Praetonia has a great many international news broadcasters, which I assume broadcast everywhere they're allowed. The largest would be Commonwealth General Broadcasting.

I really need either a thread or an NSwiki article. Something for players to request to receive the channel in their nation. Does RTCG broadcast news internationally?

OK. As soon as it has an NSwiki article, I'll add it. The point of the OP is to direct people to a page with more information (i.e. a thread and/or an NSwiki article), and to indicate where they can ask to receive that channel / network in their nation.

[OOC: And what about Channel NewsAsia (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Channel_NewsAsia), which was founded in and based in the capital of Southeast Asia, before it...there are others, but I have yet to role-play them out. CNA is an international television network, and is nation-wide in the Union, with top television viewing status in the transitional state of Pacitalia, the United Kingdom of Oceania and the Grand Archduchy of the United Realms of the Hamptonian Empire.]

Given the purpose of this thread, I'd need something specific (such as an NSwiki article) to point readers to.

Does it broadcast internationally?

Yes, I ought to have listed that. Very much like the RL BBC and CBC, mostly for domestic use and nationals in foreign countries, but also for international listeners and viewers as well. How many people from other countries actually watch, well, that's another matter.
