International Security is a company that has just completed the construction of a Massive Super Maximum Security Prison Complex. With a Total capacity of 10,000 Prisoners it could be the largest prison ever built. It is located on Po Island a Volcanic Island similar to the Isle of Wight in size which is rented from the Vetakan Government.
The company intends to populate the prison mainly in one shipment. This being from the massive purpose built prison ship known as the "Floater" capable of carrying up to 7,500 inmates. However due to a security breech some 50 prisoners manage to escape their ceels and over power the guards releasing the automatic doors which in turn releases all the prisoners in the confusion the engine room is stormed and the inmates cause the ships engines to blow. The explosion and the eventually sinking of the vessal causes massive losses. However an unkown number of prisoners surive either being picked up by ships or reaching the various island shores of Vetaka. Prisoners from all over the world where heading to Po Island Prison.
This proposed has endless potential their is a wide array of possible characters:
-Prisoners
-Guards
-International Bounty Hunters
-Passing Ships (Military/Civilian) (No Massive Fleets after all this is Vetakan Water)
-Vetakan Marshals (Similar to US Marshals)
-Security Forces form nations.
Due to prisoners all over the world being aboard. Characters could also be from various nations security forces. Please propose your characters with a brief history. Prisoners please elaborate on your crimes. The indivdual RP can be anything and go anywhere. For example:
-Initial Riot
-Escaping the ship
-Surviving in Vetaka
-Leaving Vetaka and clearing a criminals name
Hence you could go anywhere what do we all think? Like a giant cops and robbers? lol
