John Stewart: Today, Pralgad has fallen. The former glorious empire has been forced to ask to be made a colony of the Imperial Democratic Republic of Vantanas. For the up-side, we go to Steven Colbert.
Steven Colbert: Thanks John, while the once great Pralgadian Empire has fallen, the Emperor is still well and alive. Even better, he is now the Emperor of the Democratic Empire of Vantanas. He has been given the Empty Palace, now the Grand Palace, and also has 50% of the power the House of People had. That leaves Parliament with 50% sway, the People 25% sway, and the Emperor 25%.
