from a Kahanstanian, President Khalid bin Abdullah al-Omari.
“What the fuck does he want?” the Count asked out loud, fire in his eye and anger in his throat.
He quickly read over the message a few times, before messaging the man back with something that he wouldn’t like.
TO: President Khalid bin Abdullah al-Omari
FROM: The Count
First off, I’m going to give you some bad news about those in my lands and on my planes. By now, those planes will be changing course, heading towards a place that you don’t want them to go. You know, the home of the Doomani. Those people are their problem after they are handled over. Don’t try and talk me into do anything else because it will not happen.
Your people placed in the United Dominion in a rock and a hard place after those government planes did their what I called run for the border move. I don’t know if you know this, but I’m friends with the Doomani Caesar. I was close friends with his late father. I treat the young man like he was my son. Your nation on the other hand, the United Dominion hasn’t did a thing with each other but the war in old Jagada. Your forces did try hard to save them, but like in the latest war, it wasn’t enough to win.
Now, sir, I catch you up on the current matter at hand. An odd four hundred of your officials started shooting at my soldiers in a middle east airbase. I know of one person that was with them, her name is Delray. Doing this, those people became my problem as they killed and attack Dominion soldiers. A crime during peaceful times like it was early at the base. My soldiers were there to watch over them, not kill them.
As of now, I’ll be holding those people then charge them with attacking Dominion soldiers during peace times. They will b placed into prisons until the time I feel that they will be freed. Those alive will be safe in my hands, you’re not talking to a Doomani.
Here is the funny part, the plane that Dr. Delray was going to get on would have really flew to Praetonia. Funny, right?
Nothing you can say with change my mind, so don’t waste your time.
And about the Kahanstanians in the United Dominion, they will be safe and will be allowed to leave anything they want. I don’t think they would right now. The United Dominion is in better shape then your nation.
Signed,
The Count.
With that, he pushed the send button.

Delray sat down compliantly. Damn paranoid guards. We'd have been home by now. What were they thinking, shooting like that? If it had been her in command, she would have simply had them walk off the base, ignoring the lockdown. If the guards fired, then she would have let her own return fire... then again, there was a reason she was a politician and not a soldier.

Metzuda, Capital of the Midlonian Protectorate
President al-Omari was furious. He stormed out of his office and down the corridor to another office. Seated at the desk was a short, athletic, well-built woman in her late 30's. She looked friendly, but also somewhat unpredictable; today she was in a casual tropical dress that was a little too short for her, and her reddish-brown hair was cut short in a way that made her look like a lesbian.
"Well, aren't we in a bad mood?" the woman asked as the large Arabic man dropped his weight into the chair across from her, nearly breaking it.
Too incensed to speak, he thrust the Count's letter at the woman. "We were talking about your candidacy for Minister of Foreign Affairs?" Al-Omari intended to appoint Delray as Vice President and needed a new M.F.A.
The woman's face darkened rapidly. A minute earlier she had been smiling and open. Now, she looked like she wanted nothing more than to run into the nearest McDonalds with an AK-47 and ruin everyone's Happy Meal.
"You've got yourself an MFA," she said crossly. She knew she wasn't the first choice for the position, but she never imagined she'd been the fifth. The first one had been glad Dr. Delray was to be appointed Vice President, but he was as likely to shoot al-Omari and make her President. The second one was too on the warpath about APOC to be trusted to that position. The third one wanted to join Gholgoth. The fourth... he had made too many anti-Catholic remarks about wanting to send them to camps or deport them to Doomingsland to be allowed anywhere near the Cabinet.
Al-Omari nodded, relieved that his search was over. "Of course, we'll need the Senate to confirm you, but until then you would be titled 'Acting Foreign Minister.'"

I don't know why anyone in the Kahanistanian military would fire on someone unprovoked, but it certainly wasn't on the order of Dr. Delray or any of the higher ranked military over there.
You can call those planes and have them redirected to Haven. We don't trust the Doomies anywhere near our government officials, which is why they got the hell out of Dodge in the first place.
Now, the only ones who should be charged with anything are you, under Article 16 of the Constitution of Kahanistan, which extends the right not to be deported to a nation where they will be tortured or executed. Our people did only what was necessary to protect themselves and their comrades.

"How many planes do we have left?" Levitt asked after hitting "SEND."
"Four A-400S's, ten F-35's," said al-Omari.
"Crap." They'd already be in Doomingsland before we got our own planes anywhere near them... She knew it was next to impossible to penetrate Doomani airspace; she had been an Imperial Marine for 17 years and she had seen F-35's fall before the Doomani like MiG-21's would fall before F-35's.

“Dr. Delray, I’m going to show you whom fired first. Keep an eye on the screen:” said the old admiral.
The camera changed from current view of the medic teams to the gate, the area were it all started. It was the current time, it showed the few bodies of Dominion soldiers and he dead Kahanstanians being prepared to be placed in body bags. Blood has been shed today, unwanted blood in this case.
Then the feed began to rewind, the mass of people came running back into their places. Bodies rose back from the hard ground. Bullets flew back into their barrels. It stopped a minutes before the first shot was fired, it showed the soldiers telling them the planes were over there.
Then the screen changed to two halves, one showing the Dominion soldiers and the other look straight at the Kahanstanians.
“Keep an eye on both.” said the old man.
As the feed played it show the Kahanstanian drew their guns and fired first. Then the rest of everything that happen. The feed would play through the whole thing, even changing cameras to follow the action.
“What happen?” asked the old man, looking at Delray in her eyes.

The Count, thinking that the Kahasnstanian President wouldn't send back a message, had started to get ready to have those un-wounded Kahanstanian officials transported to prisons through the Dominion. He knew not that to have them all in one place, to easy to try and free them. But he didn’t really think about was that dumb to try prison break like that. Plus, the United Dominion had enough heavy security max prison to space the people out.
As he was doing that a message popped on. His eyes moved across to his desk and at the flat screen of his computer. He picked the message and began to read it quickly. At the end, he smiled.
“Looks like somebody wants to play with little old me.” he said out loud as he opened a new message box on his computer. Be pulled his keyboard to him and started writing. “Does she know whom she is messing with?”

First off, lady, I told your president not to waste my time or his time trying to get those people freed. I’ll do whatever with whomever I want. Those heading to the Doomani will still be heading that way. No ands, ifs or buts about it. About your Article 16 of the Constitution of Kahanistan, that doesn’t mean a thing to me. Those people were in the United Dominion, those people were part of a surrendered government. Those people would have to be following the laws of the United Dominion not the laws of Kahanstan.
Those that fired on my soldiers crossed the line and not they will be jailed for those actions. They will do their time and then be freed. It could be a few days or a few weeks, or a few months. Or a full year for them. I could call the planes back and throw them all in jail, but I couldn’t charge the others with anything like I can with Dr. Delray’s group.
I’ll be wiring the video of the shooting with this message. I hope you like the vidoe, you can see your people firing first. I can’t help that they didn’t want to get on plane and take a nice trip via the air.
As a sign of goodwill, the bodies of your dead will be sent to your new land in Haven. Then get messages out to the Kahanstanian civilians within the United Dominion that they can go to Haven, if they want to be close to nation that attacked their former lands. Sleeping with the enemy, I see.
Bye, bye.

Delray was able to identify two of the soldiers who had fired. "That is Corporal Alexei Mikolev," she said, nodding to a tall, lanky man with hippie-looking hair, "and Master Sergeant Anastasia Sokolova," pointing in the direction of a short, cute blonde. She had recognized them only because they had talked to her before; she was hardly on intimate terms with every member of the Presidential Security Detachment.

Acting Foreign Minister Levitt read the Count's reply. She had not expected the Count to just give in, after all, but she'd hoped that he would at least care enough about his political image to listen to reason. Alas, it was not to be. First off, ****, I'm not a lady. I drink beer with the guys, I can burp with the best of them, and I flash my boobs when I've had a few. Second off, the Kahanistanian Constitution has long been held by the courts to grant extraterritorial privileges to its citizens. Third off, I can fake a video too, I hope you like this one of your buddy Max.
Now, I think the people being sent to Doom in violation of their constitutional rights would rather be locked away for a year on some trumped-up charge than whatever Max has in store for them, I can't imagine it's pretty.

“Thank you, Dr. Delray. Captain, do you get those names?” he said.
“Yes, sir.” came the voice behind her at the door.
“Dr. Delray, it was smart thing to give up. Your forces started a fight with armed Dominion soldiers. Jumpy people your government has for their security.” said the admiral as he turn back to face her. His face was normal, not smile or anything.
“Knowing my lord, you and the rest will be charged with attacking Dominion military personal during peace time. As this base was until the first shots,” he said, “So, you and the rest will have to face jail time.”

Dr. Delray gave the Admiral a look. "Jail time?" She could certainly understand prosecuting the ones who had fired the shots, but... "Most of us didn't do anything." She assumed that the leadership in the Free Havenic Republic had an intelligent MFA working to get them out.
Delray was right... to an extent. Former Major General Rachel Levitt was a smart woman, even if she was a little headstrong and confrontational. Delray would never have imagined in a million years that she would be her replacement. The woman had been pressured into resigning from the Imperial Marines due to her attitude.

Ms. Levitt looked over the Count's message. She debated over whether or not to continue antagonizing the Count. She decided not to; she had heard how the Doomani had reacted to the Virgin Mary cartoons, or more accurately, a balloon had come down over the Free Havenic Republic a few days after the Doomies had shelled Najaster into the Stone Age. She'd had her fun and decided that the Count was a prick.
President Khalid bin Abdullah al-Omari wanted to remove her from her position for that show, but he figured that she was better than the guy who wanted to stick Catholics in camps, or join Gholgoth.
He merely gave her a stern, disapproving look. They would have to find some other way of dealing with the Count; sending someone over was out of the question. None of the few political figures there trusted the Dominion after that.

Unknown to her, the door was guarded by two Soul Tigers armed to the teeth and fully armored. If she had her cell-phone on her, it wouldn’t work as the signal was being blocked.
The dead Kahanstanians were being placed in another hanger, waiting to be transported to the Free Havenic Republic. In the cities where large numbers of Kahanstanian were at, messages were being put up. Telling them that their government has formed a new nation. Called the Free Havenic Republic of Kahanstan. On the message papers, those Kahasnstanians had the optioned to stay in the United Dominion or go to Haven. Plus, there was something added a few times in the message, that Whyatican called Haven home, too.
In the hanger on the airbase, the un-wounded officials were forced to stay in one area. The Soul Tigers watching them like hawks. It would be soon that their future with be decided.
The Dominion medics were doing everything in their power to save the wounded officials. They would try and keep them alive.

Upon looking at a map of Haven, it was plainly obvious that Whyatica was on the other side of Haven from Kahanistan. Then again, most Kahanistanians didn't consider Whyatica the enemy, just their idiot Prime Minister who the Emperor was about to remove from power anyway.
Some did not trust the Count and didn't want to stay. Others wanted to be with their own people and not assimilate into the Dominion. Yet many tens of millions decided to stay and live in the Dominion.
---
Dr. Delray pulled out her cell, she wanted to talk to the new MFA. First, find out who it was, second, what he or she was doing. Crap. Out of range. Wait a second... sat phones don't have limited range. I'll have to see if there's an electronics expert around here. Maybe someone here can tell me what's wrong.

In the hangar, Major Fulton and Senator Vorinov were talking. They were seriously concerned about what the Dominion would do with them.
"What do you think will happen here, Major?"
"I don't know. We'll probably be interrogated for information, but I think they'll be more interested in who fired," she said.
"What's going to happen when they find them?" asked the senator.
"Probably locked away. I think most of them are dead."
"Did you...?"
"No," said Fulton. "I didn't order them to fire. It's standard procedure when officials are being held, especially at gunpoint. That's part of the training at the Academy, when someone holds an official at gunpoint or refuses to let them leave, assume they have something bad in mind. It'll come out in court."
"You seem pretty naive, Major," said Vorinov. "You trust them not to do anything worse?"
"I trust them to do what won't trigger a massive international incident," replied Fulton. "I don't think that they'll do much worse than try to get information from us... but some people are pretty persuasive."

It has come to our attention, from Dr Catherine Daullart the Kahanistani Ambassador, that several of her government's key officials are being held against their will within your nation. These people originally came to your nation as refugees, at your invitation, and we would respectfully ask what crime they have been accused of. Our own monitoring of the Dominion's media indicates no mention of the subject, let alone any hint of legal charges or judicial process. We know little of your land or of it's customs and habits, nut, as allies of the Kahanistanis, we would respectfully request that you clarify some of these issues for us and for the international community at large.

