The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that the People's Republic will be taking its first baby steps into the international community, seeking to forge new friendships and trade relations with like minded nations.

We seek trade relations for our goods, primarily agricultural and mineral resources, though our service sectors are expanding and our manufacturing industry is getting a multi-billion dollar investment from the government.

With our nation expanding, we need a host of resources and expertise for the nationalized corporations to further develop and improve the quality of life for our citizens.

The resources that are abundant and that we seek to export are large quantities of base metals from our highly productive mining settlements in the northeast, all at cheap costs, and our successful southern agricultural belt, which produces vast quantities of fruits, and the rice paddies in the north mountains.

We are specifically in need of fossil fuels, and industrial goods, such as machinery, computer systems, and construction equipment.

The Atopian Government is interested in forming trading and diplomatic relationships with the People's Republic of Iragia.

We can sell or trade arms, heavy and light industrial goods and components, oil, uranium, various other minerals, timber, food, and other such consumables. Our electronic industries are growing, and we would be most interested in supplying you with electrical and computing goods.

If you would like, our small country would be able to take any raw materials mined in your country, and turn them into finished goods. That we can give them back to you, all at a price of course. It would be up to the individual businesses, but I'm sure they wouldn't mind liking more responsibility.

Oh, but here is the deal, you need to do us one favor. You see, Atopiana will go to war with you if they don't like your businesses practices. Trust me, I've seen it firsthand. It ended up being a week-long cold war, but it was still a bad time. Please stop all trade with the nation of Atopiana. They, being fascists as there reasoning for wanting to bomb civilians in my country, are a despicable country last time I checked.

We do applaud and hope you reconsider working with the nations of Vault 10. As I always say when thinking about them is this: "They do the oppressiveness so we don't have to." It works every time. We will not force you to have them working with you, but you must not do any business with the Atopianan government. They will use there profits to destroy small nations such us yours and mine. I fear that if this letter gets out into the public, it would start a war with me and that country. I can't allow you to show this to any country, and instead burn it when you are done looking at it.

To note my county is a market based society with a standard currency, but under the rule of the Emperor and Parliment people are gurattened a home, food, water, and all the nesscities plus a few luxuries such as indoor plumbing, radio, and education for their children.

OOC: Not only nations. In particular, Vault 10 didn't invade you - it's Aerospace Logistics Corporation. An international corporation which also occupies Vault 10 and slowly extends influence over a part of Eurasia.
It's important to remember this distinction. If the case was less controversial, it would be possible for one corporation to help you, and for another to attack. Furthermore, not only I can control ALC - British Londinium doesn't have enough influence for major corporate power projection if I disagree, but can, for instance, make deals, build factories, establish trade using ALC.

And, actually, ALC doesn't invade you, but just wants to help all who wish to escape your country.
