After much debate the council and the Airforce have decided to switch over the majority of our Air Superiority fighters to the faster, stealthier, F-23. However this leaves around 25,000 F-22s in surplus. Therefore we will have decided that we will be selling them, in whatever condition they were left in to the international community.
Average pricing:
A F-22 in Prime condition: $3,500,000 (5,000)
A F-22 in used condition $3,000,000 (15,000)
Post Battle (damaged\repaired)F-22s $2,000,000 (5,000)