As the Kahanstnaians left, the United Dominion was making money for those raveling on the airlines and other civilian naval ships. Money, money, money would be racked in with those people leaving. No hard feelings, but they can get out. The Count didn’t need to worry about having hundreds of million Kahanstanians wanting to get their land back. That’s not good for anybody within the United Dominion.
Of the ones that stayed, they were be treated fairly and welcomed anywhere they were at in the Dominion.
Dr. Delray would find out that she could leave the room, so she would have to stay in the room with her blocked phone. The room had enough things to keep the phone block. Dr. Delray’s odd of it working was if Hell froze over.
At the hanger holding the prisoners, about a dozen of men and women wearing tan BBUs walked into the room. Each one was un-armed unless you called a digital camera a weapon. Their job was to take pictures of the un-wounded, which was over two hundred men and woman. The camera crew began their job as the Soul Tigers watched on.
In the other hanger, more people were taking picture of the dead official and security personal. The same thing was happening in the medical center with the wounded Kahsnatanian. In it all the death total was 24 dead politicians and 57 dead security and the wounded total was 40 wounded security personnel and 63 wounded politicians.
There would be no court date for the un-wounded as the Count had to power to charge people within his nation, be it Dominionite or foreigner. He would make sure that the charge would work in any court in the whole world. The charges had have found were listed; Being part of a mob trying to force you’re way out of a locked down Dominion airbase, being part of a mob that attacked Dominion soldiers, being part of a mob that killed Dominion soldiers and being part of an armed mob that had illegal weapons on a Dominion base.
All of those charged would be enough that nobody would argue with them. Those charges would be enough to have those officials in prison until the Count thought they learned their lesson. He wasn’t trying to be good guy in this, they did a crime and they do the time.
Speaking of their crime, the feed on the television in front of Delray changed to a live feed form the hanger holding her friend and others. But there was sound, now. On the feed walked in the old admiral, he stopped right in front of the handcuffed officials.
“All of you are now prisoners of the United Dominion for your actions of being part of that armed mob. This action has cost you from seeing your families and friends anytime soon. This action cost the lives of both Kahanstanian and Dominionites, we are trying to safe those wounded in that short retarded attack.” said the old admiral, this was the first anything like this had happen in his whole military career.
HE cleared his throat, knowing he was going to be part of something that would go down in Dominion-Kahanstanian history. He pulled out a white piece of paper and ran his eyes down the writing. “My lord had placed these charges on you, the un-wounded ones of this. Being part of a mob trying to force you’re way out of a locked down Dominion airbase, being part of a mob that attacked Dominion soldiers, being part of a mob that killed Dominion soldiers and being part of an armed mob that had illegal weapons on a Dominion base. No weapons should have stay on your body after you arrive at this base. You were in another man‘s base, you should have disarmed yourself and be nice guest.” He ended and looked at the people in the eyes. It was hard for him to tell them all of that, but it was his job.
“Those that have dead will be sent to your nation’s new land in Haven, which isn’t that far from an nation that just killed your people in battle. I don’t see what their plan is to sleep with the enemy and people that don’t give shit about them. They could have stepped in as your nation was invaded, but anyways back to the point.” said the old admiral catching himself for talking their heads off.
“The same will be for your wounded. If you are good, then your jail time will be short. If you are bad, your jail time will be long. Understand?” asked the old admiral. Without giving them time to answer, men and woman, wearing doctor coats, walked in the hanger. They moved into check the health of these people and get them ready to travel to whatever prison they were going to. Preparing them would be then be sedative to knock them out. Even Delray was being knocked out, too.
As the Kahanstanians were being ready to transport, the Count had other things to deal with a few things. The first thing was write a message back to President al-Omari and that little firecracker he has working for him.
TO: President al-Omari
FROM: The Count
CC: Rachel C. Levitt
I’m going to give you news about those in my hands. They are being charged with these charges; Being part of a mob trying to force you’re way out of a locked down Dominion airbase, being part of a mob that attacked Dominion soldiers, being part of a mob that killed Dominion soldiers and being part of an armed mob that had illegal weapons on a Dominion base.
You can’t fight them as I have the video of it all. I even have Dr. Delray telling him fired first, two of your own people.
Here is some good news, with this message will be a file that has pictures of the ones part of the mob. There are three folders; alive, wounded, and dead. I’m sorry that your people started this. If they just boarded the planes, they would have got to be with their people in a few hours. If all planes were board and in the air, you would have got a good size of your government back. I was going to send half to your way and the rest to you know where.
More good news, medics are working on the wounded and trying everything to safe them. After they are okay and good enough to travel, they will get to head your way under the cost of the United Dominion. There are forty wounded security personnel and sixty-three wounded politicians.
I think these will be bad news, but your dead will be heading your way. They will be placed in civilian cargo planes and don’t think about taking the pilots as a way to get your people back. That would only make this problem worst. No good would come for it because you will not have a thing on those men and women. They will be unarmed and taking your dead to you.
That’s is all.
Signed,
The Count.
He pushed the send button and watched the message head out into the wonder full world of the web. Then he had to get a message to this Governor. The first time he had ever heard of the nation of Ollieland.
TO: Governor Konnie Chung
FROM: The Count
First off, thank you. I have never been called His Excellency. I like the sounds of His Royal Baddass better. Well to get to what you wrote me about. The Kashanstanian officials being held in my nation.
I didn’t invited any other government into my nation, so you are wrong on that. If I did, it would have not been the Kahanstanian government as I’m allied with Caesar Maximus. I have history with him and his father.
Now, I’m not holding anybody against their will. They did a crime and they can do the time. An odd four hundred officials and security personal tried to force their way out of a Dominion locked down base, the reason for the locked was because the base is in the middle east and was really close to the fighting in the area. I have no idea what these group did what it do because there planes ready to take them out of the are under the cost of the United Dominion.
To make the story short, two Kahanstanian fired at my soldiers and the fighting started. At the end, there were twenty-four dead politicians, fifty-seven dead security, forty wounded security personnel, sixty-three wounded politicians and a dozen Dominion soldiers killed.
Those that are alive are now my prisoners, those that were wounded are being fix to go to Kahanstan’s new land. The same with the dead.
The reason that none of this had been showed on Dominion's media is that we have civilian of Kahsnstan still in our nation. And I know my people. If word of this attack made it to the public, those civilians would be placed in harm’s way. I didn’t want that and I don’t think you want that, too.
Those in my hands are safe and we will be freed at a latter date. Do your ally something good and help re-built his nation.
Thank you for your time.
Signed,
The Count.
With that, he pushed the send button again and pushed away from his desk. A day in the life of world leader was hard.
OOC: K’stan gave me the numbers of the wounded over telegram. I told him that I would be moving them, too. So…to that part of the post. Damn this is going to be long post.
IC: The prisoner were placed in Dominion Armed Force cargo planes, guarded by armed fighter jets. These men and women would be going to different prison, many different prison. It would be rare to have more then five or six of them in one prison. But one left the airbase not on those cargo plane, the sleeping body of Dr. Delray got to live the high life as she was in Lear jet.
Some of the prisons that the Count had picked were the normal heavy security max ones, but a few were special ones. Five of the Kahanstanian officials were placed in Blacking Asylum in Hungary. Five more were placed in another Asylum, the Redheart Asylum in Wolfingrad. A few of the placed in military prisons located thought the United Dominion, but Major Fulton was in one by her self.
She was in the island wide prison called Hell’s Ball, located on one of the many island in the Angel Island chain near Wolfe Island. But she wouldn’t know it until later. When she awakes, she will find herself in a room on a mat in a white prison jumpsuit. There were no windows in the room, only dark stone walls and a small steel door that was four feet tall by two feet wide. The only thing in the room was a small metal toilet and a light on the ceiling. Major Fulton wouldn’t know how long she was out, too.
But she was the only special one, Dr. Delray was in another strange place. When she awakes, she would were find herself in a bed. Not a crappy bed, too. She would find herself in bed of rich man, the covers were of some type of materiel that feels like heaven and the posts were made of some type of expensive wood.
To her right was a view of snow capped mountains, two her left was the door to exit the room. She could tell that she was in the Kansas anymore and that she was in the room was man that had tons of money. When she looked in front of her, she would see a dark figure looking at her in front of the fireplace. Smoke blew out of his mouth, a black cowboy hat called his head home.
He looked at her and smiled. “Hope you had enough sleep, Dr. Delray.” said the Devil himself.
She couldn’t escape as there were two armored soldiers outside of the glass door that showed the snowy mountains and the other two armed guards on the other side of her door.

Dr. Margaret Delray looked at the man. "Who... are you?" she asked. She was in the bed of a man she had never seen before, and she was married. Or so she thought; her husband was a military officer and he hadn't sent her anything since the Doomies had taken over.
Calm down, Maggie. Your clothes are still on, he hasn't done anything... wait a second... he couldn't be the Count, could he?

Hell's Ball, Angel Island
Ohhh... my head.
That was the first thought that entered Mara Fulton's brain when she woke up in a shithole in what she could only assume was some kind of prison. God, they're going to torture me... As if they hadn't already, her head was in so much pain and she had not the foggiest idea where she was, how long she had been out, or what had happened.
She found herself in a white jumpsuit, rather than the casual dress she had been wearing over her body armor. In solid white, the slim, dark-haired woman would look sweet and innocent. Somehow she doubted the Dominionites would care.
She considered knocking on the door and asking the guards when her court date would be, then decided against it. Somehow she felt that she would be prosecuted simply for being part of the group and trying to leave a base under lockdown. The Dominionite system is grossly unfair. She would have to escape. The Major weighed her options.
She could entice one of the guards into her cell, then disarm him; as a member of the Presidential Security Detachment, and the commander, no less, she would likely be more than the equal of the average Dominion soldier in combat. But even such a trained officer wouldn't stand a chance against whatever other forces the Dominion might have.
She could play sick, and try to get into the infirmary, where there were undoubtedly plenty of sharp things she could get ahold of. But then the only people there would be doctors and medics, not the kinds of people she'd want to fight through.
Fulton decided that her best course of action was to lay low and get a feel for whatever facility she was in whenever the guards let her out of her cell. Deciding not to let herself go, she sat with her feet against the wall and started doing calisthenics. After all, she'd need to stay fit for whenever she did decide to get the hell out of here...
Official Announcement from the Free Havenic Republic of Kahanistan
Office of the President
http://www.nationstates.net/images/flags/uploads/kahanistan.jpg
Count JWolf, the Government of Kahanistan sees no reason its officials should be obligated to remain in a locked-down military base.
When people are trying to leave and being turned back at gunpoint, it is safe to assume they are being treated as prisoners, and their rights violated. We would like to know when the trials will take place, so we can send counsel versed in Dominion law.
We have no intention of taking your pilots hostage; it is not our way. They may have some trouble finding an airstrip, though; the only one I know of is in the capital, and it is as of now unpaved.

Khalid bin Abdullah al-Omari,
President of Kahanistan

Back to the day that the Count send the message to the President of Kahanistan, he had just got the message from that man. I’m glad he dealing with me, now. he said to himself.
TO: President al-Omari
FROM: The Count
The base was on lockdown because of that war south of it. If you watched the video, you would see that they were not being forced back at gunpoint. My soldiers didn’t raised their rifles until your people fired on them. One soldier pointed with his arm, telling them that the planes were over there.
They will be no trail in this matter as my word is that of judge. A trail is just a waste of time and money, Mr. Al-Omari. The evidence against them is high. If it did go to trail, all of your people would have to be in prison for life. That means both the un-wounded and wound officials.
My way, you’ll get to see your people sooner.
An unpaved runway is fine. A good pilot can land on both paved and unpaved runways.
Sit back and wait, Dr. Delray will be talking to you in a few days.
Signed,
Count JWolf

The Devil smiled through the smoke and under his hat. “I’m your worst nightmare or…” he started, that cocky smile on his face, those white fangs somewhat showing themselves. “Your best friend. Mrs. Delray, I think you know whom I am.”
She stepped a few steps forward and looked at her under his cowboy hat. “My dear, welcome to Castle Von Wolf.” he said. With that, he picked up a paper off of the small table in front of the fireplace. He placed at the end of the bad and walked over to the glass door, his back to her. It was the letter (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12338499&postcount=8) from Rachel to the Count. “That’s is what I had to deal with. She almost got you and the rest killed.” The last part sounded cold.
“But,” he started, looking back at her, “Your people are safe. If they all act good and behave themselves, they will only be locked up for a week or longer. You, on the other hand, I didn’t want to she in prison.”
He turned back and looked out at the snow capped mountains, smoke coming slowly out of his mouth via that huge Cuban cigar in his mouth. “Mrs. Delray, you going to live a fantasy for a week. You’re going to live like you’re were a royal queen or noble.” He smiled at that part and continued looking out at the mountains.
“I told President al-Omari that they would hear from you in a couple of days. There’s a computer over there with a web cam. But,” he said, looking back at her, “answer this question for me. Do you want your husband back, if he is still alive?”
The Devil stood there, watching her, listening to your heartbeat.

