This itself is now supported by a super majority on the population who have so far in government polls been shown to favor the abolition of official government sponsorship of these holidays and as well those of entire communities, though the practice of which shall by no means force the racial and ethnic groups from continuing to honor and practice these though,

In conclusion the government hopes by doing this it will help to ease racial and ethnic tensions so as to create a more fitting society of the untold numbers of groups in the Empire.”

Emperor Micah I congratulates the Scandinvan Empire on taking another blow against racism. Emperor Micah I has also proposed a similar act in Parliament. The House of People (Direct Democracy) has given it enough support on it's own to get it near the fifty percent mark. The House of Lords also supports it, and the House of Commons has gotten just enough votes to make the Act passed.

I find your wanting to curbe racisim admirable, but I think it is a bit of shame certian races can't celibrate their history and culture. But as Kurona doesn't have an extrem racial division it is somewhat hard for me to relate. Best of luck.

OOC: My government will not be responding to this. We will, instead, be ignoring this. The nation of Havvy, is mostly Hispanic, and has a 0.5% population of Blacks. There is also a 0.2% population of Caucasian, and .3% population of Asian looking descent. This 1% has all immigrated in the past year to Havvy, since it was only Hispanics allowed in Havvy the only time they allowed immigration (sometime around H.43, when the owner of the country got bored. H.XX is a year starting in 1931.
