The First Constitution of State of the Socialist Republic of Kravania
Adopted: Tuesday of the 30th of January, 2007
Chapter I: The Organisation of the State and Government of the Socialist Republic of Kravania
Article 1.
The nation of Kravania shall hold the official title of the Socialist Republic of Kravania.
Article 2.
The capital of the Socialist Republic of Kravania is the city of Platonika.
Article 3.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania is a nation by it's very essence and being, a revolutionary state of the proletariat, in a constant struggle with all class enemies and racial enemies who hereby have shown themselves to be in league with the global class of parasitic capitalists.
The Kravanian People's Socialist Party is the vanguard of the Great Kravanian Socialist Revolution and the unifier of all those who struggle for the liberation of mankind from the corruption of parasitic and bourgeois classes, nations, races and ideologies.
The Great Kravanian Socialist Revolution and the Kravanian People's Socialist Party are forever the brave and noble defenders of the teachings of Marx, Engles, Lenin, Stalin and Kim Il Sung. The Great Kravanian Socialist Revolution and the Kravanian People's Socialist Party have advanced the global proletarian rebvolutionary process via the unification of the teachings of Marxism-Leninism, Socialism according to national characteristics and the Korean Juche ideology, to encompass this with the teachings of our Great Leader, Comrade Stefan Fauore, to develop the unique ideology of Kravanian Socialism.
The Great Kravanian Socialist Revolution is everlasting and all powerful, never can it be altered or overturned from within or without.
Article 4.
The Kravanian People's Socialist Party is the leading party of the Kravanian state, society, political system and the Great Kravanian Socialist Revolution.
All other political parties, organisations, associations, pressure groups and other units of political expression are illegal and counter-revolutionary. All political activity will take place within the Kravanian People's Socialist Party.
All citizens, both male and female and aged between 18-65 years of age, of the Socialist Republic of Kravania must by law be full members of the Kravanian People's Socialist Party.
All Kravanian citizens aged between 5 to 21 years of age must be members of the Party's youth movement, the Kravanian Socialist Youth Front. Membership of the Front is compulsory for all who wish to gain Party membership status.
Article 5.
The sole legislative branch of government in the Socialist Republic of Kravania is the Supreme People's Assembly.
a.) The Supreme People's Assembly shall have full executive power over the following:
b.) Preserving the unity of the Socialist Republic of Kravania.
c.) Defence of the Socialist Republic of Kravania, the Armed Forces of the Socialist Republic of Kravania, dealing with matters of state security, dealing with matters of war and peace and emergency operations of a military and/or defence related matter.
d.) The elections of members of the Central Committee of the Kravanian People's Socialist Party.
e.) The elections of members of the Council of State, both at full ministry level and sub-ministry level.
f.) The state planning of the economy, via the five year plans and all other issues of state planning, collective farming and economic development.
g.) The state control of all financial activity, via the process of state run banks and working class credit co-operatives.
h.) The ability to enter the Socialist Republic of Kravania into foriegn alliances and international organisations, should those alliances and organisations be compatible with the path, desires and state interests of the Socialist Republic of Kravania.
i) The process of dealing with advancing the Great Kravanian Socialist Revolution into ever greater efforts in the path by which the vanguard of our Revolution has granted us.
The Supreme People's Assembly shall have a membership of 2,500 delegates, each to face election from members of the Kravanian People's Socialist Party every five years.
All Kravanian citizens, aged 18 and above and of both sexes have a right to vote for a Kravanian People's Socialist Party member of their choice.
Article 6.
Above the power of the Supreme People's Assembly is the dual power of the Central Committee of the Kravanian People's Socialist Party and the Council of State of the Socialist Republic of Kravania.
The Central Committee is the executive and central organ of the power of the Kravanian People's Socialist Party and the Central Committee has the power to overide and veto any decision or law passed by either the Supreme People's Assembly and/or the Council of State.
The Central Committee is the vaguard of the ideological purity of the Great Kravanian Socialist Revolution, the Party and the revolutionary masses of our noble race.
The Central Committee is composed of 45 members of the Kravanian People's Socialist Party and upon their accesion to the Central Committee, members are to serve their terms for life.
The Council of State is to function as the executive arm of government and each member of the Council of State shall function as the head of a ministry office.
The Council of State is to analyse all policy and decisions of concern to both state and governence and thus formulate advice for the Central Committee, upon which the Central Committee can accept or reject according to it's own will.
The Council of State is composed of 30 members, all of whom must be members of the Kravanian People's Socialist Party.
Article 7.
The Great Leader, Comrade Stefan Fauore, has been selected by the Kravanian People's Socialist Party, to the follwoing positions:
a.) Chairman of the Central Committee of the Kravanian People's Socialist Party.
b.) First Minister of the Council of State of the Socialist Republic of Kravania.
c.) President for Life of the Socialist Republic of Kravania.
d.) Supreme Commander of the People's Armed Forces of the Socialist Republic of Kravania.
e.) General-Secretary of the Kravanian People's Socialist Party.
f.) Great Eternal and Supreme Leader of the Great Kravanian Socialist Revolution.
All of the positions that the Great Leader, Comrade Stefan Fauore, holds are binding for a lifetime basis and cannot be revoked under any law or process.
Chapter II: The Organisation of the Economy of the Socialist Republic of Kravania
Article 8.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania is a fully developed socialist state, with all national resources, both natural and synthetic, in the ownership of the socialist state and by that extension, the working class of the Socialist Republic of Kravania.
