El presidente Adrian was standing on the podium - lights as hot as the sun giving him a tan, in the already heated Panama City the cheif and one of the 5 capital cities of the LAS. THe others being Mexico City the Northern Administrative Captial, Bogota the Central Administrative Capital, La Paz the Soutern Adminstrative Capital, and Finally Havana the Caribean Administrative Captial. Of course the old national capitals were still there too, but Panama City was the up and UP were meeting, and that is where El Presidente was speaking on the State of the Union --- of the Latin American States.

" I am proud to be standing here tonight before all our Senators and other geusts to witness another year role around, and my fifth year in office come to being. There are many things we have planned to unroll this year. These task that we have set to do are for the betterment of the whole of the Federation. We have dedicated to implement the miitias in building public infrastructure, such as schools, huricane breakwalls and shelters, and medical clinics. We have dedicated to enable our people to a better education, linux and eye exams. We are dedicated to expanding the Banana Company and our banks to better serve our local and world partners.
In establishing our united currency, that which is finally coming into being over the last 10 years, we are finally finding comfort with our business partners in this new stabalized currency. We seek to build strong relationships with our trading partners while protecting our industries. We finally are supportng the people in institutiting a fair minimum wage that competes with our northern neighbours, this is not easy to do but we will accomplish this. We are dedicated to defending our borders from illegal traffic of humans, and assist our friends in the North with their illegal alien problems. A fair wage at home, and state sponsered work programs, is where we will go to make a safer world for all of us to live in.
In addition to putting the militias and ball draftees to work in helping to build the federation at home, we are dedicated to working with foreign partners in expanding our capacities to defend our waters from pirates, smugglers and unwarrented drug trafficing. This will not be easy as we attempt to bring peaceful coexistance with our neighbours but we feel it is a vital step in removing the threat of violence from our shores.
We also are proud to have our Arch Bishops here with us today. Soon I will stand down and turn the podium over to them. We will insure that our values of ciesta and mass and fiesta are carried on. We will insure a safe food supply, and hope to enhance our markets for fair foriegn export to our allies.
We are commited to takng assistance and advice of our allies in the war against climate change and hope to have established strong ties with technological leaders such as the United States in safe industrial technologies. In addition to any grants from the US for assisting us in improving our green qualities, we will be implementing technologies on our own , as regulated by law. New environmental practice laws will force businesses to clean up or suffer fines over the next decade. Industrial pollution will be considered the same as enviornmental pollution. We aim to change our sewage systems on models in China and SouthEast Asian new technologies.
We are also dedicated to maintaining our own domestic autoindustry with international auto partners, and give subsidies to clean auto technologies. These will be gradual changes but we are commited to them.
In addition to making a better place to live for all of us, we will be giving any money left over after our budget expenses back to the people, for business investment. We will be opening up a tresury channel to obtain business investments. We will also be giving money back to the teachers and caretakers, to establish daycare programs where needed in the schools. In our dedication to the students we will be establishing an educational loan which will be interest free for 10 years. These loans will be paid direct to the colleges and universities to cover direct schooling costs, so that more of our bright youth will be enabled to seek higher education.
Finally in this state of the Union we are unveiling our largest future plan for the year. We are reinstituting Latin in the school curriculum. Now to our fathers who are here to speak with us today.
