Northern Trust is a respected bank with branches across the northeast region of the U.S. One day at one of the branches in NYC, a female teller walks into work in the morning on a weekday just like any other day. However, she attempts to wire money out of the bank to a secure and offshore account. Her manager discovers her attempts and she pulls out a gun, taking everyone inside hostage. During the police standoff police contact her. The police discover that there is a device around her neck...it's a bomb. The authorities race to find the mastermind who holds the switch and save her life and the lives of all the hostages. A cruel and ingenius plan is uncovered with deadly consequences. Can the authorities stop this mastermind? Or will the people inside the bank perish?

She worked as an accountant for three years but then lost her job when the company went under. She applied for a job at Northern Trust and is now a teller. She's usually laid back and care free. Laura also has a younger sister that is visiting over the summer while their parents are on vacation.
