To the nations of the world we the Kingdom Of Glamara are wishing to round up some support. In recent weeks my army as seen a huge rise in wepons smugling all from terror groups, and last week a KOG airliner was blown up by terrorists. We know that there are good musslims out there but a huge majority of these terrorists are middle eastern islamic militents. We are asking for nations to come to the kingdom to discuss what to do about terror groups and nations that support them. We propose seting up a internatinol forward base in the kingdoms mandate of Jordan. the base will be like embassys which is to say it will be exempt from the laws of the kingdom and will follow UN laws. When attacking from the forward base all armies follow oreders from the nation that they belong to. Like say you issue my troops comands you can not do that as they are legaly mine. And the same goes for me i can not give your men comands, but I wish us all to share intel on terror organizations and knowen nations that play host to terrorists. I also which for us all to vote on Planed strikes on a nation that play host to terrorists. like say i say that we should attack iraq for me acusation that they have WMDs and support terror i can not attack untill a vote has passed on wether to attack or not. Also by joining up all alie nations can not attack each other for 100 years(game time) and you can not attempt to take land off the host nation (Me) while you are a member of the coaliton force.