Delray nodded, uncertain of what the Count had in mind. She wasn't particularly pretty, well, not by Kahanistanian standards; she was 43 years old and not in the best shape. Then again, maybe the Count was messing with her head. That idiot, Foreign Minister? What is al-Omari thinking? she thought, reading the letter.
"Yes, I would," she said. She was not trained to stand up under interrogation, so simply went with the flow. What is he going to ask of me? How does he even know I'm married?

“Any wife would want to see their husband again.” said the Count, his voice calm and friendly sounding like the old admiral the first time she met him. “I bet you trying to forget out who I know those things about you. I did my research about you and a few of the others.”
“Anyways, Mrs. Delray, your husband, if alive, can be with you. All I have to do is talking with a few people and see if I can get his freedom. I’m not saying with my word, he is be safe and free to come here. But I will try.” adds the Count. What he messing with here or really meaning ever word? Maybe he was playing with here, but she would have wait and see about that. “If he is in Doomani hands, I try to get him back. I don’t want you to become an widow like many of the women in your nation have became.”
“Now, talk with your president, give him some hope.” adds the count, turning back to look at the snow capped mountains.

Hell’s Ball Island, one of the island located within the Angel Island chain
Mara was about to get a guest, but not one she was thinking. Not an armed guard or even a soldier. Another prisoner, a former Dominion soldier, a former Silver Fox. Arrested be he didn’t follow the order to stand down and lead his own war on a city full of civilians.
“Hey, new person, you awake.” he said, then without waiting he opened up the door, “Allow me to welcome to Hell’s Ball Island, which everything is the prison. The cool part is that…there’s no guards on the island. Unless you call the man eating sharks and Dominion Navy our guards. The island is just for us prisoners.”
The man was thirty’s looking man with salt and pepper hair. He had matching goatee. His body look like had been staying in size, muscles and everything. The strange thing was that he had yellow eyes.
“Name’s Henry Madison. What they got you for?” he asked.

If he's in Doomani hands, he's dead already. Like Delray herself, her husband, Colonel Marcus Lucanus Camilius, was an agnostic; the Doomani were ruthless to non-Catholics, especially non-Christians.
She walked over the computer to talk to President al-Omari.
"Hello... I'll be home in a few days. You've been in communication with the Count, all I can tell you is that the security panicked when we weren't allowed to leave the base. I'll let you know more as I find out more."
---
Hell's Ball
Fulton sat up. "Mara Fulton. Some high-ranking politicans and guards were trying to get out of a locked-down base, and some of my people panicked and opened fire when the guards stopped them."
The cold tone she had used at the base was gone; she sounded tired and bored. It was nice to have someone to talk to in this place. She even smiled softly, which she rarely did these days.
"What do they eat around here?" she asked. No Dominionites and a load of prisoners... Mara might have looked like she didn't eat enough to feed a mouse, at only 110 pounds, but with the fitness requirements of a military officer came the need for a fair source of nourishment, and Mara was very hungry. She hadn't eaten since the flight from Kahanistan.

The Count continued looking out at the mountain, smoking his cigar. “You’ll never find a view like this in the Middle East. Ah, tell President al-Omari that I said ‘Hi.’” he said then smiled, his eyes fixed on the snow as it fell. He knew his voice would pick up on the computer’s mic.

Hell's Ball Island
“What ever we can catch and cook. This island has some nice wildlife.” said Henry, he smiled at her, showing that she was safe. “I’m a former Silver Fox that allowed the bloodlust to command my action.”
“Walk with me and we’ll get you some food. he adds, he turned and walks back into the hallway. He slowly walks, waiting for her.

"Um... the Count says to tell you he said 'Hi.'"
On the other end of the satellite, or whatever JWolf used, al-Omari sneered. Delray continued talking.
"When I get back, I'd like to know what Ms. Levitt's been up to. Honestly, you could have chosen someone a little less high-strung," she said through the camera.
---
Nice wildlife? We have to hunt and kill our own food? True, it was what their primitive ancestors had done... then again, their primitive ancestors had fed Christians to lions and burned Jews at the stake. Mara's situation led her to recall the old adage, "if people had to kill their own food, there'd be a lot more vegetarians."
She walked alongside the Dominionite. Allowed the bloodlust to command my action... I'd better not turn my back on him. She stayed at Madison's side, monitoring him with her peripheral vision, the security officer mentality guiding her again.

This time, the Count walked from his wonderful view and behind Delray without her knowing he did. He was in one spot less then a few seconds, he was behind her. Doing it without making any sound, he was in another spot.
“’ello governor!” he said with a smile.
With that, he moved away and started towards the door. “Mrs. Delray, the door to the left of the fireplace is your bathroom. The door to the right is wear you will find some clothes that should fit you. Lunch is coming up soon, I bet you’re hungry.” he said, he stopped at the door and looked back. His smiled still on his face. “My guards will show you the way, Mrs. Delray.”
With that, he walked through the door and closed it.
-----------
As the two walked through the hallway, which had the same colored stone used in in the cells, Henry was going to see if she could get anything else from her. “So…Mara, where're you from? You don’t sound like you’re from the Dominion.” he asked.

Delray was totally shocked when the Count just appeared behind her. "You almost gave me a heart attack!"
After the Count left, she decided she would want to clean up if she would be having lunch with him. Hopefully they've got some strong drink here... if I'm doing what I think I'll be doing...
She found a formal dress in the closet that was approximately her size, size 10. Well, this will have to do... She took the dress and whatever else she thought she'd need with her to get ready to see the Count.
---
"I'm from Kahanistan," Mara replied, her Israeli accent obvious. "I'm an officer in the Republic Guard... until the government fled. I don't know if the military held out or not. Somehow I doubt it," she said the last sentence with a note of cynicism.
"How do you catch wildlife here?" Her weapon was missing, probably taken from her when she was transported here. Not that a 9mm pistol was a good weapon for hunting, but it was better than nothing.

But Delray was thinking wrong about what the Count was do. He wasn’t trying to wine and dine her. That would be a waste of his time. He already has his hands full ruling a nation and dealing with six brides. That takes a lot of time. She would find out what he was up to soon.
Then a knock of her door, “Madam, lunch begins in a few minutes. It will take that much time to walk to the dinner hall.” came a male’s voice on the other side.
---
“Kahanstan?” said Henry, there was quizzed look on his face. He looked at her, his eyes told a story that he was thinking hard. “The last I heard was that your nation help in Old Jagada. Whom invade your nation?”
“Being at Hell’s Ball, we don’t know that much about the rest of the world.” he adds.
“About the wildlife, that’s where military training come into play. Hell’s Ball is a military prison, which is mostly Dominion ex-soldiers or wingmen or naval men. At first, the island was a free-for-all with the first set of prisoners but that has changed. The survivors learned it is better to be as a group then fighting each other.” said Henry. "I think this is the ten year that is has been open and running."

Dr. Delray opened the door, expecting someone to lead her to the dining hall.

How barbaric... killing each other when they were all in the same boat. "Doomingsland," said Major Fulton. "Doomingsland and Whyatica. Basically, it all started when there was a flight into a Whyatican no-fly zone in Clandonia, where the Whyaticans had annexed it. We suspected human rights abuses and sent in a plane with some agents on it."
"Well, they were shot down, captured..." Mara's voice took on the cold tone she had used earlier again. She had worked before with one of those killed.
"They were tortured... then killed. Their bodies were sent back to Kahanistan. Then the Whyaticans invaded."
Now I've lost my appetite. Bringing back the memory of four bodies sliced in half with an industrial laser would make even a hardened soldier lose his or her appetite. Mara wasn't exactly hardened, but she had suffered heavily the past two years, more emotionally than physically.

Delray would get to see two men, both in black suits with blue ties. Why blue ties because the Count like the color blue. Anyways, she would see these two men. One that looked like a walking truck, a tall man with a extremely muscled body, a head full of long blonde hair and he had matching blonde beard. The tall over seven feet five inch tall man had blue eyes that were bright enough to put out fires.
The other man was a foot shorter then his tall buddy. He had short black hair, which was spiked up, and light green eyes.
“Afternoon, madam, I’m Zeke and this is Ragi Flóki.” said the short man, then pointed at the tall man.
The tall man, looking far down at her. “Ever see a Viking, madam?” he asked with a laugh.
Both men were armed with weapons; Ragi with a Viking axe on his back and a Liowolf machine gun in his large hands & Zeke had a pair of customized Burning Fox pistols and a customized Megaslayer assault rifle (with front grip, 4x red dot scope, and a visible laser).
“We’re members of the Black Wolves and the ones guarding your life. There have been attacks on Castle Von Wolf.” said Zeke in a friendly tone.
“Follow me.” said Zeke as he started towards the dinning hall. Ragi would walked behind her.
---
“I bet you’re thinking the fighting is barbaric, but there was a reason behind it. With no guards acting a leaders, a leader had to be picked. And the first through the best idea was fight for that title.” said Henry, he wasn’t around during the first. But he would have done it.
As the two walked, Henry listened to her talk about what caused the war in her lands. He heard the reason why the Dominion didn’t step in. The Count did have that friendship with the Doomani leader. The reason of war made him think before he said anything.
“I have been locked up for close to two years, but to go to war because somebody flew into a no-fly zone is just plain,” started Henry, “bullshit. What the hell has the world came to?”
The two walked past an open door, inside was what looked like homemade weapons. Bows, arrows, spears and anything like that. There were no firearms in that room. “Our armory.”
They were nearing the exit of cell block and the noise of birds could be heard. In front of them was an open door, the sunlight coming through it. “Time to met the rest of us.” he said, stepping out first.
When she would walks out, he would see that she wasn’t in the Middle East anymore. She was in what could be classified as small jungle. The sounds of the wildlife could be hear in all ways. She would see a group of men and woman, different sizes and different hair colors and etc, around a fire pit to one side and another stone building in front of about five hundred yards.

Even the "short" man towered over Delray by more than a foot; she was only five feet, four inches tall. The Kahanistanian politician shook her head. "No, only in movies," she said. "Although I don't think they carried guns back then."
She allowed the giants to escort her, although she was beginning to feel a little uncomfortable around them. "Who's been attacking Castle Von Wolf?" she asked, trying to distract herself from the fact that there were giants around her.
---
"The world is insane these days," Mara replied. "The Whyaticans wouldn't even listen to our diplomats, they were hell-bent on annexation."
She picked up a bow and a quiver full of arrows. There was no way she was getting close enough to a wild beast to hit it with a spear, and her small frame wouldn't exactly allow her to use a melee weapon effectively.
"Two years on this rock..." she started. "Well, Helldawg is dead, Maximus is the Emperor of Doomingsland now. I guess he wanted to carve a name out for himself by taking the Holy Land... we should have known the troops in North Africa were a threat, but we thought they were going to attack ViZion." She hung her head, as if it had been her responsibility. "But Maximus jumped us as soon as the Whyaticans engaged us."
When Mara and Henry walked close to the group, Mara spotted a building about half a kilometer away. "What's that?" she asked.

“Werewolves.” said Zeke, looking about at her. He somehow knew she didn’t believe him, but she just met and talked with a vampire early. “Didn’t know that they existed, did you? The Dominion has around strange things, too.” he said.
“Like dragons.” said the modern Viking.
As they walked through the hallways, Delray would get to look at some priceless items of the past. Almost like she was at a museum, not a home of somebody. There were statues from the ancient Roman times to Egyptian ones and onwards. Anywhere she looked, she would see priceless items of the past.
The walk to the dining hall would take sometime as the castle was huge, so she would have some time to looked at the items and talk with her giant guards.
---
“Thanks for the quick history lesson, I do miss a lot of thing being at Hell’s Ball.” said Henry, he knew what those Doomani could do, “Knowing Doomani, they would want control of the Holy Land.”
After seeing her with the bow, he said “You don’t need those right now. Our supplies are good for some time. Unless you just want to hunt.”
After arriving at the fire and the group, Herny looked over at her. “That’s where the kitchen is at. On this island, there are many other buildings. Mostly cell blocks.”
Looking back at the group, he started “Guys, this is Mara.” All of them said hi or something before getting back to their meals and their drinks, a few even had beer.
“Here, boss.” said a young man’s voice, whom hand a beer and a plate of meat and rice to Henry. Henry placed the plate on stool and opened the beer.
The young man looked like he was nineteen years old and had a head full of light brown hair.
“So you ever have monkey?” asked Henry to Mara.

