Little Wars, often used to describe single campaign wars that take little effort from one side. Little casualties, and low cost compared to other wars. Often recieving only a footnote in the history books, and a single mention in the news or in politics. They consist mainly of annexation of small nations, military fighting against criminal organizations, and smashing of small rebellions. These are the chronicles of the Little Wars in the world.

The United Universities of Nova Brittanica was believed completly obliterated. This however, was only partially true. The Terra Luna colony, and most of the nation proper was eliminated, but British Fiji, Nova Londinium, Refuge Island, Nova Celtanica, and Latanica were remnants of Nova Brittanica. They together formed a commonwealth, the Nova Brittanican Commonwealth.

The Imperial Democratic Republic of Vantanas had noted this and delivered a declaration of war to the Nova Brittanican Commonwealth. The Commonwealth surrendered, with the exception of one nation, Latanica. The Army set up bases in the surrendered territories, while the Navy blockaded Latanica. For now, the imperialistic swines of Latanica would wait, and muster their forces.

You mean Past wars, sectarian violence, and the like?

OOC: Not sure what you mean by past wars, but the rest, yes. Something like the US-Nicaraguan War. Probably quite central to Nicaragua, nearly non-existant to the US.

There was a war in Somethingey when it was an empire. The empire and the rebels never had a chance to gain a foot hold. So peace talks were held and thats why Somethingey is no longer an empire, but a democracy.

D-Day

The Marines, Navy, and Air Force smash their poorly funded Latanican counterparts, and begin to cut a swathe through the island. Every where they go, villagers, towns folk, and city dwellers rebel, and soldiers are forced to kill all Latanicans.

Battle of Nova Roma

Artillery fire rained down on the capital. That, coupled with airel bombardment destroyed any organized resistance. The soldiers swept in, cleaning out the remnants of the population.

Aftermath

Due to the low population of Latanica (0), people are moved from over populated British Fiji and Nova Londinium. All cities, territories, and other area names are renamed in the Vantanian's languages.
