We can easily approve of your embassy. There is a great building, complete with American flag, on a Samoan island already. :D

I am Samoan myself, I must say I love the place.

Due to Gauthic's unique terrain, it is not expected that visitors will have easy access to their embassies. Each police station and military base can hold people requiring embassy aid and alert embassy officials immediately. This will give all embassies and all visitors quick and easy connection to each other.

President Whitmore has recently outlined several actions (in his recent states of the Union) his administration will be taking to change US impact on the environment and deal with the problem of climate change. These actions are proactive but do not involve the US signing the worthless and failed Kyoto Accords which did nothing but worsen the problem global warming as signatorees found it impossible to abide by the rules without collapsing their economies.
The US would however, be interested in negotiating some sort of ecological cooperation agreement with your government so we may work together on common ecological issues.

As regards trade, while we are happy that you do not charge tarriffs, it is regretful that Congress taxes goods from your nation entering the US to fund port security operations and other items.
