The only conditions they have listed are: first, that at least one channel be given only in Southern American English (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southern_American_English), and secondly that the BNC be given permission to censor and/or terminate abruptly the viewing of EBG News at any point upon the grounds of national security and defense.

Na-To: He is called the "the emperor of old" because he was the emperor of Somethingey. But he ordered that elections be held and the people of Somethingey will have civil rights as well a voice to use against the goverment. He is very respected because he cared for the people even though he made laws as he wanted them to be, not what people wanted.

Somethingey has a freedom of speech law so you can ask anything, but they don't have to answer mind you.
