"Today is a great day for The Watchul Altruisia of Chellis. As Chellian soldiers prepare for the great battle against the evil Hatarians, great changes are occuring on the homefront. Chellis had attempted to show the communist nations of the world the Chellian way, the only way of effectively managing an economy effectively. Yet, these nations attempt tried and failed methods of communism, and give the ideology a bad name.

Hence, for starters, chellis has changed its name. Communism is now looked upon as a failed system, and it is, as most have tried it. Chellis will no longer attach itself to such a failed system, and as such, has changed its official name to the Watchful Altruisia of Chellis.

Second, chellis is now officially announcing its departure from the Union of Communist Nations. This organization is all but dead as it is, and Chellis feels that it is dragging our great nation down.

Finally, Chellis has a request for other nations. Small scale private enterprise is beginning in chellis, however, a number of people wish to attempt this, and want to learn more about private business, etc. Hence, we would like to bring in some specialists on business, who are willing to teach some of our citizens how to run a business. The state will pay for them to come, and we would like to find out our options."

His Majesty's government applauds Chellis in its action of leaving the UCN. With the acceptance of capitalism in Chellis is a step forward in the advancement of their peoples personal freedom, we hope Chellis continues its plans to allow its people the chance to participate in the free market.

We applaud the recent capitalistic reforms within Chellis, and are certainly willing to send business advisory panels to Chellis to assist in the privatisation process. We hope that the Chellians will continue the transformation to a free enterprise economy, and that the momentum gained from this first step will continue on.

The Libertarian Empire strongly commends the Chellian government on the right choice towards capitalism, and we do hereby officially support this move to laissez-faire policy. A number of our larger investment firms have decided to take up your offer to assist in setting up and advising the new local bussinesses, and we do hope that this can be the beginning of a period of great economic growth and development for Chellis. Although only baby steps may be taken in the beginning, someday soon Chellians will learn the benefits of free enterprise.

We in The Silver Sky applaud the capitalistic reforms in The Watchul Altruisia of Chellis. The Silver Sky has been enjoying great economic growth in the last decade and we will gladly send an economic advisory panel to Chellis to aid in setting laws on businesses, and other laws nessecary to prevent the explotation of workers, or rampant inflation, which could go along with the reforms if not held in check.

Also, Apollo Banking & Securities Limited is going to invest 1.5 trillion dollars to help state run universities and private colleges to establish good economic courses to help your people assimilate to the new capitalist reforms, they also have another 3 trillion to be provide from We Buy It Inc. to help up-start businesses and colleges. Also, We Buy It Inc. held businesses are looking to establish themselves in the Chellish market as soon as they can, to help workers find good, and fair paying jobs.

We wish the Chellian people never ending prosperity.

Chellis believes that the president's speech has confused a few people, and we would like to clarify. Chellis is not becoming a laissez-faire economy. We stress the word limited. Citizens are being allowed to have private enterprise, though they still have to do their government appointed jobs. Some citizens will be given less hours, or possibly none, if their private enterprise does well enough. However, chellis is focusing these efforts on areas that aren't very easy for the government to work in, such as restaurants, import shops, etcetera.

Chellis is no way a socialist state. We see these nations as even more deluded than the communists. Chellis, at this point, is disconnecting itself from defining its economy in a narrow way.

Chellis will be considering the offers given, and will choose in a time coming soon.

Leocardia, seeing Chellis doing the same, has stepped down on its country's communism government and has chosen to follow Chellis's governmental system and ideology. We have long been under the armpit of communism and we face difficult times in this era. Leocardia is following the Chellian Way.
