Mitsuki: First off, could you tell our audience a bit about your nation?
Clandonia Prime

King William VII: "Well, the nation of Clandonia has undergone several stages we are at the moment in the start a new one. Several years ago Whyatican forces launched an invasion and put in place a pro Sovereign League government which resulted in the administration lead by President Sir. Victor Hughes. In recent times due to unknown reasons supposedly on human rights violations in Laquasa Isle the nation was annexed by Whyatican and Steelian forces in an APOC operation to preserve civilisation."
"As I watched the crisis from a hide away in the Clandonian Empire I seized on the opportunity to take the wheel once again. I was part of the last surviving bloodline of the Clandonian Royal Family, my father and mother fled during the socialist purges around 100 years ago. They started a new life for me, an only child I was educated privately and set up the Clantel Communications. When my mother and father died I married Sarah who was the daughter of a naval captain where we had three children, two girls and boy."
"As I lead the nation in its greatest time of crisis ever since the Danskeran Bombings, with millions fleeing Clandonia as the APOC forces moved in I stepped in an ordered the armed forces who were spread across the world for a call to arms under my authority to assist the evacuation. Since then millions have flocked to the new lands of the Haven where since we have begun building a new nation. I would like to apologise on behalf of what the previous government did to your nation, I was horrified when Clandonian forces committed war crimes."

Mitsuki: Whilst all Eurasians are aware of these acts, could you elaborate them for our international audience?
Clandonia Prime

King William VII: "In Laquasa Isle there were reports of rapes and random killings by some elements of the Clandonian Marines, those that were found guilty were dealt with in the appropriate way. In British Londinium Clandonian forces were well known for their brutal methods of quelling rioting, over 20,000 civilians were mowed down when they attempted to protest outside the main Clandonian base at Kensington airport."

Mitsuki: Earlier, you mentioned that Whyatica invaded your nation. What prompted that invasion?
Clandonia Prime
09-02-2007, 23:55
King William VII:"The reports of the human rights abuses in Laquasa Isle prompted the annexation. As for the first invasion it was prompted by the Lancer regimes acts on the international stage which included invasions, widespread abuses of human rights and warmongering. Events against the Nova Europans were common with many skirmishes being fought against Ackistan. Various large scale military projects were made such as orbital weapons which were first used on the small nation of Naasha on their cities which attracted international criticism after the attacks killed thousands. Chemical and nuclear weapons were used against some forces, these times were bad with slavery legalised and the menacing super corporation called the Clandonian Corporation which sadly still exists controlling much of the government."

Tanaka: If Clandonia Prime has been annexed, what country do you rule over now?

Tanaka: If Clandonia Prime has been annexed, what country do you rule over now?
King William VII: "Thats a very good question, I have refounded Clandonia Prime in a new land, effectively the country ceased to exist once the APOC coalition annexted it. Now I have reapplied the name to our countrys new location. With the people who were outside the country and those that fled we have a population of around 700 million. Those that are trapped in Clandonia will be given the chance in a plebecite to decide which nation they want to belong to, some I know have already asked to be part of Whyatica many fighters of the anti-communist forces who have voluntered to fight against the Khanistanis."

Mizrachi: And what is the status of the notorious Clandonian Corporation?
Clandonia Prime
10-02-2007, 17:52
King William VII: "Unknown, last reports were that they had set up shop in the former remains of Galation, a radioactive hell hole where they have been using slaves to mine uranium and build weapons. The mainstream areas split off into companies such as Clandonian Uranium Mining, Imperial Iron and Steel, Clantel, etc. None of these companies have any conections now, I continue to support laissez faire economics, but not to the extremes of allowing mega corporations build nuclear weapons and own slaves."

Mizrachi: What measures are you taking to prevent these kinds of actions in the future?
Clandonia Prime
10-02-2007, 18:20
King William VII: "Well, we will try to keep the market as free as possible. I don't believe in any sort of state intervention into the economy but I will never let any company keep a private army or have nuclear weapons, that's beyond the point of competition. To protect the freedoms of others, you must curtail some freedoms to a point, we don't want absolute anarchy just a nice neo-liberal type way."

Mizrachi: You previously mentioned those trapped in the Whyatican occupation zones. What do you intend to do for them?
Clandonia Prime
10-02-2007, 18:25
King William VII: "Well its up to the Whyatican government, once the plebiscite is done then they can either leave freely or become Whyatican citizens. There is no forceful way, every person deserves the right to self-determination in whatever nation."

Mizrachi: Your Majesty, it is most unfortunate that we are rapidly running out of time. Is there anything else you'd like to add?
Clandonia Prime
10-02-2007, 18:39
King William VII: "I would like to add that democracy will return once again, elections will be held in several months time for Clandonian's to take to the polls to decide the new government and for the geographical constituencies to be formed. I would like to issue an invitation to foreign media outlets to report from the election when it occurs. As the King I have to be impartial in this election but I will endorse any democratically elected government, that is all."
