With all the new earths springing up, I wasn't really able to find one that I particuarly liked. I've been part of other earths, but never really been able to get off the ground because I always started with this wimpy country (that was really more of an island somewhere in the Pacific). Now I know that there are probably other NS RPers who have experienced the same thing... so I'd like to open this up to those players.

Rules:

-This is an alternate earth. You can pretty much play it totally seperate from other NS International Incident dealings.

-All technology must be either RL or NS MT. Anything PMT will not be allowed, but you can have your own planes/firearms/tanks/etc. as long as they are feasible within the constrains of say... 2015 AD.

-You must stay active during this RP. Anybody who falls inactive for 30 days (without notifying me why and recieving approval) will immediatedly be placed on the inactive list and their lands will be susceptible to other players claiming them.

-Claims of other people's lands must be done through RPs.

-Initial claiming may be done at once, but you may not claim a HUGE portion of earth. Instead, claim a part that is realistic to your nation's size.

-We will use NS economy calculators to determine economies for each nation. Military strength will be determined by buying your troops/equipment from NS suppliers or laying out money to produce them in your own country. Some people may be role-playing a country that fell into chaos and emerged as a new country with former assets at their disposal, that's fine. I'll allow that.

-No nuclear weapons without the approval of all players that could be impacted by the blast. (Which may be everybody)

-Above all... no GMing, Flaming, etc. I keep a close tab on this and I won't like it if you do it. So please don't. Just go out there and have some fun Rping!

-If I think of any more rules, I'll add them here.
