The Cleansing of Eastern Afghanistan (people's earth)

In these recent days of disputing with other nations on taking control of part of Afghanistan to connect our fragmented nation, there have been mentions of the possibility of eliminating much of the insurgents located in that area, as shown here:
To the United Stani Provinces,
First of all, we have no problem with you desire to annex the easternmost provinces of Afghanistan in order to unify your fragmented country; namely Badakhstan, Nurestan and Kunar Provinces, if you indeed desire the most robust connection of former Soviet Central Asia to Pakistan. Who knows, you may even bring some measure of order to those notably lawless regions; and perhaps yet capture the notorious terrorist mastermind Osama Bin Laden for the Americans, yes?
Sincerely,
Rilir Alarion nos Carthir
Secretary of State, USSW RCC.

In order to cleanse the Badakhstan, Nurestan, and Kunar Provinces we have taken enough soldiers from pakistan to formed 2 lines that are the width of the area kindly offered to us by the USSW RCC, and march them across to the other side of the Badakhstan, Nurestan, and Kunar Provinces. Once the area has been swept, we will proceed to sweep across back to Pakistan in case our soldiers missed any terrorists. Once all of our soldiers have returned to Pakistan, we will proceed to drop enough MOABs (massive ordinance air bursts) to cover all of the area in explosions, to rid the area of any insurgents/terrorists missed during the sweep. This operation will take several days to complete, and we will notify all nations one this operation has ended.

First, although we still support your actions, we do kindly ask your soldiers to evacuate whatever innocent civilians are in the areas you sweep before saturating the area with massive bombs. Only as many as they can support safely, considering military needs, but still that many please. They will soon be your citizens after all, so liberating them from the clutches of the terrorists ruling these lands now shall surely gain you their trust and loyalty.
Also, my government has decided we shall stop indicating Revolutionary Command Council status (RCC) after our country's long or short (USSW) name. That might work for protocol when a nation is young and unrecognized, but we see it is still giving the wrong impression. We are simply the United Socialist States of Wagdog, USSW for short; a country that has a Revolutionary Command Council, rather than a Revolutionary Command Council that has a country.
Best of luck in stamping out brigandage in your lands,
Rilir Alarion nos Carthir

During our second sweep, we have done a body count, among them are several figures of importance from Al Qaeda, including Sulaiman Abu Ghaith who is considered the the "spokesman" of the Al Qaeda. Abu Taha Al-Sudan (an explosive expert closely affiliated with Bin Laden) was found injured after a shoot out with an encampment of Al-Qaeda insurgents, we are still in the process of interrogating him, all he has said is that Bin-Laden is not in the area we are sweeping. In four hours we will proceed to bomb the area. Speaking of bombs, we are going to drop one on the Zimbabwian capital.
