Following unbearable provocation, the Primo of Atopiana has directed the Atopian Ministry of War to invade the Republic of Novistrana4.

Fully 15 million members of the Atopian Army have been mobilised - a tiny propotion of Atopiana's 148,500,000 strong armed forces - supported by six Air Fleets. In reserve are 30 million men and women of the Army, ready to back up the main force if anything goes wrong.

However, seeing as the first wave invasion force outnumbers the entire population of Novistrana4 three to one, this is highly unlikely.

1st, 2nd and 3rd Strategic Air Fleets have begun a round-the-clock bombing campaign targeting civilian areas exclusively. Each Air Fleet numbers some 10,000 aircraft. This totals some 16,000 B-52 strategic bombers which are being used in 16 thousand bomber raids - daily. The remaining aircraft are interceptors and AWACS/ECW aircraft.

12th Air Fleet has begun attacking military targets while 7th and 9th Air Fleets are providing air cover for the massive para-drop of 1st and 2nd Army Groups. 3rd, 4th and 5th Army Groups will follow as soon as airfields targeted by 1st and 2nd Army Groups (each one million strong) have siezed them.

HMS Queen Elizabeth have entered novistrana waters,with 567,000 soldiers onboard. The Royal UK2 AirCraft will be flying over novistrana bombing airports,miltary factories. the HMS Prince George will be entering novistrana waters with 300,000 onboard.

You have a right to ignore that which you choose, and considering the caliber of player that has initiated this conflict: I'd say you're justified. Though, you'd not be alone in your fighting if that makes you feel at all at ease.

You are a new nation who's failed to read the stickies, failed to bother to learn how to Role-Play, failed to make friends, made stupid comments, irritated me beyond belief, and angered other players by saying that things have happened in their nation.

If you really must ignore me, by all means do. But for GOD'S SAKE LEARN TO ROLE-PLAY PROPERLY!

Just so the aggressors know: SN4 has hitherto ignored the war, and for good reason, as predicating such upon lacking spelling or grammatical abilities is nigh the epitome of poor form. But in any case, if SN4 chooses not to ignore this conflict: I can guarantee it shall be by leaps and bounds far less of a cakewalk then you make it out to be.

The Primo would love to see the force that can, outnumbered... let's see... 500,000 Novistran military (10% of population) so they're outnumbered 30:1 militarily (not counting the UK2 troops or the Atopian air fleets).

Uhh, Atopania, how do you have a 150 million-man military? that's around 14% of your population, and even 5% will hurt you economy.

My units have arrived at Novistrana. We raze several unprotected cities on the outskirts and set up a temporary HQ where troops and weapons will be sent and utilized.

NS Tracker doesn't take into account the fact the practically everybody age 18-35 is in the military.

OOC: Do the math, once you take away the money spent on reseach, production, maintenance and vehicles and then divide what is left over (usually around 30%) by the number of troops you have, you will find it to be around $10,000 per soldier which is very low.

I could, if one of the people in the thread, say the attacked party, invited me. Since this is supposed to be the realistic part of the forum. In reality, Germany never went OMGHAX JOO CAN'T HAVE TEH ALLIEZ!!! Because it doesn't work like that. Closed threads are agreed upon befoer hand between the two parties to keep out unwanted interference. He is quite likely to ACCEPT unwanted interference, rendering your "closing" of the thread moot.

Entirely logical - I'm hardly likely to attack anyone larger and stronger, am I? Sure, if I get attacked then I'll fight back (I like a doomed struggle) - but if I have to go to war then I won't attack anyone stronger.
