Diplomatic Communique from The Nordic Kingdom

The Nordic Kingdom has decided to expand our diplomatic network, and as we're having a common borderline of 1,340 km we feel that it's important to have good relations. Hence we want to exchange embassies with the RSFSR. You are welcome to establish an embassy in our capital Stockholm, and if you want to you're also welcome to establish consulates in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Nuuk (Greenland).

We would like to inquire about the possibilities to strengthen the ties with our socialist brothers in eastern Europe and Asia. We're about to spend a couple of million USD on military hardware (submarines and airplanes), and we immediately thought of your finest equipment. But we think it may be a good first step to establish diplomatic connections, hence we're suggesting an embassy exchange. We have reserved a slot for the Russian embassy in our capital Madrid.

That sounds good, comrade. You will have the largest embassy slot available in Madrid, and we will appoint Mr. Vicente Alberto Álvarez as the ambassador in Moscow.
