The following statement has been released to all members of the United Nations, and no members outside of that organization, by the government of the Democratic Republic of Ritico:

Fellow Member Nations,

Our Republic is looking into establishing strong ties with other nations in this international organization. Essentially, Ritico and the Conservative Republics are looking to establish diplomatic relations with other nations that believe in the sovereignty of individual nations and believe that the United Nations has primary roles in International Security and Human Rights and little if any role in regulating industry and internal issues of individual nations. Section A.23 of Ritican Law prevents foreign governments from deploying members of their militaries on Ritican soil, though individual civilian embassies are allowed. Feel free to reply to our invitation openly in this venue, as we are very interested in strong communication. Together we can bring about strong reform to the misguided United Nations.

The Nation of Ritico is currently considering joining that force, however as of now, we're working on setting up strong diplomatic relations. Would your nation like to set up a non-military embassy in Ritico City?

Official Diplomatic Communique

The United States of Cookesland would like to establish an Embassy in Ritico. We would like to send Ambassador C. Robert al-Makiri and his family. You are welcome to establish an embassy in Cookesland if you wish but, please give your ambassador's name. Thank You.

The Democratic Republic of Ritico welcomes both embassies, and would like to send Ambassador Tarn Raul to Zaire and Ambassador Jeni Sino to Cookesland. Each ambassador is accompanied by a 20 man embassy work force. Thank you.
