In the depths of the chaos there is only one rule. Survive. With the fallout of the original Geneticon government, a single group of people emerged... the New Geneticonians. Vowing to change their ways and government, they established Josephine Rush as empress of the nation, creating an empire that would stretch accross the seas. Yet, they were brutally attacked by other nations for their dethroning of the President, and they withered away into nothiness.

Now, from the ashes of Geneticon's shadow, a nation arises. A nation arises using the same technology, carrying on the same business, and working in the world the same, as the old Geneticon. GAFE will be reinstated along with the IEB, the Tornadoes shall fly once again. the GF-02's shall not be forgotten.

Geneticon is back... and we welcome messages of peace from other nations.

The newly elected Chancellor of Kulikovia, Gunther Rhinehart offers diplomatic ties with New Geneticon and hopes that our two nations can live in peace, maintain economic ties and trade.