"My mother's a werewolf," said Delray. Her smile betrayed the fact that she was being sarcastic. "But dragons? Never saw any of those. Hey, this mask looks like King Tut's." She stepped over to a case containing an Egyptian mask.
"How big is this castle?" she asked. She was starting to get hungry; she hadn't eaten since the flight.
---
Mara lowered her weapon and smiled as she was introduced to the crowd, not being particularly eager to go out and hunt, but what if a wild beast attacked her? She sat down next to Henry. "No, I never have." That's disgusting. People here eat monkey? Gross.
"So this is monkey?" Mara inquired. She noticed the beer in someone's mug. "Where'd you get that?" She couldn't believe the people here had the technical skill to brew beer.

“You shouldn’t joke about werewolves, madam.” said Zeke in a serious tone. He had seen what an alpha male has done to herd of deer and a pair of hunters. It was just messy. Blood and guts everywhere, he and the others couldn’t tell what was what. The parts just mixed together. “Werewolves are nothing to joke about. They are times worst then a vampire. At else vampires don’t kill for fun. And yes, that’s a mask of King Tut. Made a few days after his death.” He took a breath to continue talking about werewolves and etc. “Werewolves would attack armed conveys or a group of school children. Those damn animals don’t care about their outcomes.”
“The castle in its current state has a floor area of 9.4 million ft² and a total of 206.8 million ft³ of space. The highest of the tower is over 450 ft tall. This castle is a fortress in its current state.” said Zeke, taking another breath of air, he sounded like an tour guide, ”You’ll get lost really fast, if you didn’t have guides.”
“The castle has it own defensive system in place. There is a no-fly zone over the Count’s land, which is a perfect square lot of forty miles by forty miles. He has own these lands for a long time.” said Zeke, the Castle Von Wolf tour guide.

“Yes, that monkey. There are a lot on this island, so the monkey is like the cow or sheep in the rest of the world. Plus, we’re not going to eat our horses.” said Henry, then digs into his monkey and rice. Mara would find out that it would taste like beef. The reason because the way is was cooked.
After eating his bite, he would answer her second part. The beer question. “Ever hear of home brewed beer? It is easy to brew your own beer. You don’t have to be a rocket nut to do, but our beer comes in with the supplies.” he said with a smile.
“Want one?”

God, these people actually believe in vampires and werewolves and dragons? Delray was certain by now that JWolf was delusional, and that he had suckered his people into a delusion that he was a vampire. She was also convinced that the "werewolves" were actually wolves or feral apes, or some other rational explanation.
"Interesting..." said the politician. She let the giants lead her around, politely engaging them in discussions, killing time until the Count was ready to see her.
---
Mara gingerly took a bite of the meat. It didn't taste bad, sort of like beef, but it was so disgusting to her to think it was a monkey, she had to swallow hard to keep from gagging.
"Thanks, I'll have some," she said, taking a beer. She wasted no time in pouring half the cup down her throat to wash away the monkey taste. This is all we have here... The young woman who minutes earlier had eaten nothing more exotic than a duck on Christmas then forced a large piece of monkey meat down her throat, trying to keep her strength up.
"Supplies? We get supplies here?" she asked.

“Don’t believe me, if you want. But don’t cry to me after an alpha male attacks you and turns you into a bloody mess.” said Zeke, serious and somewhat cold in the way he said it.
By that time, the three have arrived at the door to the dining hall. Zeke open the massive wood doors and entered. As they entered, Dr. Delray would see what this wasn’t a small dining room. This room looked like it could fit a small four bedroom house in it.
There was long wooden table, which could seat about fifteen people and had china with solid gold forks, spoons and etc in each place. The reason for the gold forks and etc is that vampires don’t like having silver around.
She would find the Count in an all-white suit with a gangster type hat on. She would see two other people in the hall. Countess Xing Cai (http://img116.imageshack.us/img116/1603/countessxingcai8pk.jpg) in a black dress and Countess Arabelle Lehnsherr (http://img166.imageshack.us/img166/5418/countessarabellelehnsherr9sh.jpg) in a dark green dress. If Dr. Delray knew about the House of wolf, she would know about these two women. They were two of the count’s six brides.
“Ah, my guest has arrived.” he said.
“Milord, she doesn’t believe me about werewolves or vampires.” said Zeke with a smile.
“Ah…” said the Count looking up at the eighteen foot tall ceiling, “Looks like I have to give her a show then.” He lowered himself a little then shoot back up, entering the air. He flipped in mid-air and his feet softly lands on the room. He was now standing on his own ceiling. “Believer now, Dr. Delray?” he asked with a smile.
He jumped back down and land in the same place he was early. “I bet your hungry, I hope you like crab and other types of seafood.”
“Have a seat.”
---
“Hell’s Ball is a prison. It would inhumane, if we didn’t have things that help us stay alive.” he said before taking another bite of his meal. He ate it like he was eating beef and rice. He was okay with eating monkey.
“We get the beer because we’re being good.” said a beast of man near the fire. The man had scars on both arms, he looked like he had gone through a many of battles in his life time.

"Believing you're an acrobat, maybe... I don't see what that has to do with being a vampire." Vampires in the movies she'd seen were all blood-sucking freaks and didn't usually display such abilities unless they had turned into bats.
She sat down at the table. "Thank you very much, I actually do like seafood," said Delray. "What've you got here?"
---
Mara choked down the last of her monkey and dug into the rice. This was much more familiar than monkey meat, and went down much faster.
"Being good... what kind of rules should I be warned about?" she asked. She looked in the direction of the huge man. Mara had plenty of scars from combat, but most of hers were internal, emotional wounds. Some, however, were visible, under her clothes, the result of attacks by maniacs and would-be presidential assassins.

The Count looked and rolled his eyes, but she couldn’t see it as his hat blocked her view of his eyes. He knew his job was going to be hard in showing her what is really out there, showing her the truth. She has been in a Communist nation for to long.
“Believe what you want then, but no can jump eighteen feet in the air with one leap or a hundred.” he said, looking back at her. The servants were coming into the room by now. “There are things that go bump in the night that you were told don’t exist. You’re in the middle of war right now, a blood feud between vampires and werewolves.”
“The main part is blue crab meat with a piece of bluefish on the side. A few shrimps, a few scallops and calamari, too.” said the man, which was wearing a white coat, white button down shirt, and black pants, placing the plate in front of her seat. The shrimp and calamari were stir-fried with rice. The scallops were cooked in a sauce of butter and some types of spices
Another one placed a long glass of lemonade in front of her, too. But it had a kick in it. Mrs. Delray would taste it or even smell it.
As the servants started back to bring the ‘food’ for the Count and his Countesses, the Count sat down at the head of the table. He eyed the Kahanstanian then started back up talking. “Whatever you have seen in the movies about vampires is not the truth, my dear. The weaknesses are somewhat right, but without faith, a cross doesn’t do a thing. And garlic is just a myth.” he said.
“We don’t turn into bats or anything else that you see in the movies. We’re faster then normal human, stronger then normal humans and the list goes one.” he adds, not really caring that she believed him or what.
---
“You only need to know is don’t attack the soldiers that bring in our other guest like you. I don’t think anybody would really want to attack armored and armed soldiers with spears and bows.” said Henry.
“Well, maybe those Hataraians that the Count told us about would, boss.” said the young man.
That cracked the small group up with laughter. “Good one.” said Herny.

Trying not to think about what folds of his lower colon the Count must have been talking from, Dr. Delray wordlessly dug into her seafood. The calamari went down easily enough, but wasn't too familiar to her. The shrimp, on the other hand, was common fare in Kahanistan as well.
The lemonade... now, that was strange. Lemonade in Kahanistan didn't usually have a kick in it... unless it was drugged. Delray's face took on an expression of suspicion. So I am going to be raped by a loony who thinks he's a vampire...
---
Mara didn't laugh. She didn't see why there was so much ridicule directed at the Hatarian military. It was probably stronger than the Kahanistanian military, and the strongest criticisms leveled at it was that it was technologically inferior and tended to be too interventionist.
"I just woke up in a cell... I assumed since we're on an island that we were flown in here on a plane, I was asleep when they took me," she said. "That they would have a hangar with planes in it..."
"So, what do people here do for recreation? There any areas that are reasonably safe?"

As Mrs. Delray started into her food, the servants came back in with pitchers filled with a dark red liquid. They poured this liquid into the goblets in front of the Count and his Countess. As it was being poured, the liquid was thicker then water. It was blood being poured into the goblets, but from tigers not humans.
“How do you like your lemonade?’ asked the Count, who picked up his goblet after it was full. He took a long drink and placed back on the table, his eyes flashed red a few seconds and returned back to normal. “I thought you would need a strong drink after what you saw happening in your former lands.”
The door in front of her opened and walked in a man (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/RudolphFalke.jpg) in what looked like some type of military uniform.
As he bowed at the Count, he said “Milord, my ladies, I’m sorry for my latest.”
“It’s okay, Rudolph,” said the Count, “Did the trap work?”
“Yes, milord. The werewolves took the bait and we loss nobody on our side. The werewolves loss a few of their best.” said General Rudolph. Then he saw Dr. Delray sitting on the other side of the table. “Hello, Mrs. Delray, I’m Rudolph Falke, Wolf General.” He give her a bow, too.

“This island doesn’t have a hanger. They bring us in by boat.” said Henry, remembering waking up in a cell like what Mara did. Two years ago, waking up in a strange place and not knowing what happened. Good thing, he has some tell him what was going on like he did with Mara.
“The beaches are good for running.” said the young man.
“The island doesn’t have any tigers or lions. Mostly monkeys, birds and those type of anials.” addes the large man.

"Thank you," said Delray after the Count mentioned her need for a drink.
Dr. Delray didn't know what it was she was drinking, which was probably for the best as it would probably have made her vomit to know that she was drinking blood. She did, however, notice the Count's eyes flashing.
"What the..." she started as General Falke began to speak to her.
When the general bowed to her, the Kahanistanian politician nodded her head. "These 'werewolves,' would it be possible to have some of the bodies shipped to Haven? We'd like to know what they really are."
---
Mara nodded and lowered her voice. "Do the soldiers have any way of monitoring us?" she asked. If the soldiers could tell that the prisoners were being "good" and shipping them beer with the supplies, they must have some way of knowing who's been naughty or nice, she reasoned. After several years, someone would likely have discovered the method the Dominionite soldiers used to monitor them.

There was not blood within the drink of Delray. The color would have been changed by the red blood. So, it was not blood. It was Caribbean made rum. Some damn good made rum.
“A werewolf is useless after it has been killed. Have you ever watched an horror movie with werewolves in them?” said the Count smiling then took another drink of his goblet. His brown eyes started gaining a red tint in them. “Werewolves still in human form until they need to change into their beast forms. Their bodies after being killed go back into their human forms. It‘s hard to tell a human from werewolf in its human form.”
General Falke took a seat in front of Delray and plated of seafood was placed in front of him. He looked down at the Count and asked “Do I need to take her to the low lands? Werewolves like that area of your lands.”
He looked back at the Kahanstanian, “There are a good number of caves in that area.”
“If she wants to, you can take her there. She doesn’t believe that I’m a vampire and etc. Maybe seeing a werewolf going all beastly will open her eyes.” said the Count, taking another drink.
“So, Mrs. Delray, do you want go to the low lands?,” asked the General, “Well after I eat, first.” With that, he started eating.

“Look to the upper right of the building with our kitchen. They have cameras watching us. There are on the outside of the buildings and in the hallways of the buildings.” said Henry, drinking his beer. The camera was painted to match in with the building.
“They even have UAVs over the island.” adds a dark haired woman next to the large man.

"Certainly," said Delray. She might not have believed in werewolves, but she did have the strong impression there would be danger, probably from wild men in furs, or rabid wolves, or even feral apes that could be mistaken for werewolves.
"Would it be possible to have several live specimens shipped to the Kahanistanian Ministry of Science in Haven?" she asked.
---
Mara looked up at the cameras. She could avoid them by simply relocating to another part of the island, but those UAV's would give her trouble if she stayed exposed outside of the forest.
Then again, the soldiers landing boats would likely not approach an area where they weren't under surveillance; it would be very risky to walk into a hail of well-aimed arrows, or over some spears stuck into the water to pierce the hulls.
She pulled her long dark hair in front of her, framing her face. "Is the water safe to swim in?" she asked. Swimming was a major part of Kahanistanian military fitness training as it worked most of the muscles in the body in a far shorter time than weight-training several separate areas.