All productive and service industries are to be used in a commonual manner, for the equitable distribution of all the peoples of the Socialist Republic of Kravania.
Article 9.
The only form of private property that is allowed in the property which can be classified as personal, such as clothing, furniture, books, electronic goods and other consumer products.
All housing units are state owned and it is illegal to own any form of land or housing, given that this falls into the ownership of the state.
Article 10.
All agriculture is collectivised and under the control of either the state or farmer co-operatives which meet approval of the Party.
Food is a common resource and can never be taken out of the sphere of a socialised economy.
Article 11.
All workers have the right to join a trade union in their workplace.
All trade unions are to be run by the Kravanian People's Socialist Party and Party membership is a requirement for full trade union membership.
All trade unions are to join the state organised confederation of labour, known as the Kravanian Labour Front.
The right to strike is subject to consent from the Kravanian People's Socialist Party.
Article 12.
All workers must work a minimum of 6 hours a day and a maximum of 12 hours a day, subject to Party and industry directives.
All workers are entitled to a 1 hour eating break for every 6 hours worked.
Article 13.
All forms of trade, production, money lending and speculation outside of the control of the state and in rejection of Party orders is illegal and deemed an act of economic warfare against the Socialist Republic of Kravania, thus a criminal offence that is punishable by the death penalty.
Chapter III: The Organisation of the Society of the Socialist Republic of Kravania
Article 14.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania is a socialist state with a revolutionary vanguard as manifested in the Kravanian People's Socialist Party. All lifestlyes, attitudes, values, actions and other forms of social interaction which fall outside the essence of Kravanian Socialism and the Party are to be fought and eradicated.
Article 15.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania is an atheist state and society, with scientific and sociological analysis being the foundation for all forms of human thought and Kravanian Socialism and the Party it's guide.
All forms of religion are illegal in the Socialist Republic of Kravania, thus it is a crime to believe in a god, a spirit, a devil, a demon, a angel or any other religious character.
All of those individuals guilty of the thought crime of religion are to be sent to a re-education camp, to liberate their minds with the teachings of the Party and of Kravanian Socialism.
Article 16.
All drugs other than tea, coffee and tobacco are illegal, either to consume, possess or to trade in.
It is a criminal offence to be in a altered state of mind and such a condition as being under the influence of drugs is an offence under the status of thought crime. Any individual found guilty of either consuming, possessing or trading in drugs shall face the death penalty without the right to a civil court trial, for they shall be tried by a special Revolutionary Tribunal.
Drugs are the product of capitalist degeneracy and bourgeois social and moral corruption. To take drugs means the destruction of the socialist and proletarian mind and the development of a mindset that is anti-humanist.
Article 17.
All forms of gambling are illegal and a criminal offence under the category of the black market and thus an act of economic sabotage against the will of the state and the common good of the Kravanian people.
Article 18.
All forms of sexual activity, be it heterosexual, bisexual or homosexual in nature, are illegal.
The status of sex crime shall be applied to any Kravanian citizen found guilty of the following:
a.) A heterosexual act of an anal, vagainal, oral, penetrative or other nature.
b.) A bisexual act of an anal, vagainal, oral, penetrative or other nature.
c.) A homosexual act of an anal, vagainal, oral, penetrative or other nature.
d.) The act of masturbation.
e.) The act of kissing between either a man and woman, a man and a man or a woman and a woman.
f.) The act of holding hands together with another person.
g.) The act of marriage, civil union or of any other codified realtionship based on the bourgeois delusion of love.
h.) The act of love itself, of feeling love for another person or expressing your love for another person is illegal.
All young Kravanian citizens, from the age of 10 to 25 years are to become members of the Young Anti-Sex League, an organisation that shall educate the youth of out nation to the dangers of human sexuality and it's bourgeois and counter-revolutionary decadence.
All reproduction is to take place in state run human production centres, via artificial insemination.
Article 19.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania aims to provide each and everyone of it's citizens with a state of advanced and in-depth education from nursery level up to and beyond university.
All education is free and state owned, thus ensuring that Kravania's citizens shall become the most noble and educated of all in the world.
Article 20.
All Kravanian citizens have as their birthright, the right to a fully funded, fully state run and fully operational healthcare system, that is free of charge for all of it's services, inclusive of dental and opitical needs for the citizens of Kravania.
Article 21.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania shall do it's upmost to preserve the high character and status of our own unique national culture and to foster and sustain our own national culture in the face of global capitalist domination and the destructive powers of cultural imperialism.
Chapter IV: The Status of International Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Kravania
Article 22.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania is a peaceful and peaceloving nation that is opposed to all wars of agression, wars of conquest and wars of imperialist expansion.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania is opposed to all methods of imperialism and neo-colonialism and supports all nations in their noble right to national self-determination and state sovereignty.
Article 23.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania maintains it's unrestricted right to use nuclear, biological and chemical weapons in the event of an enemy nation attacking the Socialist Republic of Kravania with nuclear, biological and chemical weapons in a first strike attack.
The ability of the Socialist Republic of Kravania to meet any WMD threat with our own WMD threat is the conerstone of the Socialist Republic of Kravania's defence strategy.
Article 24.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania will aim to limit it's interaction with capitalist nations and societies, to prevent trade any distortions from occuring within Kravanian society or the Great Kravanian Socialist Revolution.
Article 25.
The Socialist Republic of Kravania will look to develop closer ties with the socialist, communist and other non-capitalist nations of the international community, so as to extend the spirit of human and proletarian brotherhood to the global level of inter-state relations.
