The Tsellian Enterprises begins the search for willing nations!

http://tsellianenterprises.co.nr/
The Tsellian Enterprises, an entirely technological based corporation, is now focusing its powers into the new Genesis program, a new plan created that would allow it to be able to build a small nation from the ground up into a technologically advanced nation. The goal set for this is within the next five years – with the Tsellian Enterprise and its massive resources at its disposal, the nation willing to be rebuilt will be put under a series of recreations pertaining to the Tsellian Enterprise that will effectively put itself under a new stature. By using our technology, we will show others the power of mind over matter, and we wish to find a nation willing to be our grand project.

Nations interested in turning their country into a technological haven please contact the Tsellian International Resources Officer, at ext. 224 – 6322 – 3321, and leave a voice mail with the code ‘NTB’ at the end. Also, please supply the following information:

What is your nation’s location within the world?
What are your political views?
What are your social views?
Will there be things that will hamper you?
How willing are you to reformat your education system?

Those nations must send information regarding to a representative on which we will be interviewing them on behalf of the nation itself.

TO: Ahkraz’zam Elios of Tsellian Enterprises
FROM: Frederick K. Mang, Minister of Economical Affairs, Heletica.
MESSAGE: Our Economical Affairs Department has taken note of your interest in supplying technology to a yet-to-be specified nation. Please to not be mistaken, Helectica is not looking for a corporation to build it from the ground up, for it is well established. However, it is interest in receiving technology in return for anything of TE's interest. Newly acquired resources thanks to a recent minor invasion leaves us in the position to supply your research, which should lower the price relatively. We anticipate a reply.

Dear Frederick K. Mang, Minister of Economical Affairs, Heletica,
From, Herred Karbulia, Tsellian Enterprises Resources Manager,

The technology we supply surpass many government funded projects. As a wholly independent corporation severed completely from any government control within in any country we reside within, the Tsellian Enterprises does not restrict itself by merely following the single technological time line of a single nation. Through our philosophy regarding to research to take advantage of any advancement within nations, whether they be within our reach or not, we strive to always get the highest end technological advantages against our rivals.

Our fields stretch from our specialized military departments with our extensive research into Biotechnology, to our commercial departments that range into internet use and communicative resources. While our resources are projected to last us for the next few years, we are always interested in acquiring more. Should you are still interested in supplying us with some resources, we will supply some of our technology for a proportionately lowered price. If you are interested, please contact us and prepare for a representative to come to your nation.

If you have any questions, please ask before asking for our location.

Not located on this world. Homeplanet: Asfaltia
Political views: Centrist
Social views: Liberal
Hamper: ...no internet access on weekends, if that counts...
Reforming education system: Don't even think about it...

Asfaltum has noticed your enterprise, and is curious about your products. We have our own military and civilian facilities, with great resources, and are willing to give you access to these should we reach an agreement. Understand though, that we are only interested in letting you into our market as an equal competitor to our other manufacturers. We are not interested in any "extreme makeover", as we currently are an FT nation with a good tech-level. We are simply curious about what you have to offer militarly; ships, weapons etc. We would like to know your past work in these areas, and should we like what we see, we are also willing to give you some of our own military achievements, which you will be free to keep and/or upgrade.

Yours sincerely

Scandinavian Nations - Jenrak

Neither is the Scandinavian Nations Confederation particularly small, nor does the matter have power over our minds, but your words show strength behind them, so we wish to work with you. An entire one of our lands with all settlements will be open to you.

What is your nation’s location within the world?
- Our confederation is located in the North, where cold winds blow over remains of cowardly sailors, spreading the spirit of non-existence to the hearts of those not truly alive. Polar glaciers are where our brave set their foots on, inspired by Beer, mountains of ice are what shields us, and Southern fields, lit by bright Northern Sun, are what gives us malt and wheat for what makes us strong.

What are your political views?
- No politician had ever gathered the courage to step his foot into the Scandinavian Nations, and the true warriors never fall down to this slavish craft.

What are your social views?
- Were it not for well-habitable Southern lands, our society would have nothing to be deserved, like in the blessed Northlands, where the Strong survive whilst the weak leave to their proper domain.

