General-Secretary Vladimir Rovanovic sat in his office with his top Generals discussing a plot against the Separatist Russians in the east. After hours of debate the message was sent out.
TO THE SEPARATIST PIG-DOGS
We here at the RSFSR do not tolerate your actions of separation and hereby place an oil, food, and arms embargo on your "nations." We remind you that even though you have significant amounts of land, we still hold most of the military, oil and foodstiffs of the Former Russian Federation. Any objection to this will be ignored unless it involves you rejoining the empire.
