I have read the threads, what you don't understand is the background between ICCD and L.I. before LI was invaded, ICCD nearly attacked it.. but it joined an alliance ICCD was part of just prior to these attacks.. ICCD begrudingly was going to send humantarian aid and assist in an evacuation as a neutral because the Alliance they were both part of didn't institute war measures.. so ICCD wasn't obligated to respond.. ICCD then asked for them to surrender .. and accepted their terms of surrender prior to any other coalition forces... and then made ICCD's claim unitary, which was then ignored and so the story goes. OOC li begrudingly accepted the actions of the occupiers. I meanwhile was busy with school so the thread went on.. you however have been poping in and out of threads being rather disruptive, for some unknown reason.. if you arn't at war why are you posting in the war thread?