Will there be things that will hamper you?
- Nothing yet has stopped us, and we are ready for hardships to overcome, but are not hampered by anything these days.

How willing are you to reformat your education system?
- The way which gives us power is the way we follow. What changes make us stronger, we accept, and deny deepheartedly what weakens us. Our people will remember what they know, and learn whatever is new.

Dear Frederick K. Mang, Minister of Economical Affairs, Heletica,
From, Herred Karbulia, Tsellian Enterprises Resources Manager,

The address of the office is 3422 Reneth Street, City of Nakros Arguns, approximately 48km off the coast of Jenrak.

Dear John Dull, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Asfaltum,
From, Herred Karbulia, Tsellian Enterprises Resources Manager,

We are not expecting an extreme takeover to take effect. We are merely opening up markets through this new program to establish our foothold as not a destructive corporation, but a constructive one. By showing that we are capable of large scale reconstruction, the Tsellian Enterprises hopes that the economic surplus from this changed perception of corporate entities will bear better. Thus, we hope you understand that there are no ulterior motives behind our Genesis Program.

Dear Representative from the Scandinavian Nations
From, Herred Karbulia, Tsellian Enterprises Resources Manager,

We are unsure of what you mean by 'an entire one of our lands'. Please be more specific, and we will reply accordingly.

Scandinavian Nations rule over many lands and people. A large land with tens or hundreds of millions living there will be open for you. Not all Scandinavian Nations will be reformed, but only the most willing states.

Basically you are a peacefull enterprise, and aren't interested in manufacturing weapons? Well, either way, feel free to open an embassy at the off-site forum (http://z6.invisionfree.com/League_o_Free_Worlds/index.php) of the League of Free Worlds, in the thread marked "External LoFW Dealings". There we can discuss further enterprises in more detail. I'm a co-founder of that alliance, and I think we might benefit from letting you into our market. Also, if you join our alliance, your interests will be protected by the League.

We thank you for the offer, though putting ourselves into a league that would affiliate us with any concrete body goes against our policy as a free-reigning corporation. While there may be protection, we find we are in no need to protection against corporations who do not find us a threat.

That is much more clear. That plot of land could be used to be the beginning of the Genesis program. More information is available through out representatives at the main office.

Very well.

OOC: No, not really. Nearly every corporation here is selling weapons, but they don't see to look at the other side. Nobody is selling medical aide, hospital supplies, vaccinations, etc. The Tsellian Enterprises sells what is valuable but what nobody else sells, and that's why it's so powerful. It has no need to sell weapons to spread peace.

The private jet landed smoothly at the airstrip, After a short period of taxiing, Mr. Mang stood up, snatched up his leather briefcase, and strode towards the awaiting open door. There two cars waited, one load with security and one for him. Once he reached the bottom of the stairs and was on the tarmac, he walked over to the awaiting open door, slid into the vehicle, and it shot forward.

Twenty Minutes later they slid in front of an impressive building, supposedly the location. Frederick stepped out, along with two agents, and strode in.

Pillars - it was the geocentric power of the Jenrakian architect, and the Tsellian Enteprises showed their heritage devoutly. Large, monumental, etched in curves and giant flat platforms that glittered with lights, the tall structural buildings of the sand people were tall, enormous, gargantuan to say the least. Glass was the wall, steel the foundations and the large turning doors invited in guests and workers alike amongst its scanning machines and security devices.

Security guards walked imperiously amongst the innards of the building, cavernous inside with a small desk in the middle, the lady clothed in a thick black shade, her white desk with a thin monitor on its edge, the computer rumbling quietly and faithfully as she looked on. Her face was a soft etch, her features like a thin wrap of plastic over a child's face, her makeup glittering and her button nose tiny yet dabbed in white powder. She had a fiery intense liquid red lipstick drenched across her lips, and her hair was neatly placed into a bun atop her frowning face. She sat there, looking at the computer monitor, intent on trying to read the information before her.

Here, it was simply quiet, not a single noise that dabbled on in the silence, only the tall white precipices that let in the thin rays of sunlight dancing through the thick glass. The tall tiles blue in azure rays and the black pillars with a silver shade towering, the hall was without a buzz. It led to an airy and free calming atmosphere, the air cold and the lights white as ice. Icicles of lights were prominent and the shining beacons were lit, the pouncing glitter a mysterious trance.

