I have a sharp and stern message to all Nations even considering offering the Dominion of Vetaka aid. We have seen much irresponsible behavior by national governments in this wider world during our time, but this unconscionable action by the Undead Falcons is the worst by far. Their acts of sadism and perfidy, too odious and well-known to bear repeating, are utterly beyond the pale of sovereign conduct and we, therefore, declare that we do not recognize the legitimacy of the murderous "Emperor" Bagshaw or his so-called "Armed Republic." We unconditionally endorse Vetaka's efforts to defend itself, and accept their claims of self-sufficiency in the matter with appropriately full faith and credit.
Any Vetakan or allied refugees seeking shelter in Wagdog are assured of it, and military escort in transit by our Red Army Air Forces and Red Banner Navy as well.