“The only good werewolf is a dead one.” said the Count, Delray’s giant guards agreed with them. General Falke looked up from his meal with what the hell are you thinking type look on his face.
“Catching a werewolf is hard, we have tried. You can knock them out, but can’t hold them in anything to keep them alive. Their strength is crazy.” said the General then got back to his meal.
“Mrs. Delray, I’ve seen them ripped into the armor of APCs.” said Zeke.
“Why would you want alive one? Going to try and create an army of werewolves that you can’t control?” asked the Count, taking a drink from his goblet again.
---
“Not safe, sharks love the waters around the island.” said Henry, looking at her with don't even try it type of look. He placed his beer down and plate, too. He looked over at the young man and hand up to finger. The boy hands off to other side of the kitchen build and came back with to saddled horse.
Henry heads over to the boy and said “Thanks, Richard.” He took the leads of both horses and looked over at Mara. “Come with me, I need to show you some before you even try a thing.”
He hopped up on his horse and holds the other lead, waiting for Mara to come.

Mara struggled to climb on the horse's back. She had never ridden a horse in her life; she had generally driven everywhere. As such, she knew nothing of mounting a horse, and certainly wouldn't be able to steer one.

“We’ll see, if we can keep one knocked out long enough to transport to Haven. If it gets free, it will be your problem.” said the Count with a smile. Thinking about what lone werewolf would do in Haven. He didn’t really like anything in the super region that was Haven. A lone werewolf could do a lot of damage there. I f they could catch a pack, they would do more damage.
“I think I can tell that Kahanstanian don’t believe in stuff like that.” adds the Count, his eyes were getting a bight red tint to them as he drank more blood. As did with his two brides, their eyes were getting redder with every drink.

Henry looked at Mara and saw her having a hard time getting on the horse. He smiled before he said “Lionheart, help her on the horse. We have to teach her later.”
With that, the beast of a men walked over and helped Mara onto the horse.

“I wouldn’t call fauna as they are more then animals.” said the Count, looking at Delray, trying to figure out why she was looking at him oddly. He finished his drink and his brown eyes have changed to a dark red in color. “To make sure you’ll get to see some werewolves, I’ll become the bait for them. Even the older ones don’t think twice about taking me out.”
He stood up and pushed his chair under the table. “I’m going to get change into something else, so see you at the vehicles later.” he said, before heading out of the dining hall. His brides head out, too.
General Falke looked up at her, show that she would need to change to. “I think you need to get into something else, too. You’ll need something else, if you want to go into the low lands.” he said before looking at Zeke.
“See if you can get her a pair of BDUs.” he said, ordering the man around. He was of higher rank then Zeke, so he could it.
“Yes, sir.” said Zeke, before exiting the room and heads off to find a some BDU that would fit her.
General Falke looked back at her and asks “Are you sure you want to do this? If so, Ragi can take you back to your room to wait for Zeke.”
---
Henry looked back to make sure Mara was following him as they neared where he was wanting her to see, the sound of water could be heard. The sounds of seagulls flying over head could be heard and seen. By now, Mara would know he was taking her to the water about a mile or so away from the others,
Henry’s horse walked out of the path and turned towards the left, towards a good sized pier. There was a white wooden building to the left of it, big enough to house a small office. The pier itself was in good shape.
If Mara looked out at the water, she would see a few Sovremenny class destroyers about a few miles out, patrolling the waters.
“It’s safe, like I told you early ‘We’re the only ones on this island.” said Henry dismounting his horse and warped the rope around a rail on the white building. Henry looked back at Mara. “Come inside and look at the map of the island.”
With that, he opened the door and walked inside. He placed the map on a table and waited for her to walk in.

---
“Here.” he pointed on the map at the pier. His finger moved back to where she was awaken at, the cell block she was in. “That’s one of the blocks on the island, the one we just came from.” His finger pointed at a good number of other cell blocks and other buildings.
“Each one has their own prisoners and we check each other out ever few days.” said Henry. Walked over to the window, which looks out at the ocean. “Four people have escaped from here. They used a homemade boat to make it pass the man eaters and wasn’t picked up by any naval vessels. But..”
He paused, allowing her to get ready for the bad news. “They were gunned down on that island over there.” He pointed over to some land miles away on the other side of destroyers. “There are military bases located on each island around Hell’s Ball. They are there to make sure nobody escapes and are training buildings for their soldiers at the same time.”
“I was part of the Count’s inner circle, I know things like this, but being a friend of his didn’t save me from coming here. It did save my life as what I have done would have been death and no prison time.” said Henry, still looking at the far away island.

Mara scanned the map closely. She needed as much information as she could possibly get about the security arrangements.
"There's nothing for me here," she said. "I'm 28, I know I look a bit older... so I could be here for decades, but I'd rather not waste away here." Mara looked like she was in her early to mid thirties. "On top of that... I have a child. I don't know where she is... my friend took her when I called to let her know the government was fleeing. She's a civilian, so she probably took the baby to the border through the humanitarian corridor into the Dominion."
Mara spoke more softly now. "I don't know if you have children... or know the attachment a mother has to her child. But I have to see her again."
To take her mind off of her situation, she asked, "What exactly did you do to get put here?"

Ragi lead her back to her room, through the same way as they head towards the dining hall in. By the time, Zeke came around a corner with a set of BDUs with a tigerstripe pattern. He also had a pair of black hiking boots, too.
“These should fit you.” he said, handing the clothes to her.
---
“I have two sons, Mara.” he said, but didn’t say anything else. He didn’t want to think about them as he was always thinking about them and his wife. He was happy that he was on this island and not in a grave.
Still looking out the window, he listened to her question. “You'll think I’m a monster, if I tell you. You’re think I’m Doomani with my actions. I lead my own private war into a city full of civilians with orders not to move into the city. I told you the blood lust controlled me.” he said, his voice didn’t sound like normal. Delray didn't ask how they found size 7 hiking boots, let alone BDU's that would fit someone who was 5'4". Most people in this place were far larger than her.
She took the kit into her closet and changed, coming out looking like an infantry officer of some sort. She hadn't worn BDU's since her time at Kahanistan Military Academy when she was a teenager. She had dropped out before commissioning, but many of the memories of her time there almost 30 years ago came back to her.
Great, now all we need is the tranq gun and I'm all set. "So, do we have tranquilizers to catch these... werewolves?" she asked.
---
Mara nodded sympathetically. The bloodlust... I'd like to know more about this. But she decided to wait for a better time to ask him. She put an arm around him and listened to him. In her position she would be able to hear him without him having to speak especially clearly.

“I’m going to tell you something, I was a member of group of for men. The Four Horsemen of Apocalypse, it does like an evil group, but being horsemen wasn’t anything about being evil.” he said, his voice slowly going by to normal sounding. He looked down at her. “This group was four of the best military minds of the Dominion. I was the horsemen known as Death.”
“The power got to my head and I did what I did. Order the soldiers under me to kill unarmed civilians.” he said.
“But I know a lot about this island. I know when a prisoner serves a year or longer, they will get the option to stay her or join the Dominion Foreign Legion to redeem themselves of their past actions.” said Henry, he still called the Dominion by its former title. He didn’t know about the new name of the United Dominion.

Delray nodded and allowed Zeke to lead her to the vehicles.
If a werewolf got within striking distance of her, she wanted to protect herself. "Would you be able to get me a tranquilizer gun, just in case?" she inquired.
---
"And there are people who choose to stay here?" Mara asked. She had been in the military for seven years; she could not imagine anyone choosing to rot in prison over joining the military.
Mara could not comprehend an officer running amok just because of power. Some Kahanistanian soldiers had gone crazy, of course, and attacked their own troops or allies, or civilians in some cases, but these were generally people who had developed serious mental problems as a result of being exposed to warfare.
No Kahanistanian soldier would comply with orders to murder unarmed civilians, thought Mara grimly. Deep inside her head, though, she knew that wasn't true. Despite training in the laws of land warfare and the duty to disobey illegal orders, some soldiers did participate in war crimes, most notably during the occupation of Torontia (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Occupation_of_Torontia).
The standards of training had been upgraded since then, with a greater focus on the treatment of civilians and prisoners. Mara herself, of course, had never participated in war crimes. It wasn't in her. Not only that, but sitting around the Presidential Palace behind a desk wouldn't exactly give her very many opportunities to order the deaths of thousands.
"The United Dominion Foreign Legion," said Mara. "So, if I join, I'm free? Sounds like a bargain..."

“We will make sure that no werewolves get near you.” said the large Viking.
Her room was on the fifth floor of Castle Von Wolf, so it would take some time to get to the front.
---
“Being a Legionnaire is nothing like being a soldier within the Dominion Armed Forces. Most would stay here and live out the rest of their life then join the Foreign Legion.” said Henry, looked back at the water and at the Dominion naval ships.
“United Dominion, I want to know what made the Count change the name after all of these years. This is the first time that it has changed from the founding of the nation over a thousand years ago.” he adds with a quizzed look on his face.
“That is, if you think being in another man’s army as being free.” he said with a smile.

The walk from her room to the front would take close to fifteen minutes or longer as they walked faster then normal to get to the vehicles. Why does the Count need a castle this big? Because he can get around faster then normal human and he was maybe the richest person in the whole world.
As the three walked outside, she would see that the Count had called in some extra support for this ride into the low lands. There were soldiers in dark gray and black set of Transylvanian body armor armed with different types of weapons. Four hummers, two M-417 Recluse Infantry Fighting Vehicles and two five ton trucks.
Each vehicle was painted black with the symbol (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/BWSymbol.jpg) of the Black Wolves on each side.
The Count was sitting on a black Kawasaki Ninja in his normal clothes, his black cowboy look. Blue Angel, his katana, in her place on the his back.
“Hop in one of the IFVs. They will be safer.” said the Count to Dr. Delray.
---
“That’s right, but they are used as peacekeepers mostly in this time of day. After you been a fighting soldier like me or one of the others, being a Legionnaire is nothing like being a soldier of the Dominion Armed Forces.” he said.
“So…what are you going to do. Sit and be good or get yourself killed?” he asked.

The Kahanistanian politician opened the door and sat down in the IFV. It was a little more cozy than she was used to in a car. She buckled up and waited to go...

"I'll probably join the Legion, if it comes to that. Of course, I'd rather get home... but I'll do that in three years anyway, sooner if I'm wounded." Mara was a security officer and rarely saw combat; she was not the hardened soldier Henry was.
"I haven't seen a lot of battle, just training," she said. "I'll probably sit around, do peacekeeping whenever I get called up..."

The rest of the Black Wolves got in the other vehicles, Delray’s two guardians hopped into the IFV with her. As the last one loaded into a vehicle, the small convey heads out of the castle driveway turning to the left and Zeke said “Look at what you be staying in for the week.”
He was talking about look to her left at the huge castle, which was twenty stories tall and five towers. AAA guns and SAM sites could be seen on the dark stoned castle. The castle of a true leader was what she was looking at. A castle of a rich man.
The drive to the low land would be a long one as they would be traveling over twenty miles from the castle. The Count riding in front of the IFV she was in, in the general in the hummer in front of the motorcycle. The land was going down as they near the low land, a heavily wood area with a green valley and cave opens hidden within the woods.
The two IFVs with the trucks pulled to the side as the Count’s bike and two of the hummers moved down the road. The Black Wolf snipers got out and got ready to shot on any werewolf.
Delray’s two guardians hopped out and stood in front of IFV with the other Black Wolves with assault rifles.
“Movement from the left and right.” came through the radio.
“Back off.” came the Count’s voice.
The two hummers backed off and the Count gunned the bike down the straight road., he was nearing the edge of the valley, coming from the right. From where the IFV was parked, Delray would have a good view on the action.
Then it happened, a massive gray figure launched out of the woods and impacted with the Count and his bike as he was going close to eighty miles per hour. The bike flipped off into the valley with the Count and his animal looking thing, too. The bike continued flipping as the two figure came to a stop.
There were no movement as the two laid on the ground, they looked they had been killed.
“Snipers on the ready.” came through the radio.
Gunfire came from behind the IFV, the sound of assault rifles could be heard. These what happens in the low lands.
All of the blue, the Count does kick up and lands on his feet looking at the werewolf that hit him. The now standing werewolf stood two feet tall then the Count. With Blue Angel in his hand, the two beings flew at each other.
If Delray wasn’t scared by now, she would be in a few second as a werewolf lands in in front of her IFV. The gray furred beast growled at her two guardians as Zeke placed two well placed tranquilizer darts in the beast’s head. As the beast fell to the ground, his body began to changed into its human form.
Welcome to the low lands…
---
“Well you can do that, if they offer it to you.” said Henry. He picked up a paper and hands it to her. “They told me to give this to you. It‘s from a friend of mine.”