Here, she sat.

Frederick K. Mang was a lean man, his blonde hair seemingly not fitting his dark, almost asian name. He looked much more like one from Scandanavia, which his mother had indeed had been. His father, however, was from the Orient, and constantly reminded Fred to be proud of it when he was a kid. And as all Helecticans do, he radiated a steady stream of confidence and intelligence as he did, and also as nearly all Helecticans do, he did not seem too kind. His polished shoes and his perfect suit and his sharply carved, young face surveyed the lobby, which was impressive. The two agents, both Helecticans, were impressive too, not burly but intimidating. However, they were not uniqe as Frederick was. It was no wonder he had gotten the position of Ambassador. He strode over to the secretary his arms swinging slightly as to not look childish, but not look stiff either. His above average height already gave him that impression. He glanced down at the desk, and with a pearly white hand slid unto it a crisp business card, which read in Gothic font

Frederick K. Mang
Diplomat for Foreign Business Affairs
The Glorious Nation of Helectica

Under there was a very orthodox seal, a picture of a Moose head surronded by curved swords that were wrapped in olive leaves, to create a circle around the animal. Around this circle was a plain circle, and under the bottom of the plain circle it read "Together And One Is More Glorious Than Divided Yet Many" in small writing. Around this was another circle, to make a compact little ball that made up the seal. At the left corner it read his contact information in small writing, and on the right corner in small writings it read his titles and educational degrees. It was a finley printed card.

He then spoke, "I'm here representing the interest invested in Tsellian Enterprises by the Glorious Nation of Helectica. We have been invited by a certain Herred Karbulia to take a tour of your facility in order to appropriatley grasp the actual product that you produce."

He was a fine speaker indeed.

The woman looked at the card, without taking a second glance at him, before turning to her computer, and in a flash of fingers and snaps of light and sound, she nodded as she finally stole a glance. "Mr. Karbulia is in the relations." She said. "It's to your left, second door." She replied without a single smile before returning to her duties.

Frederick nodded, slipped the card back into his pocket, nodded to the men behind him, and headed towards the door she had direced him to. He seemed to belong in the building, for both the building and him had sharp yet unforgivingly emotionless appearances. When he reached the door, he paused, pushed it open, and strode into the room. The agents stood at the door. He glanced around for the man.

Karbulia had the regular features of the typical Jenrakian man - brazen thin beard in a dark shade, his hair neat and tidy, his eyes powerful and piercing and much too large for his head. He carried himself calmly, faithfully, with extreme discipline as he looked up and smiled, a thin toothy smiled that shone with small numbers of white teeth as he chuckled. "Come in, come in. How are you?"

Frederick Mang relaxed a bit, but didn't show it. "Fine, thank you. And you?". His voice was like a crisp, almost like the sensation you get while you're being buffered by a freezing winter breeze. He gave a weak, half-hearted smile, not revealing his teeth. "I'm Frederick Mang, Ambassador for the Helectican Government," with this he once again slipped out his card and slid it over the desk and towards Herred. "D'you mind if I sit?"

"Of course not." Herred said politely, shuffling his papers noisily away to the confines of his drawer, his steel desk clean and spacious, the surface glimmering with lights as he looked at the screen, taking out a small stencil as he wrote upon it, beeping it away amongst the azure shade of light. "Before I begin the tour, would you like to ask me any questions?"

The Tsellian Enterprises is a completely independent governing body from all else. Political structures such as that are entirely up to your own decisions, as our only concerns are the Genesis project itself. Of course, we will work by certain laws, but allowing the Genesis project to be placed underway in your nation you are adhering that certain laws will not apply to the Tsellian Enterprises to allow us unharmed or undisturbed time working on our growth. Whether it is in your name or the original country, we do not care.

Mang looked around the room, sitting as he did so. It was a good room, at least in his opinion. Nice and non-distracting. No silly posters, or artwork. He turned when the man spoke. Karbulia nodded professionally. "Of course. Please, go right ahead if you wish. We believe that the honest answer is the most preferable and most effective way to do business in such a world.
