The point is I need some one to RP Ukraine, Russia and several other nations that I will post as soon as someone other than me posts something.

Slow down... These forums are not a chat room, and not everybody is here at once.
If nobody posted in your other thread for a few hours, that doesn't mean they're dead. I am doing a set of small RP's right now, in which I will probably continue to post, maybe once a day.
If you want someone to read your other thread, bump it, don't post links in other threads. First, I'm pretty sure there's a rule against this somewhere (or something to do with posting the same thread twice...), and secondly, it makes you look like an idiot.
Just give the other one time, and maybe bump it to the top every few hours. Someone will join, and if nobody does, oh well. Not everyone cares what you're doing, and not everyone cares what I'm doing. It will all just go on, go off and find something new, these forums are quite large...
In any case, don’t do what you did, and don't panic when nobody responds for a few minutes. I think you should read a few more stikies, look at the top of the forum page.

Just getting a little agravated thats it, since I am new, it took jolt nearly 6 hours to allow my thread to become visible, it is really annoying.

better than nothing I suppose, there are worse out there though, take wizardsolutionsusa.com for instance. It is not the same type of forum as this one, but it is more strict, one curse word and your ass is banned, oops.
