The Recorded Speech of Administrator William Toth.
The Administrator was on his way from the Harquanian Capital building for his big speech he was planning for weeks. It was his chance to get the people with him, He continued through the conference room door to a corridor that led to the stage where the speech was taking place. He slowly walked down the corridor and before opening the door, Gave himself a small "Prep" Talk, And opened the double-doors. There were atleast 3 million people gathered infront of the stage, Behind small metal barriers, Once The Administrator got into view, They began to cheer, The administrator positioned himself behind a large wooden podium with the Harquanian flag hanging from it, On his sides were two Harquanian military officers outfitted with their military wear, Complete black trenchcoats, A black armband with the Harquanian Symbol displayed on them. The front of the stage had atleast 6 or more Harquanian soldiers visibly armed with M4A1 Automatic Rifles, They were given the order not to hesitate to fire on any hostile activity, This was not the only security, However, Harquanian Military Police officials were in the far back of the stage, Armed with pistols. The Administrator straightened himself out, And began his speech.
"Hello, Workers of Harquania, I greet you today to tell you of my motives as newly elected Administrator. I would like to start off with a reminder of how we began, atleast 30 years ago, We were threated by invading forces, If it werent for the three nations that combined against them, We would be under hostile control. We would never be where we were if those three allies never combined their great Nations for us. Through unity comes great strenght which is why us, Harquanian Officials, Citizens, And every Harquanian Being must unite against an ongoing threat, Terrorism. Harquania has been a target of Terrorism for as long as we were formed from this unity. These Terrorists are against all of our great freedoms and laws, Against our hard working men and woman, And our great Government itself. We try to keep Terrorism away by getting rid of people that may harm Harquania's image, and Status. Homosexuals, Muslims, Immigrants, Are undesired, And are what is giving this great Nation a bad image! People, Workers, I ask of you today, To help us in any way you can, To track down these unwanted people and report them! You will get great rewards, Benefits and other valuables. I only ask you this, To unite, If we unite, We can become powerful, We will gain great strenght! And for those who do not agree with me today, Let you ask yourself this question, Are you completely loyal to the Nation which supported you, Which Helped you, Which Saved you from invaders so long ago? Let you ask yourself that question, And i hope you may help us in this unity, For us to unite, It is for us to Gain power, And with this power comes great Opportunity. I suggest you also unite and join our great military powers, Without our military we would never be where we are today! And i end this speech with that question. Are you ready to unite, Are you ready to Support your nation? And are you ready to gain the Benefits that follow? I hope you consider this, And as always. Harquania. Prevails."
The Administrator turned immediately around, And allowed a grin to come to his face, As most of the 3 million people in that brainwashed crowd were cheering, They were doing the Harquanian national salute, Holding their arms out and clenching their fist at the Administrator, The Administrative Colonel Followed the Administrator on his way back to the conference room, As well as 5 Advisors of the Advisory, And 3 Representatives. The last one to exit to the conference room was the Field Marshal. All these people gathered at the conference room.
"Whats the status on the Speech?" Blared the Administrator "It went perfect, We are seeing positive remarks to it all over Harquania." Responded the Administrative Colonel. "Excellent, Tobruk, Whats the status on the military?" Said the Administrator, "Its doing damn fine, We have a healthy amount of soldiers and militia." Said Johnathan Tobruk, The Field Marshal of the Harquanian Military. "Alright, Keep up the good work Gentlemen, Go back to your tasks." Said the Administrator, As he got up out of his chair. The entire conference room emptied, And the Administrator returned to his office on the top floor of the Capital Tower Building.
