The Dominion would like to welcome The United Stani Provinces to Iceland we hope this Joint-Command of Iceland will be mutually beneficial to both our nations. Might we ask your intentions?

The United Stani Provinces intentions are to use Iceland as an outpost from which we can attain more intelligence from to make benefit for the U.S.P. We will not interfere with The Dominion's actions in Iceland, and we will aid against any offensive/invasion mounted against you in Iceland, and we will assist you when requested in any other events outside of Iceland when requested, we also would like to know what your basic intentions are on Iceland, particularly the geothermal power located there.

The Dominions main intention for Iceland is similar to that of the United Stani Provinces that being Intelligence and Defence of the Dominion Homeland in numerous Simulations. It became clear hostile forces could launch "Ballistical Strikes" against the Dominion from the Atlantic or Via the Atlantic very easily as a result The Dominion now keeps a pernament contingent of Interceptor Fighters in Iceland for just this eventuality.
The Dominion pledges to offer aid and support to the USP in any situation that aid is required. We also pledge our full support and forces for any attack the USP sustains on Iceland. As for the geothermal power we have no real intention for it. We are more than willing to allow the USP to use the energy as long as enough can be spared to power the Dominion Airbase and the Icelandic Settlements.
