Good evening, nations of the world. My name is Hannibal. I represent the organization of Denique Mucro. You have not heard of us. We are the dark puppeteers of death, the harbringers of the destruction of life, and the Heralds of Demise.
I have been informed by many of my subordinates that it would be advantageous to release knowledge of Denique Mucro to the public. Apparently, a steady source of income is needed to run a sucessful secret organization these days. So, we will now begin to silence people for money, as opposed to our earlier obligations to our nation and our private desires.
Our rates are very reasonable, and depend on the resources needed and risk involved with eliminating a person. Rates will increase with extra stipulations added to the contract.
