Recently, Lord Blaine, when questioned by a foreign press member on the rumors of a Kolvokian supersoldier program, declined to comment, except to say that he would make an official statement soon.
The following statement was shortly thereafter issued to the world presses.
Often in this world, I have heard of the use of Supersoldiers. Whether the infamous Capitol Police of Kraven, or the equally known Sentinels of Automagfreek, whether genetically altered or cybernetically enhanced, they seem to be everywhere.
I am here to state, clearly and without qualification, that Kolvokia is not now, and as long as remain in power, will not adopt a supersoldier program. Our men and women in the services are Kolvokians, High or Low, Kolshon, Gress, or Therka. They are the strong arm of our military. Should we then bellitle them, cast them aside in favor of vat bred mindless machines?
I say no! I say our men and women, born Kolvokians, raised Kolvokians, will continue to be the shield and the sword of Kolvokia.
