Issued by Parliament, with authorisation from Her Royal Highness Princess Serena, and with the approval of citizens consulted thereupon

The people of the Sovereign Village of San Adriano, wishing to increase their country's role within the international community, invite foreign nations to establish formal diplomatic relations with the Sovereign Village.

Given the small size of our country (visible on this satellite image (http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/8046/testsa51yg5.jpg)), we regret that embassies may not be erected within our sovereign territory itself. However, we invite foreign governments to accredit to San Adriano any ambassador or consul present in a third nation. In particular, if you have diplomatic representation in Uhuh-Topia, Uhuh-Ropa or Ariddia, your ambassador to one of those nations may easily be accredited to San Adriano.

Given the smallness of our population (268 adults at last census), it is not possible for us to despatch a diplomatic representative to each foreign nation. Therefore, His Excellency Ambassador Lorenzo Shau (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Lorenzo_Shau) will serve as the Sovereign Village's ambassador accredited to all nations with which the Sovereign Village maintains formal diplomatic relations.

Furthermore, we would like to encourage cultural exchanges between San Adriano and foreign countries, and invite citizens of foreign nations to visit the Sovereign Village.

As for the history of the title it has been bestowed upon a family for a thousand years, but after such a long time the direct line died out and there was no one of proper descent who could inheit the title. As well, the title bears with it 65,000 arces and 12,000 farmers.

We wish to send Lady Elfhame Erida who is a noble of high birth who as of now is still young and she does not have a well made past yet save for her distgunished service in the Imperial Command Officers Core.

Some bandwagonists have taken advantage of his interest and have started selling San Adriano themed products, such as mugs with images of the village, towels with pictures of your nations "landmarks" and small flags, small replicas of your flag, and other things that the housewives just love to buy!

Honakon Free Media Express Channel #1, the most watched non-government run channel wishes to, with assistance of your people, and of course your permission so we are not intrusive, created a one hour length documentary called The Life of a Village Nation, to be broadcast over here and in all Honakon's allies that recieve the network, and in your nation somehow if you wish also. It will include interviews with local people, your parliament perhaps, shop owners, or at best the Queen herself. It could also feature profiles of landmarks, and the history of how your nation came about! It would surely be a ratings hit here!

We will donate the sum of $2,000,000 to a charity of your choice for the allowance of the program, or to yourselves...but from what we've heard, you already have had massive donations. Also, I'm pleased to inform you that sales for the San Adriano Mug, Flag and Towel Replica company, the company that sells 95% of San Adriano themed goods, has reported over five million units of all products sold all ready. They say by the time the "San Adriano craze", as the news stations are calling it, dies out, sales could of reached twenty million units. It is likely you'll be paid a sum at the end of the sales for the use of your flag, images of village etc. Your newspapers first issue also had a printing run of two hundred thousand copies here, which sold out in twelve hours! We will be printing nearly one million copies of next month’s addition.

That is most excellent news. Far more so than we might ever have imagined. Should any visitors from Honako visit our country, they will be warmly welcomed.

To The People and Government of San Adriano,

You'll be pleased to know that the program was, as expected, a roaring success. It was put on between 6pm and 7pm so all the family could watch it on our most popular television channel, and then repeated at 9pm for the older audience and ones who missed it. The first performance pulled in one hundred million views, and as if to mock that great result, the 9pm managed to do ten million better! That's just over one in every six people in our nation. It'll be surely the most talked about thing at work and school for the next week. Memorable moments include the tour around parliament (and watching it in action!), interviewing the quirky locals and of course the splendid walk around the village with the Queen.

The second showing at 9pm is currently the fifth best audience our Television Network, the second largest in Honako and the largest non-government run, has ever recorded. The program will no doubt be repeated numerous times over the next few weeks, to cash in on the San Adriano craze. You'll also be pleased to here that nearly 1.2 million copies of the second and third issues of the Corriere del San Adriano were sold. However, the fourth issue on sale here sold half that amount, showing a slight dip in the interest, but we will still continue publishing it for the foreseeable future! Sales in the products linked to San Adriano have also dipped, though whatever does happen you'll always be the most popular village in Honako!

We also must make one final announcement, yesterday the Head Commissioner for Parks and Recreation, Mr. Grégoire Martini, opened the new San Adriano Plaza in Liche (our second city, old town and political centre), a beautiful area with a large paved centre with a French-style café and shop and seating facilities for people to relax on. The paved area turns into a pavement and guides you around a small park, complete with many different of types of lavish flowers, a neat play area for the kids and ponds filled with many diverse water species. The Central Plaza Park was officially opened to "celebrate the blossoming relations with the country of San Adriano, and thank them for what they have brought us".
