All nine Monarchs of Zanski have discussed with High King Arma In the House of Zanski about the importance of Diplomatic Relations. It was agreed that this was very important and a letter was thus written to all leaders of nations:
The United Federal Kingdoms of Zanski would like to announce that we are seeking to improve Relations with all nations with an embassy exchange. The following security restrictions apply:
30 guards
1 Automatic rifle beween each guard
2 stun grenades each
2 close combat weapon each (EG dagger, batons)
No cannon or artillery allowed.
Any other security measures will have to be authorised by High King Arma of Zanski.
