New Geneticon

"What the heck is that, Dora?" A tall man stood in his driveway at 9:13 AM on a chilly Sunday morning and stared up into the sky. A small blip that looked like a falling asteroid kept funneling towards the ground. It was rare that anything like this would be seen in the Sephestian province of Geneticon. It was pretty rare that anything happened out here.
Dora turned to her husband and found his face strangely confounded. She looked where he was looking, and saw the sight herself. It was getting closer now, dangerously closer. Frightening.
Suddenly, it flew in with a terrifying rage. The missile's exhaust could be heard as it roared toward the street a block away. With a deafening crash, it slammed into the ground. A shockwave threw the couple to their knees. "What in the--" was all the man could get out, before the effect began.
The two started choking. Gagging actually. Seemingly grasping for more air, and shivering up and down their spine. They fell to their sides and felt their bodies go cold to the touch. In a matter of seconds, they were dead. Just semi-frozen corpses on the side of a Geneticon city, and the bodies around the missile had fared no better.
Every human within a half a mile of the impact was dead in a matter of about forty-five seconds.
It was the effect of the chemical weapon Frost.

Josephine Rush lay in her bed deep in the Palace. She had been tired these past few weeks, but certainly not bored. In fact, she wasn't in bed alone... together with someone for the first time since her inauguration a few weeks ago. Her husband's death had been a shock to her, but she had gotten up and stood on her own two feet once more, and she shared none of the ideals that her husband had.
She didn't have to... she was the Empress after all.
She lay there, but couldn't sleep. Something didn't seem right. She didn't know why, but something felt wrong. She pulled herself out of bed and put on her bathrobe, then walked slowly to the door, and exited the room, careful not to wake Mike.
She made her way down the hall and walked into the conference room. Here were gathered some of the most influential men and women in the country, but none so influential as the woman who walked in with bathrobe. She paid their paychecks, or atleast gave them the power to pay their own. She had plenty of money and power to do it.
Jennifer Todd, the Secretary of Homeland Security was pouring over some files and speaking rapidly with a few of the other cabinet members that were up at this time in the morning. There were few up at 9:30 AM.
"What's going on Jen?"
"Empress, bad news... a Frost Missile was just used on our soil. Initial casualty estimates are around 6,000 dead."
Jo was taken totally by suprised. She stumbled to the nearest chair and fell into it. "The media already have this story all over the news I bet... all International people groups will know of this atrocity. I can't believe you actually let it happen..."
