Sankaga, Northern Hataria
The City of Blood was a Dark Place, no people Lived in it as it was a Ruin dateing to 400,000 BC, Older then Humans. The Central Part of this was The Great Arena, a Arena bigger then 20 Football Fields and near by were The Death Mountians and Mount Bazuka.
This was where The Imperial Kumite was to be held and were The Cimmerian Wars would end.
Now they were waiting for The Fighters.
Hurtful Thoughts

Captian Gopher and Agend 'Ed' Giem, along with a roockie Chitzi unit, would be sent into the city, The Chitzi unit was there mostly for support, and Agent Giem managed to pull enough strings to come along, being perhaps the only remaining survivor of the Alidorian incursion, besides Gopher. All the others have since died off in previous batles and wars. They were the last of the old Republic, they were old, achronistic, grunts, still loyal to their country.
Gopher, for a long time believed to be the only surviving member of a four batch Super Soldier experiment, and set into 'retirement' for the past 50 years, knew he was being sent out just so that their country could show what the Hurtians could have done at the height of their power.
Agent Giem, a former mass murderer, was pardoned for his now forotten exploits by his great skill and valiantry in Alidor, later he was given a position in the Federal Policce (Special Operations Capable), later renamed FBIA, and there he remained, somehow he managed not to get transfered into the newly formed Marine Raiders, mostly due in part to his age, which in fact, was older than that of Gopher, the years have not been kind to his health though...
Chitzi unit, an 8 man section placed under the leadership and guidance of Agent Giem. They contained new Chitzi copies of Hurtian small arms, which were HAP-739s, the 6.5 mm CM-26 was deemed unsuitably large and aggressive looking, plus it used ammunition not available to the Chitzi nation at this time, as they had vast stocks of soviet 7.62 x 39 mm ammunition. The advantage was, that the HAP was a compact modular weapon, that could easily be used as an assualt rifle, and then broken down and used as either a heavy pistol or SMG.
With them, they brough two large crates, each a meter tall and a quarter meter in all other dimensions.
The Chitzi unit also stocked explosives and grenades in the event of a civil war or riot.
As there was considerable doubt as to whether this contest would end as intended, especially after the Hatarian princess's outburst during a peace negotiation, which involved her being forceably removed, along with some of her associates after a number of inflamitory outbursts and some pieces of broken furnature...
Agent Giem gave an ominous glance at the aptly titled 'death mountain'.

Original use/flashback:
Gopher leans against a rail; looks at the boats that constitute "Task Force Three" a battlecruiser (The HTS Kursk), three military transports (led by the HTS Frozen Chosin); takes a deep breath, sighs.
"So I left one infested island to fight in another. And this time I'm in the first wave, I hope I fair better than the others."
Down the hallway a man in a straightjacket is confined in a cell, with a continous drip of tranqualizers leading directly to his brain, he "sleeps" soundly, for now. He dreams of what man may do if they could live forever, of course, he knows it is no dream, because if he is corect, he is immortal.
Down the hall two men in orange jumpsuits have finished peeling onoins and doing dishes, and started a game of poker. One is large, and strong and has the label P109 on his chest, the other is but a kid, a very lanky kid at that, who every so often has a bout of shuddering his number is P256. A third chair is empty. A few hands are played, small talk ensues.
P109:
"So, Eddie what happened to Doc Lector?"
P256 "Eddie":
"Haven't you heard Ice? He went nuts, the Government says he's sick, and he thinks he's better than anyone else, he tried to make everyone 'just like him' whatever that was supposed to mean, they caught him eating the brains of one of his lab assistants, he's sedated on some pretty powerful stuff down the hall, I'm surprised that those drugs haven't killed him!"
Gopher enters:
"Is this seat taken?"
Iceman:
"No, not anymore, and if he ever comes back he isn't welcome."
Gopher sits dowwn and is dealt a hand.
"Looks like I'll be landing with you two bozoes"
Eddie:
"What makes you think we're going wit you?"
Gopher:
"I'm on the first wave with you guys"
The room goes silent, Gopher pulls out a flask and tries to cheer everyone up.
"So what brought you two here?"
Eddie: "Drugs, guns, and fast cars, a few wrong moves and you're a convicted mass murderer"
Iceman: "Wrong place, wrong time, wrong relations, I was considered to much a security risk if were ever to escape, so I was double crossed, money changed a few hands, and now I'm on a suicide mission"
Notes:
Ice was crushed to death by a slab of Concrete in Alidor.
Hannibal was assumed to have been roasted alive, but re-appeared later, only to be shot down by some SAMs.
Pvt/Sgt. Rick Sawyer was shot by a sniper's bullet during a PKO.
Gatsby is currently shadowing the Blackhelm coastline
O'Brian was executed by Corprate Alliance forces after leading a prision revolt.
Of the 66 Marines sent into Alidor, 58 were unaccounted for/dead, and of the survivors, 3 more have died since.
That leaves Captian Gopher, Colonel Gatsbey, and Agent Giem, and two formerly unidentified marine, one was later known as Agent Mendez (APC Loader/Commander).
A large battleship was approaching Hatarian waters. It was emitting a private code: A31189-4786770. This code gave away whom was on board, and their purpose. General Skragg of Dephire had arrived.
He wore a black robe with a scarf wrapped around his lower face, which extended down into a rather extravegant cape. A large six foot die-katana was sheathed on his back, and twin long curved swords at each side (two and a half feet in length).
His face was complex, yet easy to look at. A small roughing of a beard extended just above the scarf. (Meaning he looked a little ragged.) A scar was present from above his right eyebrow and extended far down towards the bottom-center of his cheek. His hair was dark, blackish if not brown. Though he was not extremely muscular, he was lean and agile. Even the weight of the blades did not wear him down.
"How long till port?" Skragg asked his sailors.
"We just have to wait for access to be granted by the Hatarians."
the Hatarians alowed The Dephirean Ship in to The Port.