Delray looked at the castle from the outside. She knew the Count was wealthy, but she had never seen the palace before, not having been particularly familiar with the Dominion among the other fifty or so nations Kahanistan had dealt with.
The monstrous fortress more strongly resembled a military base from the outside than the palatial home it was inside. It looked designed to repel massive military attacks on it, not just wild animals or werewolves.
Down the road, the Count gunned his bike and rocketed down the road. Delray's stomach flew up into her chest as the Count was knocked off his bike by what looked to her to be some kind of feral ape.
Is he still alive after that? Delray's question was answered before she even asked as the Count rose up and began fighting with the creature. She screamed as the beast was thrown against her windshield, to be turned human when it was knocked out by tranquilizers.
All right, we've got a specimen, she thought as soon as she had regained her breath.

"Where did you get this?" asked Mara. She didn't know of any postal service on this island, or any way to send stuff on or off.
A week? He's not serious, is he?

The Count spun in the air and cut the werewolf’s head of as the two hummers came bounding down into the valley. The two off road vehicles moved closer to the Count, but more werewolves came charging out of the wood. They all charged straight at the Count, moving in to attack the oldest of their foes.
The heavy machine guns on top of the hummer fired at the incoming attack dogs, trying to stop them from getting to the Count. But even bullets could stop the number of werewolves that came out.
Two werewolves, one gray and the other black, hit the Count hard. One high and the other low. It didn’t look good as the Count’s body flew into the air like rag doll, but he lands on his feet like a wild cat. Unseen by her, he was smiled like an insane person.
The attack around the IFVs and other vehicles was getting worst, too. The werewolves were coming out the wet works, just they want to kill the soldiers of the Count and the Devil himself. Then the IFV that Dr. Delray was in was hit hard on the right side, making the rock to the left. Another hit on the right side, but Zeke spun around fired his assault rifle into the beast.
“Load the ones knocked out and get ready to leave.” cam through the radio.
The five ton trucks move in and the soldiers started loading the knocked out werewolves as others fired onto the moving ones. The sound of gunfire filled the surrounding area, a sound that would call in more children of the wolves. They needed to leave fast before they were overrun in place where they should hold more ground.
As the last knocked out werewolf was load on, the order was give to leave. On the front of one of the hummers, the Count was sitting on it as it passed the IFV. The rest of the vehicles followed behind after everybody was loaded into them.
Inside Delray’s IFV, Zeke looked at here in the front and asked “Believer now?”

Delray nodded shakily. "We should bind those things with titanium chains, and put them on a flight to Haven, we'd be able to do some research on them. You might want to warn the Science Ministry what they'd be dealing with, though..."
---
"My people did just what they were trained to do," said Mara. "The Dominionites were holding us in a base and armed soldiers were blocking the exits, and wouldn't let us leave. So some lower rankers fired on them to let the bulk of us escape." She didn't know how many, if any, had successfully exited the Dominion base when it was locked down.

“Titanium chains, no. These things are stronger then normal human. Some say two or three times the strength of the strongest human in the world. They can broke anything as they change into their wolf forms.” said Zeke. Sound of assault could be heard behind them, from the soldiers firing as the werewolves chasing them. “We’ll have to keep them drugged until they arrive in Haven.”
“After they’re in Haven, it will be their problem to cage them.” said Zeke, he looked up at the vehicles in front and stay movement. He didn’t say anything, until the Count lands on the front of the IFV. Holding on his hands, he smiled at Delray, three large claw marks that ran from his left ear to the right side of his face.
He quickly moved on top of the IFV and moved toward the hatch to hop in on the ones inside. As he enters, there were more craws marks on his body then the three on his face. Three move long ones on his chest that when from left downward to the right. His right arm of his duster wasn’t there anymore, ripped off from the shoulder. There were claw marks running down his whole right arm.
“Have fun?” he asked her.

Mara nodded. "I was suspicious," she said. "We originally planned to go to Praetonia, and the base personnel were going to take us to Romania. I told them where we were going, and they gave in, or acted like it. I didn't think they'd give in so easily, I thought they'd want to pump us for information, but most of the people didn't believe me... well over a thousand people got on the planes, only a few hundred stayed, they were the ones with me who decided to make a break for it."
If she had known where those planes were REALLY headed, she would be relieved that her security officer mentality and paranoia had paid off, and very scared indeed for those who had boarded.

“I’m not going to turn and it’s the bite that does it.” said Zeke, whom didn’t have a single mark on him. No claw marks or bite marks on him.
The Count was the one with the claw marks.
“I haven’t had that much fun in a long time.” said the Count with a smile. His marks began slowly healing by themselves. “So, you got an address for us to send this werewolves to?”
---
“Going to Praetonia, but landing the Dominion first. I bet your transport planes were useless then and were going to have to use Dominion cargo planes to go anywhere.” said Henry, walking over to the map.
“I know how much it cost to get one cargo plane in the air, you know the cost of fuel and etc.” said Henry, he looked back at her. “So, the price to transport your people would be in the hands of the Dominion, which means it would cost hundreds of thousands to get you to Praetonia.”
“Think like a world leader, would you want to spend your nation’s money to send a few thousand people to some nation that you don’t give a damn about?”
“Be happy that he didn’t order your transport planes shot down because your government was only placing the Dominion between a rock and hard place." he adds.

"Well, just send them to Metzuda, capital of the Midlonian Protectorate in southwestern Haven. The Kahanistanian Ministry of Science will know where to pick them up."
---
Mara shook her head and lowered her gaze. "Possibly... it'd be cheaper than having them around." She had studied political science, but she was certainly ill-equipped to think as a world leader.
"Besides, it isn't like the Kahanistanian government was broke. They'd be more than willing to pay back the Dominion for flying them out."
She got up and decided to head off somewhere. If she was going to only be here a week, it was not a good idea for anyone on the island to get too attached to her.

"Well, the Science Ministry will find out exactly what they were..." said Delray. These can't be werewolves... can they? Did the Count put something in my drink?
She could sort it all out later. She pulled out her cell phone. "Hello... Mr. President? The Science Ministry has some pretty weird fauna coming in from the Dominion, they're very dangerous. Might want to put them in electrified cages and the like..."
"OK, I'll have some soldiers there to pick it up. We'll have the airport keep an eye out for Dominion planes... we'll find them."
"Thank you, Mr. President," said Delray.

Mara walked deeper into the forest. On the way, she picked up a heavy stick, the better to protect herself from the wildlife if it got too dangerous here... she had been told there were no lions or tigers, just monkeys and the like, so she really didn't feel too afraid. She would probably just set up on the beach until her week was up. These Dominionites weren't the kind of people she wanted to spend her time with.

“They were human bitten by another werewolf,” said the Count, “That’s all your people will find out. If we got any alpha males, then they can watch one go on a rampage to escape.”
His wounds were still healing and the back of the IFV had the lights on, so she would see everything when she was looking at him.
“So...you think I’m’ a vampire now?” he asked with a smile, showing off his white fangs. She just watch him survive a wreak that would have killed a normal person. Watched him get hit by to werewolves at the same time and send flying in the air to land on his feet. Jumped from the lead hummer to land on the front of the IFV, which was a three vehicle length behind the lead hummer.
The only thing that would make her think he wasn’t a vampire is the fact the sun was out and he didn’t go all ash on her.
---
As Mara tracked into the wood, Henry watched her before hopping back on his horse and taking the other with him. He rode back to the cell block and to the group.
“Where is she at?” asked the dark haired woman.
“She couldn’t handle the truth.” said Henry. He told them everything he knew about what happen at the locked down base from what Mara told him. He even told them what he said to her.
“That’s the point of a locked down base, there are armed soldiers at the exits.” said Richard, even being as young as he was, he knew a lot of things about the military.
“Her government did screw up by entering Dominion airspace. They should have know that the Count is buddies with Doomani leader. Most of us hate commies, too.” said Lionheart.
“She not going to last a week by herself at Hell’s Ball. She’ll come back to get food. Or steal it, we‘ll have to keep an eye on things around.” said Henry. Richard took the horses back where he got them from.

"No, I think you've been genetically engineered," said Delray bluntly. She would need more convincing that he was a vampire.
"You aren't exactly shriveling up under the sun."
---
Mara strolled through the woods, finally arriving at a beach. She was deep in thought about why she was here. There were few places the Kahanistanians could have landed... to the west was Pwnage East Africa, to the north was the Dominion, and to the east was Whyatican Arabia. Some had flown northwest over western Hungary and made it over the Pole to Haven, but most chose what they saw was the safest landing spot, and the Count had been friendly to Kahanistan before...
Why did we have to settle in a land that religious whack jobs thought was sacred? If not for the Doomies' fundamentalism, they wouldn't have tried to annex Kahanistan like this. If not for the fact Kahanistan was sacred ground, the Doomani would have had no reason to get involved, and Kahanistan would have probably driven the Whyaticans out of Clandonia.
She sat down at the beach, tired and dirty. She decided to lay down and rest on the sand, about fifty meters inland so the tide wouldn't catch her while she was asleep.

“Maybe I was genetically engineered by God or Satan, as I’m older then anybody in this whole world. People call me the Devil because of the things I done in my past. I sold myself to the highest bidder as a mercenary.” said the Count, knowing he would have to do something else to make her open her eyes to the world around her. He looked at her, knowing that genetically engineered could heal their own wounds like his body was doing. “Ah…good thing you asked that. Here’s the reason, I’m was born with the power of a vampire, but not the weakness of one. I have killed every vampire that was older me, making me the oldest vampire in the whole world.”
“Open your eyes as genetically engineered poeple can’t heal their own wounds.” he said.

"Just how old are you?" Delray asked skeptically. The oldest person she'd heard of had been 122.
"I'm 43, so you know I don't mind that question. And who did you sell yourself to? You were born a vampire, so were your parents vampires as well? How does this work?"
She wasn't sure she believed him, but she wanted a window into the mind of the Count.
---
Mara stirred and brushed her face with her sleeve, thinking that a bird had crapped on her from above. When she opened her eyes and they adjusted to the darkness, she looked around and she saw five monkeys. They were small and black and white. She picked up the heavy stick she'd been carrying, but didn't want to use it. She had seen seal clubbings on TV and thought they were barbaric. She certainly wouldn't do this to a monkey.
Mara took a few steps back from the monkeys. At 5'6", she was significantly taller than they were; for them to attack her would be like her getting into a cage match with Caesar Maximus... and he was 6'8".

“Over ten thousand years old, my dear.” said the Count, without a smile on his face. He was older then most nations. He has seen many empires fall through his long life. He has watched the raise of the Dominion, something he founded with a close friend.
“Anybody that had the money. The Rebels during the American civil war, the Nazis during WWII and many others. I have been in almost every known war in the world. Think of it and I bet I have done it. ” he adds.
“About my parents, I don’t know anything about them or if I had any. My first memory was being in a cave at the age of eight or so. Many, many years ago.”
Through out the answering of the questions, the Count had a serious look across his face. “I think you need to read my book and watch me get shot a few times.”
---
The monkeys just looked at Mara, they were just being monkeys and seeing what this strange thing was on the beach. They just looked at her oddly.
“You know, you were just bitch slapped by a monkey.” came a male voice behind, near the edge of tree line.
It came from a man with a buzz cut in set of clothes that a prisoner shouldn’t have. He was wearing tigerstripe patterned BDUs with a duster over them. From the looks of it, he wasn’t armed with a firearm or anything that could be used as a weapon.
But he did have eerily looking blue eyes.

"Ten thousand years old... I feel like a little girl again."

"I know," said Mara. She thought about how to deal with this man in BDU's, she assumed he was a Dominion soldier.
"I guess they won't attack me," she said. She let the club fall to the ground in a direction that would not strike a monkey. "I'm Mara." She extended her hand to the man and smiled in a friendly manner.

