OOC: I have an idea, lets RP civilians in our nations playing NS in the NS universe. An example would be me playing a South Lizasaurian Fisherman who posts about random stuff on the NS world's NS.

Done before, and hey, if you can incorporate things like that into a rp thread, than you have better rping skills because you aren't just doing stat role playing.
