President Kilo stood within a tent located within a military base in ViZion's Zambia claim, a large ViZionarian flag doubling as his backdrop. President Kilo, however, was not dressed in his typical black-on-black suit. Rather, he wore his old military clothing. He had chosen to stand with his fellow ViZionarians to repell the aggressive imperialistic forces attempting to take over - and, in the process, slaughter the people of - ViZion rather than run and hide and talk to his people from a shelter somewhere outside of ViZion.

"Hello, fellow leaders. Many of you may be shocked to see I am not wearing my usual attire, rather being dressed in my military clothing. As President of this great nation, I have the duty to be with my fellow ViZionarians, leading the fight against the imperialists.

However, that may not be enough. We are under attack from a number of hostile forces, including Doomingsland and their allies. As such, we have been pinned down into our African claims, already having lost control of our Italian claims. Our people are dying, rather they resist or not.

We are begging, pleaing, to the international community; help us! Come to our aid in our darkest of hours! We are in need of help like no other time in our history. What started as a civil war spread like a wildfire, nations greedy enough seeing their opporune moment that they never have had, and may never have again, to jump into this in an attempt to take us over.

Since then, nations have joined eachother, with plans to split our nation up, some, we know, with plans to kill off anyone not, in their eyes, perfect. We cannot let this stand. We ask for your help. We need it. In our darkest hours, we ask for your help.

Please help us, the deed, once we win, shall be repaid, ten fold. That is the ViZionarian way.

If ViZion and her allies can match APOC's price, Imperium will withdraw her support from this conflict, and potentially offer covert support -- financial or of equipment -- to ViZion.

President Kilo looked over the information. Some aid here, a little bit of rations there, only a couple real note worthy offers, both being from allies, The Lone Alliance and Xeraph. But there was an interesting note from a 'Imperium Corporation'.

"What would you like to do with them?" an aid asked. President read it over a couple of times, not really sure if to believe this or not.
"Tell them to offer some proof, then we'll talk." he said.
"As for the other offers?" the aid asked.
"Even though they are small, right now it's whatever we can get, seeing as most of our old allies have seemingly abandonned us, and the larger nations - and, indeed most of the international community its self - has turned their backs on us. I will sent a thank you message." Kilo responded with a worn voice.

Look at the Maldives. There our fleets are waiting, waiting for us to give them the order to descend up ViZion. A positive IFF should be easy to obtain if you can see them and the Akavarian, Whyatican, and other allied vessels massed around preparing to strike deep into the heart of Africa.

In effect, if you can match APOC's price, we will withdraw our forces from this invasion; this would be a price equivalent to APOC's minus logistical costs. Otherwise, our annexation will proceed as normal.
