To all nations of the world:
Precisely three hundred years ago, the nation of Eurasia finally wrested its independence from the glorious British Empire. Today, 31 January 2007, marks the three hundredth anniversary of our nation's existence. To commerate this great day, His Majesty, King Iago III, has decided to host a ball at the Prime Minister's residence, Kensington Palace. Unfortunately, the king himself will be unable to attend due to health problems. However, let this not hinder the festivities.