The Count smiled at the ‘I feel like a little girl‘ part, said “And yes, I always do that with people. An hundred year old man is still young one to me.”
“I’ll make sure a copy will be in your hands after we get back to the castle. It’s just the four thousand page book that does a quick run through my long life. It does picked up on the many things.” said the Count, by now his wounds have been healed. And the ride was still fifteen miles or longer from the castle. “I’m working with some writers to create a volume of my life, starting from the ancient time up to the modern times. The times before gunpowder are my favorite times.”
---
“Ah…you’re Mara.” said the man, shaking her hand. His eyes scanned over her body, looking at the prisoner issued white clothes. “The name’s Jack Spade the Monkey Master, the Ball’s ghost. I don’t exist anymore.”
He stepped back and the five monkeys ran up to him, a few climbed on him. “You need to got out of those clothes, if you want to survive away from the cell blocks or what I call barracks.” he said.

"A ghost?" asked Mara. He certainly felt solid enough to her.
"Why would I need to get out of these clothes to survive?" she asked. Mara had no desire to get naked in front of this man she'd just met. "If you want to get me out of them, you'll have to try better than that," she said.
Mara sat back down and began digging a hole in the sand, looking for worms and the like. She hadn't eaten any of those since survival training, but she really wanted to stay away from the other prisoners...
Also, a hole in the sand would help her collect rainwater she could drink, or use to clean up when she wasn't concerned with Jack watching her.

“Good.” said the Count.
As the vehicles flew down the road at the fast they could, radio messages were going out to the airbase located on the Count’s land. The base, which was a large as Airbase Flying Dragon, was built a few months ago to handle the planes of the wing division of the Black Wolves. Anybody would have hell attacking these lands, even if they made through the United Dominion Armed Forces and the other military branches of the United Dominion.
The castle had its weapons and the land had their own, there were two towns on the Count’s land to house his soldiers, his paid soldiers of fortune. The town even housed the families of these men. Hidden within the woods and on the snow capped were SAM sites and AAA guns. Even underground bunkers, too.
If anybody came from the low lands to attack, the werewolves would get to play with them. Nobody in their right mind would at invade the Count’s land and try to attack Castle Von Wolf. Any planes that got to close would be warned to the leave the airspace above the land as there was no-fly zone over his lands.
After the long drive back to the castle, the two IFVs and one hummer turned onto the castle’s driveway. The rest of the vehicles continued straight down the road, heading towards the airbase. The three vehicles stopped in front of the stairs to the massive castle.
As the Black Wolves exited there vehicles, the Count waited for his guest to exit the IFV.
---
“You know, a ghost as I’m off the radar. They don‘t even know I‘m here.” said Jack, watching her like a hawk. He shook his head out her. “If you don’t want to eat worms or bugs, follow me.” With that, he turned to enter the woods, followed by his monkeys.

Delray would get to see something that even a genetically engineered human being couldn‘t do, a man jumping up three to four stories without rocket boots, that’s if those thing exist. The Count in one leap, flew into the air with his right hand in the air. He looked like he was superman, if superman looked like biker-cowboy.
About thirty feet in the air, the Count grabbed a ledge of a balcony and flipped onto the balcony. He landed on his feet, he stepped and waved down at her before heading inside. If that didn’t open her eyes then what would.
Zeke looked over at her and said “Want to go to your room, now?”

Mara was quite complacent about going alone with a man, something most young women from countries that had just experienced massive social upheaval and high crime would not for fear of being mugged, raped, or murdered. However, like all Kahanistanian military personnel, Mara was skilled in the Jewish martial art of Krav Maga. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/index.php/Krav_Maga) She would be able to protect herself effectively enough.
"So, what do you have?" Mara asked. She was looking forward to not having to eat slugs, worms, or bugs, but she was still a bit suspicious of this man in BDU's. Is he a Dominion soldier? How does he lead the monkeys? What is going on?
She walked alongside him, her eyes watching him as closely as he had watched her...

“If you need anything to drink or eat, pick up the blue phone on the night stand.” said Zeke.

“Food, beer, even a popcorn maker.” said Jack, the monkeys still following him like he was another monkey. He would stop her after walking half a mile in the jungle, then he moved over and pushed a metal door open, which was on the jungle floor.
“Inside you will find something that shouldn’t be on a prison island.” he said with a smile.
Down the stairs, she would find a small twelve by twelve room. There was a small twin sized bed, the popcorn maker in one side of the room, a door that leads to a cold storage unit. There was even a wardrobe. The room had power and everything.
“Welcome to my home,” he said, “I’ve been here longer then the prison.”

“Yes, Mrs. Delray, a glass and a bottle will be up soon.” came the voice of the other end, a female’s voice.
Ten minutes later, Zeke opened the door and a man walked in with the bottle and the glass. He was wearing same clothes as the other servant whom feed her early at launch. He placed the bottle and glass on the table in front of the fireplace and left the room.
“Place the bottle in the mini-wine cooler in that wardrobe over there.” said Zeke, pointing on of the two wardrobe in the room. Then he closed the door back to give her privacy back.

“First off, slow down and allow me to answer you.” said Jack, running his hand down the wall with the wardrobe. He did look crazy doing it, but he was about to open something. He hit the button and opened the door that lead to his kitchen. The stone door slide to the side.
Spinning back and looking at her, he started answering the questions. Many questions for him to answer. “I’m the Monkey Master and it does help when you raise them from babies, too. Yes, there should be women’s clothes somewhere around here.” he said, before opening the door to his cold storage unit.
He walked through it until he made to the back, to another door. He came back out and said “I bet you can find some back there through that door. Take a right and you go down a hallway, which leads to room with the clothes like my BDUs.”

Mara went down the hallway, and found some BDU's in her size, after about half an hour. She figured there weren't a lot of women in the Dominion Armed Forces and the ones who were probably weren't the same size as she was; she was fairly tall and very slender.
After she found a BDU in her size, she looked around for a shower. A day in the jungle and dirt tends to get one rather dirty.

By now, the five werewolves were at the airbase and loaded into a Timber wolf Inc. cargo plane, which was waiting on the runway. Each one loaded up with drugs to keep them knocked the whole trip to Haven. But there were soldiers in the back with firearms to knocked them back out, if they wake up.
The plane entered the air after the last one was load in it. The plane was on its way to Haven.
---
There were a lot of women in the United Dominion Armed Forces, but Jack knew that the Armed Forces took most of the women’s sized BDUs with them. So he heads down to check of Mara after waiting close to half an hour for you to come back. He walked trough the hallway, not making a sound. As he neared the room with the clothes, he called out. “Mara, you still alive?”

Metzuda, Capital of the Kahanistan Protectorate
The Timber Wolf plane landed at the crude airport. Several people from the Science Ministry were there, and a tall, older man in a lab coat greeted the Dominionites.
"These specimens... do you have any guidelines for holding them?"
---
After about an hour of reading and drinking, Dr. Delray passed out drunk on her bed.
---
"I'm looking for the shower," Mara called back.

The men looked at the tall man and back at the werewolves as they were pushed in cages. They just looked like normal humans in white clothes. They didn’t look like anything special.
“We’ve never place these things to hold as they are only good when they are killed. So, either keep them drugged or locked in something they can’t break out of. So nothing metal.” said the lead Dominionite.
“Sir!” came a calla from behind him.
The man turned to see one of the werewolves awaking and starting to change right in front of him. The sound of breaking bones could be heard, the skin being ripped out to be replaced by brown fur. The head forming of a wolf, the body changing to look like an massive wolf.
“Shot it!” yelled the man.
At that time, four darts flew into the cage and in the beast's neck or back. The werewolf fell and started turning back to his human form.
“Looks like you got an alpha male on your hands.” said the Dominionite. He pulled out a small, thin book and handled to the tall, older man. It was book in dealing with a werewolf.
The first page had a picture of a gun with the words ‘Step 1: Get gun!’ The next page had the pistol being load with silver bullets with the words “Step 2: Get Silver!’ The last few page showed how to kill one by aiming and shooting at it in the head.
The lead Dominionite looked back and saw all of the cages were unloaded. “Have fun.” he said, before heading back to the plane.

“Ah…the shower.” said Jack, pointing back down the hallway. “Keep going down pass the cold unit and you’ll run into it.”

As luck would have it, the local zoo had some ceramic cages, originally intended for not electrocuting animals during thunderstorms. A few phone calls and several horseneedles of tranquilizer later, the creatures were in ceramic cages in a Science Ministry facility to be studied.

"Thanks." Mara carried her BDU's down to the shower room and laid them out to change into later. Right now, she just wanted to clean all the muck that she'd been exposed to off her body and relax for the first time in two days.

In their new homes, the werewolves were sleeping like little babies with huge ass teeth! In one, the drugs started to lose their power over the beast. And it was the alpha male again. He rose and began changing.
The Science Ministry have got their hands full with this…
Meanwhile, the TWI plane was on its way back home. And back home, it was nearing dinner time. It was time to wake up sleepy head.
On her door, there was knocking. "Mrs. Delray, it’s close to dinner. You awake?” asked Zeke. If she didn’t answer, he would go in and check on her.

The female scientist observing the specimens screamed loudly as the man turned into a wolflike creature before her eyes. Hitting the panic button to call for help, the young woman then stuck a cattle prod into the ceramic enclosure to deliver a 90KV charge to the monster's body, a shock powerful enough to stun a lion.
A security team rushed in within seconds, armed with AK-47's, tasers and cattle prods. "Somebody needs to put some electrified barbed wire around this thing, we can't even feed them without a reaching pole."
---
Mara stripped down and stepped into the shower, turning on the hot water without noticing the monkey in the room with her.

Maybe stun a lion, but this was a werewolf she was dealing with. It did dazed him for a few seconds, but the alpha male was still in his wolf form. He looked pissed as he roar and growl at anybody that he could see with his eyes
Then he charged the wall of his cage, trying to break free.

The security used their cattle prods to try to keep this thing stunned long enough that they could inject it with enough sedative to knock out an elephant. Then, they took a blood sample from the werewolf to identify what it really was, as most Kahanistanians did not believe in werewolves.
After this was done, the cage was surrounded in barbed wire and razor wire, and hooked up to the facility's power grid to give the beast a nasty shock if it touched it.
Food would be pushed through the enclosure with a long wooden pole. This consisted of roadkills and large slabs of bear meat.
---
Delray was still passed out drunk and didn't respond.
---
Mara finished cleaning off and got out of the shower. She did not notice the monkey until she was standing in front of the mirror, not yet dressed, preparing to brush her hair. She squealed suddenly, not expecting to have something in there, looking at her in the nude all this time. It made her feel so vulnerable; here she was, trained to spot sneaks, and this little primate had snuck in on her.

The alpha male finally was knocked back out. The blood would find part human DNA and wolf DNA. So, they would have a lot of thinking to do about finding that out.
The werewolves started waking up at the smell of meat and blood, but they didn’t change. They looked around in their human forms, but the alpha male, in his human form was a tall black man, yelled “Where the fuck are you at Count?”
Now, that would shock the hell out of their new holders.
---
Zeke walked up to the bed and checked to she if she was still breathing. But he saw the bottle and everything, so he hope she was just drunk. That’s not what the Count needs on his hands, another dead government official.
He touched her shoulders and shook her lightly. “Mrs. Delray, dinner is ready in the dinning hall.” he said.
---
The monkey ran out of the room and Jack yelled “What?” through the compound.

The Kahanistanian scientists looked at the blood sample. "This is weird..." said one. "Human and wolf DNA... I wouldn't have believed it possible."
"So you mean there's some sicko over there who's having sex with wolves?" asked another.
"Well, people have been known to have sex with sheep... but I thought they only did that in rural regions, the Timber Wolf people said these came from the Count's palace."
"Well, let's get this stuff written up... these things have gone human again, and one of them is pissed off."
Near the cage, an equally tall, equally black scientist was trying to talk with the alpha male.
"Nigga, the Count is in his castle in the Dominion. This is Metzuda, capital of the Free Havenic Republic of Kahanistan. We relocated a few weeks ago after the Doomies came. This is southwestern Haven."
---
Delray stirred, barely. "What? What's for dinner?"
She was clearly extremely intoxicated and still stuporous. It would take some prodding to wake her enough to go to dinner with the Count.
---
"Monkey was looking at me in the shower," Mara replied. She began to get dressed as soon as the monkey had left and she closed the door.
"He was in there the whole time and I didn't see him till he came up behind me."

---
“Some type of meat dish is all I know, Mrs. Delray.” said Zeke. He sit back and looked at the drunk woman. He smiled thinking she wouldn’t get no more anymore. A glass of wine, not the whole bottle.

“Ah…they do that.” yelled Jack back.

