Our greetings to the World,
After four years of ceaseless struggle to liberate our islands from foreign domination and environmental pillage, the United Socialist States of Wagdog is at last ready to open its doors to the world. We welcome all who wish to open embassies in our capital of Tailville DR, formerly Arawa, on the island of Bougainville in the Solomons.
Our only conditions are that any defensive force for an embassy be less than 100 in strength, usually equivalent to a slightly reduced company or heavily reinforced platoon, and armed with nothing heavier than a standard sniper or assault rifle. Also, our communications via diplomatic pouch, electronic transmission of any kind, &c. must not be interfered with through any means. These rules, in addition to whatever specific conditions you may set for our various embassies in your lands, shall also apply to us therein.
