Since our Prison system is becomming more and more popular for criminals within the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom and Her Colonies, we are overburdened with prisoners that we do not want in our criminal justice system, nor our nation. Thus we are sending out this communication, along with the attachment, to all nations of the world. We will sell you our prisoners for the low low cost of $100 Black Dollars (CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE COMES TO: $124.39 USD). We will not though, sell to nations which we know has slavery issues.

We roughly have about 120 Million unlucky souls within our prison system from Shazbotdom and the colonies of Alraibris, Bolrasha and Halnara.

How are you to know what type of tracking technology a nation has? I RP as a PMT nation and can start a trace right when a message is started to be recieve. With a message as long as yours was it would be easy to get a trace rather quick to your nation. We wouldn't know who in your nation sent it which is why we would not sell to your ENTIRE nation.

In that case, consider my involvement retconned. There's a point at which even my do-gooding hits its limit. Jumping through hoops to pay your government for its own pleasure is such a point.

We have been very satisfied with the performance of the prisoners. Many of them have adapted to different jobs, and we could put their violence to use. Several formerly abandoned roads between the cities have been cleared out of bandits and particularly hostile creatures, and the new "Crimesweepers" units literally wipe away the gangs from the formerly mafia-occupied zones, while not dealing as much collateral destruction as the Aerospace Logistics. Many of them are working in the bars and the service industry, providing security which is a real deterrent, as people know they won't hesitate to act. Marine shipping got rid of the constant lack of crews.
We've managed to clear out a few new surface zones, and our training programs have enabled coexistence of these people in new cities. Vault-Tec has finally put obsolete equipment to use. And we still keep them under control, as they have nowhere else to go except for our companies.

We are looking forward to accepting more of the prisoners, when the prisons have to be filled again. As of now, we'd like to receive another 30 million of prisoners. In the first place, we need ones with military, security or mafia background. Others would be ones without major physical problems and preferably below 40 years; our medical system will patch them up, but can't lower the age.

We do understand that the Corporation wishes to use these prisoners as test subjects for some sort of experiment. This we cannot allow. These prisoners are to be sold to nations that can gaurantee that these prisoners will be freed upon landing in said nation unless that government wants to inprison them to equal out the sentence handed down by us.

The Dominion of Emperor Pudu is ever expanding, and as we continue to enlarge our borders our domestic workforce is worn thin and our enslaved labor force can only work in their own environment, so as not to tax our transport capacity any more than is required.

In this light, we would like to place a request for the transfer of twenty five-point five million prisoners, to serve as a mobile workforce. They will be kept well fed and healthy, the better to work, and they will receive fully twelve hours of free time every day. Medical treatment is available and can be obtained by the Pudite officers for their charges at domestic facilities, as those of the Dominion are quite limited.

When their sentence is fulfilled, they will be offered the choice of a free life as a Farmer-caste foreign worker for the Dominion, or return to your nation, with a small boon for their years of work. While serving they will be paid nothing, as currency is no good inside the Emperor's domain.