Another scientist spoke more calmly. "We have to be certain you aren't threats to yourselves or others, right now we're analyzing some blood to see if it has any dangerously high hormone levels that might cause aggression, violence, suicidal behavior..."
---
Delray sat up, feeling like she'd had a girls' night out at the local grunge bar in Najaster. She hadn't done that for over 20 years. She was badly hung over.
"Just some hair of the dog... then I'll be fine to go down."
---
Mara shook her head. Since when do monkeys like to look at women in the shower? She finished dressing and came out, wearing full tiger-striped BDU's. She was fresh and clean and beautiful.
She was also starving. "What've we got here to eat...?"

The alpha male turned his eyes on the other scientist. “A threat is myself, no. A threat to others, yes. You’ll release me and my brethren.” he said, his voice becoming more cold sounding.
At this time, the other four were awaking up and hear that the alpha male was saying.
“We’ll are not animals! You have no right to hold us in cages!” growled the alpha male.
---
“Okay. Need me, I’ll be outside.” said Zeke, turning and leave the room.

A security officer for the Science Ministry shook his head. "Dudes, after we just saw you turn into monsters, we aren't letting you out until we know what the hell is going on. Tom, play the security camera for these people."
A lower ranking guard moved a TV on which a security tape was running, showing the changes from human to wolf, in case the creatures had no memory of being wolves.
"Our working theory is that you were infected with a biological weapon or exposed to a dangerous pathogen indigenous to the Dominion. We're taking more serum samples to try to isolate the causes of this transformation," said a female voice.
A woman in her late thirties, with light brown hair and gray eyes, came into view from around the cage. She was seated in a wheelchair; her legs had apparently not seen much action in a year or so, while her arms looked quite strong, possibly from using the wheels.
"I'm Dr. Morgan, the director of this facility," she said. "Once we have a situation where we can be sure that you aren't going to run amok and kill people, then we can consider releasing you, either to the Dominion or to become citizens of Kahanistan."
---
Delray finished off her bottle and came out of the room, a bit less hung over.

Mara eagerly took the soup offered to her. Seafood was common in Kahanistan, and lobster and fish were main staples of many people's diets there.

The alpha male was more pissed off after being forced to watch a video of him hanging into their wolf form. “I know what I am, you dumbass. I’m a fucking werewolf. I wasn’t infected with a biological weapon. I was a normal human seventy years ago. I was bitten by another werewolf after I was wounded in a fight.” he said. He knew that these people would believe him, but he didn’t care.
“Did you know there was a blood feud between werewolves and vampires?” he asked.
He looked at the women in the wheelchair, “The werewolf virus, like the vampire virus, can cure you. It will fix your problem with your spine.” he said, still looking like he want to kill everybody. But anybody would be pissed, if they woke up in a cage.
---
Zeke looked at her and asked “Did you have too much fun today?”

The soup was just a normal Lobster soup, it had in it; salt, milk, white pepper, butter, cayenne pepper, cornstarch and water. It would be better then monkey.

Dr. Morgan scoffed at the idea. She didn't want to sprout fur and go insane at random times.
"Thanks, but no thanks. We're developing stem cell treatments for things like that, should be five years or so before we're using them widely. You say your condition is caused by a virus... what would you say to not turning into a wolf man anymore, if our serum tests confirm it is a virus and we're able to develop an antiretroviral compound for you?"

In another part of the capital, those wounded who had been shipped back to Kahanistan after the fight that had led to several hundred officials being spread all over the various prisons of the Dominion learned from the President that many of their friends and coworkers had been shipped to Doomingsland. They were immediately outraged and asked the Kahanistanian Government to do something...
---
Delray smiled, still drunk. "You can never have too much fun," she replied, her voice slurring.

Mara finished the soup in record time. Too polite to ask for seconds, she decided to sit there and make conversation with Jack to kill time.

“I would die as my body can’t survive. I was thirty years old when I was first bitten. My body would be strong enough keep me living. So, fuck off as we don’t have a problem with human unless they work for the Count.” said the alpha male.
“As I’m being held, I looked like to having meeting with your leader. Be it over a phone or in person. My brethren and I aren’t in the land that gave us life, so we are not part of the blood feud anymore.” His eyes still in their wolf way, along with his teeth.
---
“Right about that.” said Zeke. He lead her to the dinning hall, where plate of high priced meat disks sat on the table. The Count was in his seat, but there two armord swordsmen (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/LosguardiasdeDiablosArmor.jpg) behind him at each side. Members of los guardias de Diablo, Dr. Delray should know that.
On the other end was man with black hair, eerily green eyes, and wearing a large fur coat. This man had a muscled body. Behind him was two equal large men with black duster.
“Ah…Mrs. Delray, welcome to the meeting to end the blood feud.,” said the Count, he looked at the other man, “She is the reason for what I did early. She didn’t believe I was a vampire and that werewolves existed.”
At that time, the man’s green eyes changed to his wolf green eyes.

“Ah, well there are underground tunnels leading all over the island. I haven’t found any firearms, but I’m still looking in every hole in this compound.” said Jack, eating his meal. Seeing that she was done, he looked up and asked. “Want some more?”

Dr. Morgan frowned. She was between a rock and a hard place; if she let these things loose, and they hurt someone, or one of them infected a local, the government and the scientific community would crucify her, that was, if anything was left of her after the victims' families went after her. If she kept them imprisoned, she was entering dangerous human rights territory.
Morgan was very reticent about letting these wolf people out. Once, during a psychiatric experiment, she had nearly been killed by a Kraven specimen. She wasn't putting herself or anyone under her in that kind of danger again. So, Dr. Morgan decided to take cell cultures from the werewolves to see how the virus acted and induced transformations. Maybe if we could at least give them a treatment to make them less violent while in animal shape... that might help.
"I'll see what I can do with regard to making you less violent while in animal form," said Dr. Morgan.
---
"How are we going to end the blood feud?" asked Delray, still slurring. She didn't even know what had started it, let alone how to finish it.

Mara smiled. "Yes, please. May I join you? You could tell me where you've searched, and where you need to search..."

The alpha male smiled at her, looking into the eyes. “Dr. Morgan, don’t take this wrong, but you’re a fool. Even in wolf form, we’re in control. We’re just human beings that have some special powers.” he said.
“I acted that way early because I woke up in strange place and was pissed. I’m still pissed as my last memory was the snowy forests of Romania. What would you do in my shoes? Plus I was shocked after woke up. That pissed me off more.”
“I think you hired the Count and his men to kidnapped me.” In which was somewhat true, if you look at it. Dr. Delray did want some to study.
---
“It has already been ended.” said the Count with a smile. He looked back down at the werewolf at the end of the table. The werewolf only smiled at his former enemy.
The werewolf looked at her. “Mrs. Delray, my name is Alexander Octavianus. The oldest werewolf in the United Dominion.” he said, his voice was a deep sounding one. The Count had order his men to search of this man after what happen in the low lands. “From what I heard from the Count, you didn’t believe that my people existed. And you wanted the Count to catch my brethren to study.”
“I bet your people don’t have a single idea what to do with…” he started, then looked up at the Count, whom had five fingers up, “five werewolves. Let’s hope that they haven’t escaped and ran wild in your new lands.”

We could try to get you a bigger cage, though... allow you more freedom of movement. At some point we might even ship you off to some island somewhere, if we can't figure out what else to do."
"No, I didn't hire the Count's men to kidnap anyone. Someone in the government who was over there found unusual life forms and thought we would be interested. You see, most people here don't believe in werewolves and vampires."

"No, I think the Science Ministry knows how to handle dangerous creatures."

“So…because you don’t believe in vampires or werewolves, some Kahanstanian asked to have some kidnapped for you to study. How barbaric!” he said and smiled at the end.

“We’re not dangerous creatures or really creatures at all. We’re just superior then normal humans.” said Alexander.
“You know, Mrs. Delray, your people are now holding five Dominionites against their will.” said the Count.

Dr. Morgan frowned. She could certainly understand choosing eternal life in this way, but the majority of werewolves had to be unwilling victims... didn't they?
"We're interested in learning about your biology... from what you've told us, it seems we could breed a whole army of these things. I'm sure the Defense Ministry would be interested in hearing more, but we're bound by some fairly strict ethical guidelines..." Those ethical guidelines were what had prompted her to leave the Health Ministry for the Science Ministry. While in the Health Ministry she had been encouraged to engage in a psychological experiment with a captured Kravenite who had snapped her neck and left her for dead.
Needless to say, she was more than a little cynical about the Health Ministry, especially since the facility head who had sent her in was later appointed Minister of Health. She was glad this unscrupulous man was out of the government, not so glad that he had been sent to Doomingsland.
---
Dr. Delray frowned at the notion her race was somehow inferior. "Well, I'll see what I can do on that front. Dr. Morgan won't be happy, but she's a friend of mine. She'll listen if I talk to her."
---
Mara shook her head. "I don't imagine you talk to a lot of women on this island," she replied coldly. She did not find the notion of a monkey watching her in the shower amusing at all.

The alpha males growl at her for her comments about turning his brethren in war machine. That pissed off some more, the fire in his eyes grew. Nobody would turn his people in beast of war against their will. Then he smiled.
“I’m happy that you’re bound by some fairly strict ethical guidelines as we’re not mindless beast. Breed werewolves for war is a bad idea. We have minds of our own.” he said.
“As of now, you’re holding us against our wills. We will be freed now or we’ll be forced to gain ownership of your new lands. We do have money and know some damn good lawyers.”
---
“Don’t be sad.” said the Count with smile, talking about the frown on her face. Human were somewhat inferior to vampires and werewolves on the long run. “Humans can’t ready to anything a vampire or werewolf could do.”
“Anyways, I bet you want to know the reason behind the ending of the blood feud,” started the Count, without give her time to answer or anything, “After going through what happened early, my mind had an idea. All of this bloodshed was pointless. Werewolves and vampires should be allies in this world, along with humans. So, I searched down Alexander and asked him to a table to talk about ending the blood feud.”
“And we sat down like two gentlemen. said Alexander.
“Correct! We ended a feud that had been going on for countless years. I wish everybody could do that.” said the Count.
“Like the Doomani Caesar and the others in this world.” said Alexander.
“Correct!” said the Count, raising his goblet in the air. Alexander raised his goblet in the air. “Mrs. Delray, raise you glass and toast with us. A new age of the United Dominion has began to from because eof you and your actions. Two enemies are now allies.” said the Count.

“Nope, but it was funny.” said Jack.

That won't go over to well. Dr. Morgan wasn't the type to be bullied by threats. She wasn't angry; she rather expected this response, but she wasn't expecting to be threatened with lawyers by sentient wolf people.
"Well, I'll be talking with someone from your government, I was under the impression that your people were being hunted and killed over there," she said. "If you want to go back, though, that's your freedom, and I can have you on planes in 24 hours." I'd like to ship these people to Doomingsland, let them deal with a ton of these freaks. She pushed the thought from her mind; the Doomani civilians did not deserve to die horribly for the cruelty of their leaders. This was why Kahanistan had not launched a final nuclear strike against Doomingsland when all was lost.
---
Delray raised her glass and smiled. "I hope that one day we can make peace with the Doomani." Of course, any peace with the Doomani would require either a massive human rights reform, or a common enemy such as a large rogue nation committing genocide against Catholics, which would incite hostility from both nations.

"Yes, he's serious, he's pretty serious, he's got a representative right here talking to him."

Dr. Morgan's cellular phone vibrated against her breast. She reached into her lab coat pocket and retrieved it.
"Oh, Margaret. It's been... two years since we last talked? What? He actually wants them back? He's got to be joking, he just sent them here."
"Really? That's odd, I was just talking to one of them who actually wants to go back, I was pretty shocked myself. I'll have them on a plane in twelve hours."
The scientist's next call would be to the security department. "This is Dr. Morgan, the specimens will be transported to the Dominion. No, I don't know why, apparently we got a call from somebody in the Dominion who wants them. No, I don't understand anything except that we've got to get them back to the Dominion."
Several minutes later, four security guards with the souped-up cattle prods and horse needles loaded with drugs from earlier, just in case, came in and neutralized each werewolf before taking a few final samples of hair, skin, and fluid from each of them, and loading them into a transport cage, to be driven to the airport in a truck and then placed on an A-400M flight back to the Dominion. The entire process would take about an hour.

"It was nice knowing you," she said softly. "I wish I had something to give you, to remember me by." The pretty officer smiled sadly and kissed Jack on the cheek before turning to meet the boat. At the last second, she thought and pulled a few strings of her long dark brown hair from her head, enough to form a lock. She pressed them into Jack's hand.
