Kiwiland Message to The Eastern European Union

HM Government of Kiwiland is contacting the EEU on matters of arms import. Specifically, we wish to purchase production rights to the An-124 and An-225 transports by Ukrainian company Antonov. If the EEU is unwilling to license a local manufacturerer, we hope to purchase 180 of An-124 and 24 of An-225.

A fund of $45 billion has been appropriationed for this purpose. Please reply as soon as possible,

It will take some time and it will take quite a bit of money for the order to be completed, we currently have 13 An-124 airframes in various states of completion and one An-225 airframe almost complete. Total delivery time will take approximately three years (36 days) and cost your nation $34.3 billion. An LPR will be sold to your nation allowing for the production of replacement parts (not including airframes) by your nation at a price of $1.3 billion for both the An-124 and An-225.

Greetings from the Saharan Confederate Expanse!

The SCE wishes to invite the diplomatic corps of the EEU to accept an embassy construction in the Expanse federal capital of Lagos, Nigeria district. If accepted, your building shall be located in the vicinty of ambassadorial sites of other national powers, and shall be located within walking distance of some of Lagos's finer attractions, as well as close proximity of the SCE Foreign Affairs headquarters building.

Additionally, should the EEU be looking for oil deals, the SCE is more than willing to deal away some of the resource in good supply in the Expanse. We have already made a public, mutually benefitting deal with the CCPS and are willing to deal with any nation with amiable relations in the international community and with the Expanse.

Kiwiland Message to The Eastern European Union

The conditions are satisfactory. However, because there is no local production rights, the Kiwiland Defence Ministry wishes to purchase two additional LPR's at the stated price. Because of the geographical distance between us, a slim possibility of hositlity breaking out between Kiwiland and a common neighbour of ours still gives cause for concern.

The total paymet of $38.2 billion will be made in 3 installments of $12 billion, $12 billion and $14.2 billion, at the end of the fiscal year (31, March) after delivery begins.
