To the government of The People's Republic of Angola

The Communist Party of Portugal-Spain has decided that we should seek to gain more contact and cooperation with other nations in the world with a reasonable stance towards capitalism. A good start may be to exchange embassies?

In response to this, we whole-heartedly agree. Embassy exchange would be most desirable.

Communique from the United Socialist States of Wagdog to the People's Republic of Angola
The Government of Wagdog wishes to extend its hand in revolutionary solidarity to our comrades in the People's Republic of Angola. We're already excellent friends with your brethren in Rhodesia, and seek to further the growth of progressive society both in Africa and around the World. And we're already preparing a diplomatic team for an embassy in Luanda, and reserving space for your embassy in Tailville DR on our famous Aurora Avenue (named for the Russian light cruiser whose shots sparked the October Revolution), should you desire an exchange of such. We earnestly await your reply.
Sincerely,
Rilir Alarion nos Carthir,
Secretary of State,
United Socialist States of Wagdog Revolutionary Command Council.

Good Evening!

The fellow Socialists of the Rhodesian Socialist Union welcome you to Africa, and as your friends wish to open an Embassy in your nation. We also invite you to open an Embassy in our capital, Johannesburg, with hope that this will bring our two peoples closer together.

May our relationship further in the future.
